rule out emotions and be objective reading the story. no body is justifying the killing but then you can not really blame the soldier looking at the volatile situation in that part of the country. the victim himself did not help matter either.

ruling out emotions, I completely agree with you with all sense of objectivity. the security situation in that region detects people should be ultimately cautious, just like the forces are on high alert. this situation was completely avoidable especially by the victim going by this story. the soldier can effectively defend himself in such circumstances.

I was quite disappointed once I discovered he has not even graduated. people should learn to wait for the final results of elections before celebrating, especially PDP members on nairaland. the fact that your party is winning some pooling units does not translate to winning the election, and also rigging by inec when the final result is out. yes you are correct, it is done only in abuja. unlike before that they use to do it nationwide. well, as it is with ministries, just get to their office with ur CAC and meet a staff there. the rest of the pieces will fall in place. am not sure of the official fee but prepare with more than 25k.

the way the lawyers go loss the case like wrapper ehn. seriously the school has its rules and regulations, failure to abide by the rules comes with consequences. most people dont take time to go through the school's handbook, the rules there are evn more stringent that then ones they enforce. Now any aggrieved party seeking redress must first go through the school's handbook before deciding whether the case can be won in court or not
