There are good people in Chicago, and it's a decent city in terms of infrastructure. However, it's a part of the Midwest. And offshoring hit their economy very hard. Much of the Midwest never recovered. News and oyinbos will always talk about the symptoms, but never the disease (e.g. private prison labor sl*very, systemic racism, and shipping entire industries overseas).

Oyinbo media also makes it a point to show negative images of African/black people. There are many reasons for this, but one major reason is that the simple idea of happy, healthy black people living well infuriates oyinbos. It literally makes them angry to see black people not suffering or having something wrong with them.

Their media will also try to demonize random things, for example, if a bunch of teen oyinbos do a prank or get in a fight, it may never make it to media. But if black teens do something arguably far less harmless, they may try to paint it as some dangerous trend or crime.

One major reason I chose to not go live offshore especially United States of America! The other day a well-to-do black man took his family out to dinner. On their way out of the restaurant a white man met him at the door and plunged a knife into his stomach right in the presence of wife and children killing him. Airtel has been very unfair in its trade practices and that is most unfortunate. This morning I will dump Airtel and go get mtn data sim for what’s worth. I know Airtel won’t miss me which is why they treat customers badly. Econet in the hands of Strive Masiyiwa would not have fared this badly no thanks to Chief Ibori and other corrupt Nigerian politicians who ran Strive Masiyiwa out the country because he won’t play ball! What a country!

Oyinlola Tackles Akande Over Allegations In His Autobiography

Former Osun State governor, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, on Thursday, reacted to various allegations concerning him which were made in the recently released autobiography of his predecessor in office, Chief Bisi Akande.

In a statement he issued on Thursday, Prince Oyinlola spoke on some of the allegations in the book including the contract for the Governor’s Office popularly known as Bola Ige House, among other issues.

Osogbo was better off with the Government House located at The D.O.'s residence but some politicians of Osogbo extraction shot themselves in the foot by joining forces with Oyinlola to chase away the contractors who were already mobilised to site. Osogbo failed to see that Akande was doing the city good by citing the project at Oke D.O. It gave prestige to the Ataoja whose Palace was close to the site!
