It made little meaning to the SE who couldn’t see the massive benefit the project represents for them but choose to buy into the fraud Atiku personifies when he promised them restructuring! The desperation of the SE led to their omission to note that it is the legislature and not the executive that can amend the Constitution to make for restructuring! Rather than work at legislators from the SE and across party lines building bridges to lobby legislators from other geopolitical zones of Nigeria to see with them they keep at making more enemies for themselves via their utterances. No one can take away from them the freedom of electoral choice but circumspection of speech and conduct is grossly lacking in their ethos as noted by no less an Igbo personality than Prof. Chinua Achebe - fervently hoping that changes in no distant future.

What are they afraid of? A leopard does not change his skin! Atiks and his friends are out to milk us dry! Thanks to God who delivered us from the band of ravenous wolves he leads!

Corruption, abuse of power and poverty knows no tribe. The three afflict all societies in varying measure. The three combined together to blind the eyes of the SW to the good Buhari (doing his duty and not a favour) did them with the ongoing LAGOS-IBADAN Expressway repair and the LOS-IBDN rail line. The crumbs Atiku offered them was preferred. The three moved over to the SE and SS and deceived them into thinking that a vote for Atiku will bring them The Presidency so they can also ab use power for their benefit! They were blinded to the ongoing Niger bridge construction and Zik Mausoleum even Jonathan couldn’t do!The three also made a showing in the North where throngs native to Atiku massively voted for him. The APC must carry the can for failing to effectively deal with the Shittu/Ajimobi spat in Oyo State, Aregbesola’s misrule Of Osun State and Amosun’s thuggish ways in Ogun State which all combined saw to its lost of goodwill among the Yoruba and PDP (Atiku) stood to take advantage of the situation! In the past 4 years, we have seen headlines of how other countries will soon abandon fuel consuming cars and start using electricity. We have seen headlines of economies booming or new inventions happening all over the world. Pictures of Nigerians who go abroad to enjoy a better life with better infrastructure and better standard of living.
Has it occurred to us that in the past 4 years, the only serious headlines that has graced our eyes in this country is who efcc arrested and who they did not arrest. Ghost amounts that had been recovered that we can't see both in cash and infrastructure. While the world has advanced in 4 years, we have been chasing ghosts. Father , help us in this country. Don't let this curse of a man remain with us any longer. We gave done our part but you know you have the final say. Remove the worm that has spoilt this nation that we may come alive again. Father, expose and totally put to shame all - North, South, East and West of Nigeria who have been corrupt in Nigeria and are not repentant about it but continue to steal from the public treasury and mismanage our affairs! Whether you have a bad govt or not most of these churches would succeed in whatever they put focus on. When the likes of Oyedepo, Oyakhilome, Adeyemi tell you to vote sensibly they aren't doing it because they would go hungry if you vote in useless islamist leaders but they are mostly concerned about the effects on the gospel and the society.

It takes little for an Oyedepo to warm his way around a Buhari and he and his church will have no issues whatsoever. Buhari may detest the Christian gospel but his persecution will not start with the "big men" of christianedom but with that missionary on the streets of zamfara, that little gospel ministry trying to procure a parcel of land in Yobe, the christian sister forced to wear hijab or marry an emir.

The FRCN led attacks on churches quashed by Buhari proved that Nigerian islamist politicians are afraid of big pastors with a good international ministry profile. The oyedepos, oyakhilomes have friends in high places(foreign govts, judiciary, legislature and security systems) that will help them escape any persecution or whisk them out of this country at moments notice. But when you the poor masses are systematically rigged out of jobs because of religious and ethnic affiliations, when your farms are ravaged and your wives defiled, your children taken hostages who would be your voice?

The church does not have military to guard your lives or properties when an evil govt comes hard on your lives. It only has prayers and the capacity to vote. I hope y'all voted well in this elections.....

You don’t get it! Atiku a.k.a. Next is the Yoruba as President after PMB is done with his second term! With who will the IGBO discuss a bid for the President in 2023? The North they denigrate and despise or the SW against whom they have nurtured and harboured bitterness since forever? It is best to live at peace with others and take life as it comes and not feel superior to others with intent to show you are better and out to Lord it over them! I thought the news all over town is that Atiku won the elections and applications are in place for ATF (ATIKU FRIENDS) - the elite group of friends to whom he swore to sell NNPC! They will automatically transmit in a fluid manner the sale processes like the BPE days when he was Vice-President to the dying candle on the hilltop at Abeokuta.
