The 60-year old Nigerian business tycoon said in a Bloomberg interview that he plans to focus on renewable energy and petrochemicals when he moves into these territories in 2020, after completing his $11 billion oil refinery and $5 billion agricultural projects in his home country, Nigeria.

“Beginning in 2020, 60 percent of our future investments will be outside Africa, so we can have a balance,” said Dangote, worth $11.6 billion, according to Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index. Governors of the South East met in Enugu yesterday, addressing newsmen at the end of meeting, Chairman of the South East Governors Forum, Chief Dave Umahi said

“The Geometric Power Company made a presentation to us about the establishment of independent gas plant and we commend them highly for a beautiful project. We have adopted that power plant as a model for regional integration.

“We throw our weight behind the success of the project. In the same vein, we commend Shell and our partners in the gas project in Asa.

“The governors in the South East propose to build five mega industrial clusters, one in each state and we have signified interest to benefit from the Asa gas project, to that effect, we have set up a committee to liaise with all stakeholders in this respect.

“We have taken notice of a number of gas clusters in the South East and the South East governors have directed the economic team and the secretariat to get the list and names of people in charge of the gas blocks, so that we can discuss with them towards developing it and ensuring that we partner with them for the benefit of our people.”

Finally a reason to love the open office. A two-year study of 2,452 help-desk and other client-service workers at a technology company showed that sitting next to high achievers at work increases your performance by 3% to 16%. The study also found that high quality employees raised the bar for everyone, increasing performance for underachievers by several percentage points — while in creative fields the number could be even higher. Are you inspired by high-achieving colleagues?

Currently, i work as a Graphic Designer here in Lagos, Nigeria. Our workstation happens to be an open office space and i sit right next to my HOD, who holds a higher degree in mass commuication and a credible experience in marketing communications.

My closeness to my HOD has groomed me creatively, in relative to my field of expertise and this has created a worthwhile experience with my team and the organization. Thus, it is quite advisable as a career-oriented person, WATCH WHERE YOU SIT!

A subject crouching to greet a King is abominable conduct in Yorubaland. The proper way to greet is to prostrate. A call goes out to the Yoruba (traditional rulers) to consciously maintain their cultural practices lest it be eroded by alien ways in the name of religion and they are replaced by Emirs. The Hausa barely have a culture and traditional way of life to pass on to their children same having been replaced by Arabian ways in the name of religion. Take away a people's culture and what you have is vulture waiting to feast on the dead culture!

As shared by Pearl Clement.....

'BIG BANG TESTIMONY

With Pastor Dennis Ekere whose testimony was shared in 4 services in Winners Chapel Ikot Ebido Oku today.
His dear wife after a fibroid surgery developed complications which led to him signing that her Womb be removed as measures to saving her life. He signed and the womb was removed and was given to him in a Heinz salad cream bottle.

However he held onto the word of God that."If a tree be cut off, it has hope for at the scent of water it shall grow again" also he declared that the God that did it for Pastor Bamgboye whose wife's 2 ovaries had been removed but still gave birth to 2 children would give him his baby.
Few months later a very confused doctor told him that at scanning his wife that they saw A WOMB THAT HAD GROWN IN THE FORMER SITE. However the size of the womb was very small.

Men and Brethren, few months later, his dear wife took in, ie got pregnant and delivered a bouncing baby boy weighing 3.7kg last week Saturday.
Yesterday was the naming ceremony and may I add here that his dear wife only knew that yesterday that her womb had been cut off all this while. Asking why he refused to disclose to her or anyone, he said he didn't want her FAITH TO SHAKE.
With my spiritual eyes I just saw Ekere Dennis included in the hall of faith in Hebrews11.This God is too good ooo.help me sing ooo

A Nigerian soldier identified as Ojikutu Ridwanullahi - has urged fellow countrymen to have respect for soldiers and stop seeing them as the enemies. The young man who relayed his message via Facebook saying that the risks the gallant men (soldiers) take for country should reciprocated with respect and not condemnation. Read his message below;

Dear civilians of Nigeria this post is meant to change ur thinking towards us. Looking at other countries, people give respect to their soldiers and these soldiers are not working as hard as we. Nigerian Soldiers are not ur enemies, the enemies are Boko Haram and Militant.

We are facing dem for u while u run away from dem. Take for instance, if there is an attack u cannot go there but to run off the place to avoid death but we with just one life like u will run to it and make it stop. We can die as well because we have blood in our veins.

You have never clapped for our struggles but talk bad about us, u have never prayed for us but plan on how to injure us are u our enemy as well. Before i joined Army, i thought Soldiers were bullies but wen i joined i got to know that since u cant stop a moving car but pushing or pulling it den u cant stop soldiers from being rugged and causing because thats the programming. Stop adding to Soldiers problem and give us our little respect as warriors.

In those days, no one dears try a knight or soldiers but nw not the same. Our soldiers die everyday for the country. If you want to know more, come for the training and lets post you @ Maiduguri or Chad or Cameroon then you will know. Gallant Soldiers pls pass this on till all Nigerian will see it. Lord knows I've lashed loads of criticisms on the crude, uncouth campaign of Kanu and his zombie Ipob followers, but on the other hand, this blatant dishonesty that a lot of you critics, especially Yorubas engage in wears thin as well. Your false equivalence between what Kanu does and the threat of the Northerners is dishonest. Regardless of whatever nonsense Kanu has spouted on Radio Biafra in the past, there is no one who honestly believes in his heart-of-hearts that secessionist Biafra agitators pose a real violent, fatal threat to other people. Everything from a Palestinian boy killed in Israel, to a Danish cartoon, to staging Miss World in Nigeria, to losing a Presidential election has seen many animals in the North with no value for human life carrying out massacres unprovoked. They have a very long history of blood-thirsty pogroms that pre-date Nigeria's independence.

If after October 1, we see almajiris wielding machetes to massacre Igbos (and believe me, plenty of Yorubas and other Southerners and even Northern minority groups will be roped into the carnage) in the streets of the North, it would not be because they listened to Kanu's Radio broadcasts years ago, or his speeches to Ipob and got provoked. Most of them wouldn't have heard or watched or read a single thing that Kanu or Ipob have said. It would be because their blood-thirsty peasant mobs are always willing tools in the hands of the extremists who control them and send the mindless degenerates out to do their bidding. There will probably be a few reprisal killings in the East, but it will never come close to their carnage, cos we just don't have it in us to be such blood-thirsty butchers.
Your point is well-taken that Almajiris do not separate Ndigbo from other Southerners when the mindless mass killings characteristic of the North holds. The point I seek to make however is that the mode d'emploi of agitators for Biafra that involves unfair and unnecessary hate speech pushed in the direction of its intelligentsia who, one way or the other, tend to have some measure of restraining influence on the flotsam and jetsam of the North who actually do the killings would appear unwise in all the circumstance. I'm in the hope you got my drift.

That (the bolded) is your problem. You don't know the difference between opinion and facts.

The tendency to use your twisted opinion to discredit historic facts, is called MENTAL SICKNESS.

Ever seen a sane person arguing with a mad person?

Here's to highlight your display of mental sickness:

1. Someone posted a timeline of igbo killings since 1945. But you justified the killings and called it "reactionary" (in your warped opinion) without providing any counter facts. This a case of pure delusion - trying to change historic facts with silly ideas of personal opinion.

2. When I called you out on your falsehood and pure hypocrisy, you switched to claiming that other southerners were murdered too (as if that changed the fact that igbos were killed), yet without any reference to those other phantom southerners.

3) I thought you claimed initially that all the historic killings were only reactionary? I was waiting for you to cite how igbos provoked the 1945 and 1953 massacres, for example. But you suddenly switched to the rants of "other southerners were murdered too".

Can't you see how those underscore the sickness? undecided
The insult you throw at me don't fit.

You are talking nonsense. And your heart is full of hypocrisy and falsehood.

No where in the democratic world is civil disobedience regarded as "war mongering and drawing the first blood".

No time did the IPOB call for genocide or expulsion of any ethnic group.

No time did they produce a song or propaganda demonizing any group, threatening their very existence or calling for their extinction.

But the north has historically done ALL the above against the igbos and ARE STARTING TO DO IT AGAIN. Yet, for some clownish diabolical reasons, folks like you are justifying the evil moves with your shameless double-tongues.

Provide JUST ONE SCENARIO or evidence where IPOB specifically says that any ethnic group is better "aborted" than alive, or just shut up forever.

Else, if you keep spreading this hypocrisy and falsehood, it will get to a point where murder will become a justifiable reward for your son's daring to call the bluff of the school gang and opting to go alone.

Karma is NOT a Nigerian neither is it from your tribe. So it knows no mercy or favoritism.

Nowhere in my post did I justify the hate song from the North nor decorate the unfortunate composition with a Grammy. The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra , Nnamdi Kanu, has urged
Igbo people living in the North to relocate to their homeland. He spoke in
reaction to a newly - released anti - Igbo song circulating in most northern
states .

Kanu, who gave the come - back- home advice while speaking with
journalists in his Afraukwu Umuahia country home, said the song was
only a prelude to the October 1 quit notice by Arewa youths.

He described the anti - Igbo song as “ evil, satanic and pre- genocidal ,” and
warned Igbo people in the North not to ignore the grave implications of
the messages conveyed in the song , adding that the song was a further
confirmation of the alleged plots to kill the Igbo living in the North .

Kanu said , “ I am aware of an anti- Igbo song circulating now in the North .
My reaction has been to warn our people in the North that the pogrom
being hatched by our enemies will come . There is an impending doom for
our people living in the North .

“ So , the best they can do is to leave the North and come home so that we
can have our Biafra and build an economy capable of assimilating and
absorbing all their potential and creative abilities .”

While condemning the hate song in it's entirety it remains to be said that the SouthEast drew the first blood with the hate and war mongering approach to self determination (a right legally theirs to claim). Law of cause and effect playing out here. Nowhere in history has hatred overcome love. All wars end up at the round table where love prevails. Pause and think very, very deeply and you will see that what gains Ndigbo have made within Nigerian power equation after the civil war ended is fast getting eroded with the disconnect and distrust engendered by the modus for Biafran agitation. For a sampler, Ihejirika might for a very long time to come be the only trusted South Easterner to be NA Chief of Staff for understandable strategic reasons. Has Ndigbo paused to ask why despite Nkalagu limestone deposits and numerous competent SouthEasterners in his employ DangoteGroup is not in the SouthEast? Spread love not hatred.
