The dude must be very bored in the palace…because the last time I checked, he confirmed with his own mouth that he was a fraudster, and also stole many credit cards (video is on YouTube)… Furthermore, he is also a confirmed drug addict (also in the video in action).
So, I’m not sure if the dude clearly knows what he’s talking about. May be he should discover a hobby and stop fooling himself.

Lagos has always been a cosmopolitan city long before the colonist came. There are many Igbo's in Kano whose parents moved up north for business reasons and they have lived all their lives there. So it's not true Tinubu did anything g special that made Lagos attractive to non indigenes. Cost of living is very high in Lagos but many industries are located here.
I agree with you.
You said “before the colonist came” wow! that is a very long time ago.

Instead of constantly flooding Lagos, isn’t before the colonist came long enough for Igbo leaders to set up a duplication of Lagos in the south?

It may not be a bad idea for ur leaders to learn 1 or 2 things from the Jagaban of Lagos…on how he consistently make big things happen?

If you can’t beat him, join him or learn from him.

I will not bother to call you a flat head or hammer okirika head…as it is obvious.

Back to the topic:
if you think Tinubu doesn’t have what it takes to win then you’re simply confused just like most of your leaders in the south.

Just keep in mind that all you need to win a presidential election in Nigeria is a pure synchronization of Hausa people and Yoruba people, once this happens the game is over… And in fact, this happens to be one of the reasons why an average Igbo man is frustrated and impotent; Hausas don’t like them and Yorubas don’t trust them.

Time will tell… Let’s see what happens, may be Orji Kalu wins it all (LMAO) smiley

Realchairmann:
This is kinda confusing to me. I've been married to my beloveth wife for 11 years and counting. God has blessed us with three kids of ten, four and a year old. We are having a wonderful Union and time of our lifes.

For sometime now, I've been nurturing the idea of relocating abroad. My wife has BSc and MSc in Microbiology but has been jobless since she concluded her NYSC the year we got married. I'm ready to sponsor her for PHD to any country of her choice to pave way for I and the kids to follow later.

However, she has turned me down whenever I brought up the issue. Her response is always tied around the bond we share and that she can't just leave her kids and travel abroad.

I have a good paying job but I really want her to explore her potentials too. She's a very good wife and an excellent mother but I'm confused why she's skeptical about leaving this Country.

Or am I the one taking too much risk?
My question is, do you plan to relocate with her? if your answer is no, it means she is not a fool.
She doesn't want to leave because majority of you guys that relocate your wives to abroad stay in Nigeria to foool around with SideChicks full time, while your wives transfer dollars to u in Lagos.

Please tell her that all of you will be relocating together and see how quickly she will pack up her belongings.

... HE CAN NEVER BE PRESIDENT! NEVER... I STILL DON'T KNOW THOSE HE BELIEVES CAN RAKE HIM THE VOTES, well probably lagosians and Ibadan people ( people who make up only 1.3% of Nigeria).

For tininu to be President, Buhari will ensure a very clean and fair election so that the people will speak for themselves.
Yes, I prefer a different candidate, but if you doubt Tinubu's capabilities to carry the trophy, then it means you truly do not understand how things go in Nigeria and the true owners of Nigeria. If I were you I would be very careful with my words...as the Jagaban of Lagos may just end up surprising many people like you.

Furthermore, Just keep in mind that Tinubu is not from Onisha or Imo, he's from Lagos...and he still remains the main reason why Igbo people flood Lagos like there is no tomorrow. The man is known to make big things happen.

Anybody that vote for Tinubu is the real enemy of Nigeria that wants this country to remain in darkness. A curse will be placed on any person that will vote for Tinubu.

His desperation to be Nigeria President made Tinubu to reject restructuring of Nigeria which he used to campaign in 2015. This man never condemned Herdsmen killings of Nigerians. This means Nigerians can all die if that can guarantee him to be the President. He is evil but pretend to be nice. He will destroy Nigeria with his greed and the issue of godfathers will be strongly established in every region. He will make all politicians to come and bow to him before you are endorsed to contest. He will make Nigeria one party system.

He only care for his pockets and power and he does not have the interest of Nigeria and Nigerians at heart.
I'm with you 100% as long as you're not an Igbo man, as an Igbo man's hate for Tinubu is senseless and personal, and also has absolutely nothing to do with the progress of Nigeria...
Whether you accept it or not, Tinubu is still far better than any of these confused Igbo leaders, therefore if it comes down to Tinubu and an Igbo candidate, my vote definitely goes to the Jagaban of Lagos.

What IBB is saying here is very simple, he is saying to all Nigerians no to waste their time with another old recycled politician, as they (old recycled politicians) have absolutely nothing to offer; VOTE FOR OLUYEMI OLULEKE OSHIBAJO.

Whether you like it or not IBB remains the smartest and most charismatic Nigerian president… When he talks, the true owners of Nigeria listen. Too bad that he too didn’t do what is right during his time.

I’m confident that everything will fall in place and Oluyemi Oluleke Oshibajo will be our next president… Nothing else makes sense, Nigerians have suffered enough.

With time Jagaban himself will realize that his relevance is starting to expire, Nigerians are smarter today than yesterday, as a result he too will have no choice but to support Oshibajo.

Mark it down.

I married my beautiful wife January this year, I Love my wife so much, I have never cheated on her since we got married. I opened a business for her worth 900k. i've already promised her a car this coming year (well I ride camry muscle and I'm tired of sharing the car with her).

My wife is too lazy, all she cares about is her eye lashes, make-up, nails and watching Zeeworld all day, She goes to her shop 10am and return 3pm, She barely take care of the house. Sometimes the plate I used for breakfast before going to work would still be on the dining table unwashed when I return. Her make-up tools and bag littered everywhere in our sitting room.

We're expecting our 1st child, Now that She's pregnant (4 months) she's worst. Na so so chop chop, I will jokingly say babe Pls don't go out of shape I won't look ur side again, Is like the more I beg, the more she chop chop. ...weird food carvings. Coconut water and bread, shawarma and pepper soup with sugar cane in her hand, I dare not buy it for her otherwise I won't sleep.

I still cook when I'm back from work. Anytime I tried to talk to her, she would say can't I see she's pregnant, she's having waist pain, leg pain, Infact body pains. I wanted to employ a maid she refused, she spoke ill about maids, she said they are husband snatchers e.t.c.

3 days ago, She asked me to renew our dstv sub and I refused. Yesterday I noticed she has done it (first time). I saw her watching Zeeworld, laughing sheepishly and pointing to the TV, I needed to watch man united match so I changed the channel, she dragged the remote control from me and changed it back to Zeeworld, she said I'm too stingy, I didn't sub for her, I refused to buy her a car.

I don't know what to do. With her lazy attitude I'm scared during delivery she would be saying I can't push o.

Experienced men help a brother.
Baba, you may need to take it easy.
1. She is currently pregnant...not fair to say she is lazy
2. She still works, she is not a house wife...so, reduce your expectations
3. Currently you guys do not have maid, therefore, it isn't fair to automatically expect her to turn into one. Furthermore, there is absolutely nothing wrong with cooking for both of you from time to time.
4. If she thinks female maids are husband snatcher, find a male maid that isn't wife snatcher
5. The woman is pregnant, she has a lot going on physically, mentally and emotionally... therefore, talking about her body shape or her eating habit at this time may not be a good idea. GIVE HER A BREAK!
6. Is there any reasons why your refused to pay for the DSTV?

I think the problem here may be you. You need to simmer down and start preparing yourselves for the new baby, because things do not get better with the addition of a new baby. Just chill out, give peace a chance, embrace your wife, get a male maid and please pay for the DSTV.
It makes no sense to embrace problems that can be resolved before things get out of hand

Kai this remind me of Yoruba movie I watch last year, the women turned the children towards their father, this man suffered but when the children discovered how their father suffered for money to take care of them they were shock to their bone marrow.
I think you guys are mixing things up.

Caring physically/ mentally/ emotionally for your children is not the same as marrying to a wife that hates you.
Every great mom is very happy to have children that cherish their father. In fact, majority of magnificent mothers systematically train their children to always love their father regardless of the circumstances.

So please do not mix caring for your children with marrying to a wife that despises you…That should be a different topic.

CondemnBattery:
So I saw a thread earlier, and decided to educate husbands in the house how to play the home politics, just as adviced by my pastor's wife.

My pastor's wife thought me a valuable lesson. She legitly told us to be smart as husbands, when the kids did something wrong in your absence and your wife did not discipline the child, but waits for you to come back and discipline them, don't. Make sure she disciplines them herself, otherwise your kids will think you are the wicked one and the evil one.

Don't always give your wife all the money to buy things for the kids, take the children out to the market, buy them clothes, take them to the grocery store, buy the provision in their present. Let them know you are the one buying them. If you buy them shoes or anything, make sure they are aware that you are the one buying them. If you do all these, the kids will love you more. This is 2022, don't allow your wife rob you of your years of labor when it's time to reap.

You can add your own way of playing the family politics.

Please if this is front page worthy, kindly move to fp, so men can learn 1 or 2 this new year.

May our wives not take all our glory all in the name of I'm too busy in Jesus name. Amen
I do not believe that buying your kids clothes, provision, shoes etc is the solution.
It shouldn't be a competition between you and your wife, as the kids are very smart and can easily detect this method of operation, which can backfire.
If you want your kids to love you, try the following things and I promise you that nobody would rob you of your years of labor when its time to reap.
1. Allow your kids to see you as their friend.
2. Instead of constantly barking at them, try to have a conversation with them. Allow them to introduce what is on their mind and always listen.
3. Let them know that their view of things or opinion may not always correct, but very important
4. Let them know that you trust them when it comes to making the right decision when you're not there to support them
5. Spend time with them as much as possible (go on a trip/ vacation, go fishing or take them out to checkout a new movie, take them out to their favorite restaurant)
6. From time to time allow them to guard you in making certain decision (eg: let your daughter pick the color of your tie or shirt, allow your son to choose the color of your car)
7. Always tell them that you love them (make it a common practice to kiss them on their foreheads)
8. Randomly send them text messages to check up on them
9. Give them a complete support in whatever they choose to do (when it comes to career)
10. Give them the assurance that you have their back forever and ever.
And finally, always pray to God to bless you by making your children bigger and better than you.

In my book, all that buying material stuff doesn't always work (a typical confused Nigerian mind) . I know a multimillionaire children that got everything they have from dad, but still hate the man like human shiit.

It is well.

- He is a very intelligent dude who also happens to be extremely humble
- His actions speaker much louder than what he says

Nigerians must keep in mind that the vultures (sick leaders and a few big boys around the country) do not want things to change or get better, simply because they eat and steal more in a failed state of things in Nigeria; there is no other way these folks can make billions while an average Nigerian goes to bed with an empty stomach.
They (sick leaders and a few big boys around the country) prefer a state of business as usual, and a state of confusion, for this reason we must come together and choose a new way of thinking and a new way of doing things. Oshibajo might just be the entity that makes this happen.
I personally can't see how our country will move forward to great things if we continue to do a little more of the same shiit; you simply can't expect a new direction or a new outcome if we continue to do the same thing the same way.
