Always carry your inhaler with you |
I can't think of any big name politician jailed by Buhari apart from Sen. Dariye and Jolly Nyame who are APC members. Sometimes it is good to keep shut and give benefit of the doubt. I am sure many were speaking all manner of things during this two politicians trial. |
Redoil:I don't think so. Rape crime in Yoruba land is not better either. By the way, married men rape women as well. What does that tell you? Marriage is not a factor in rape crime. Rapists are just rapist irrespective of their marital status |
ericsmith:This is where the issue is, penchant for imported things. Here in agege, there is a variety of local rice at every shop, but alas, the patronage is low as all want to eat the foreign rice. I think the whole palaver about this rice production is not availability but choice. in my local home town, people eat local rice as foreign rice is a luxury. But in a nutshell, anyone who wants to eat local rice can readily get it in local markets, be it Oshodi, Agege, Yabah, Ajah or any market. We keep praising the Asians but are we ready to make the sacrifices as their generations did? We keep hearing of how the Japan and China of this world banned foreign import to achieve self sustainability. of course they paid some sacrifices. It will not be easy as this will take years to come to fruition. But for me, if there is any policy that can reduce importation, then I will gladly support it irrespective of the pains compared to the later gains as a nation. |
Ubdavis:I followed Chelsea fc development, closely.at that time of salah and KDB, far better players were at chelsea, and the club invested so much that they could not afford risking talented young players in place of experienced world class players and loosing out on trophies. CFC, i remember, changed the dynamics of FA cup and then carling cup, whereas utd and arsenal were fielding academy players, CFC would field first team players. This was due to the so much money invested and the need for success in form of trophies as well as making a name for the club. In such circumstances, no coach including many people condemning JM here could have done otherwise. Maybe what you said was the only feasible action, as the players in question were not ready to wait. |
GenSpecifics:I would be disappointed if anything less came from you. Clap for yourself for being a highly intelligent person. Thank you. |
GenSpecifics:quite typical of most Youths in this part of the world. Not capable of any constructive discussion on public fora without insults. No decorum and respect to self and others. No wonder, the country is in a messed up state. It is indeed shameful interacting with some of you. |
GenSpecifics:Here we go again. So who tells you am supporting APC? How does my observation and opinion about the negative effect of world power decisions on other nations translates to supporting APC? Are we not saying the same thing here? If Obama took side with APC against Jonathan to the detriment of our nation, then isn't it part of what I said in my comment? Carefully read my comment and yours, then you will see that we are saying the same thing. |
For me the interference of these so call big powers has caused more harm than good in the world. From Iraq to Afghanistan down to Libya etc, they leave chaos and anarchy behind. They should just stay off our matters in Africa. |
kstyle2:the darlot guy looks too casual. he really needs to be serious |
My worry is the guy says Boko Haram is using the weapons seized from then. How come did the so called superior weapons ended up in Boko Haram hands?why didn't our guys used these weapons effectively when they were in their hands? |
good we will obey the court judgment anytime USA acknowledges the ICC jurisdiction. nonsense |
great insight. little comments. not a Bobby thread anyway |
how long will people understand that election is never won on social media. most voters in Nigeria don't even know what is Twitter Facebook etc |
remove the log,in your, eyes |
Mrchippychappy:I am telling you, this is one of the most ridiculous ineptitude one can hear in military war Zone. it is save to say these soldiers wanted to die |
YeyeGirl:this kind finishing na wao. him don offend u before? |
2-0 Croatia |
Cro 1- Nga 0 |
where the hell did the guy mention women in his advert? why has everyone got fooled by this corrupt op? |
martyns303:you can blame the people and call them all manner of names because it is easy to do so. but you forget that while the herdsmen have the tacit support of authorities, the locals are not and are in fact a target by the authority who are suppose to protect them. didn't you read today about a Catholic church that was ransacked by soldiers who claim they were looking for weapons? any of those locals in the troubled states of Benue and taraba who raise am armed militia is descended upon by soldiers. more so the Fulanis are wedging a gorilla like war where locals are preyed upon in their permanent homes, while the fulanis retreat to their mobile hideouts. on the other hand the locals cannot stock pile weapons while the security forces are constantly watching them. so is a very delicate situation for the locals. |
all said well, excess drunkenness is the sin here, simply because in that state one can do unspeakable things, can kill, rape, etc. am sure foods generally from fermentation processes contain traces of alcohol, even perfume and other deodorant are alcoholic. |
KushyKush:honestly can't get what you are trying to put forward. why should they make it look expensive? to what purpose exactly? should they be fake? I can't really understand. |
ok |
rifasenate11:but wait bros, going by your submission, let me ask, is there any wrong for a government to complete projects awarded by previous govt? I saw no point when some politicians from APC were accusing wike of completing projects initiated by amaechi in rivers. and he rightly responded that govt is continues. this your comment is why we have so many abandoned projects in Nigeria |
Lylon? which kind wahala be this? |
I can bet anything that, the ones allocated to police will be the first to fail road worthiness |
buskie13:My bro. am sure very educative and meaningful threads are wasting somewhere. This is arrant nonsense |
the organizers of this useless show may have actually pay some of these celebs to keep the show in the limelight. Otherwise I see no any other reason for these kind of reactions. |
Aonkuuse:you are right, Adikpo is a perfect location for that. Am very happy for this development, at least if it is going to be the only Gemade can do. |
MhizzAJ:well, for us living in Nigeria, it is strange the way you disparaged our military. They may not be perfect but I guess there is no perfect military. they are sure trying their best in keeping peace at home and abroad. and by the way am sure you have relations in Nigeria if you are a Nigerian, if so, next time don't be so selfish |
March 31st will make it six months after my temporary licence was collected, and there is no news about my permanent licence which by the way is valid for 3yrs. same applied to my national ID card with NIM. For a 5yr valid ID, almost 3yrs were spent in the office of NIM, leaving me with less than half of the validity. |
