Nazgul:
Some guys are really annoying.

If he gets sacked, he'll come online and start begging for money with various ridiculous lines.

A customer paid money to have some rest in your hotel, why can't you just let her be? If I were to be the manager, I'll sack that guy, cos he's clearly ruined the reputation of the hotel.

Responsible women will avoid that hotel.
I hate to tell you that this is not his first time.
The horrible move must have worked for him in the past.
He just happened to send the text message to a wrong madam...I guess, the dude needs to know that not all madams are thirsty

I can feel the anger of the passengers, but all the noise wouldn't solve a thing. Instead of the anger, passengers and staff should have calmed down and work together to figure out the best solution to either fix the train or to stay safe...It is what it is; this is Nigeria.
There is nothing worse than a bunch of confused passengers being attacked by boko haram or armed robbers in the middle of the night.

Charly Boy Apologizes To His Daughter For Maltreating Her Because She Is Lesbian

Charley Boy, aka Area Fada, has written an open letter to apologize to his daughter for the way he treated her after she came out as a lesbian, IgbereTV reports.

Charly Boy had shared a post last week, saying he's proud to have a lesbian daughter and he supports her completely. But his daughter, Dewy Oputa hit back, stating that her father doesn't pick her calls and she was rendered homeless after she publicized her sexuality. She accused her dad of using her to chase clout as father of the year online, while caring nothing about her in real life.

Charly Boy has now responded. He said he was amused by his daughter's public condemnation because it's the same way he and his father - former Supreme Court justice Chukwudifu Oputa - butted heads before he was able to be independent.

"Lion no fit born goat, " he added.

He asked Dewy to forgive him and promised to allow her tell her story and to respect her perspectives.

He wrote:

Your apology to your daughter shows and confirms that you remain unique and very special in every single way.

Who wants to claim a friend that constantly steals?
For your information, Seun got caught not once, but twice, all within a very short period.
I believe the first one was the iPhone wahala, and the second time was when he tried to exchange fake money for dollars.

Even governors are rejected In Nigeria when they lose election, so don’t be surprised when a common thief is rejected. A real friend is hard to find in Nigeria; every man for himself...
It is now up to him to learn from it, be wiser and move on.
Such is life!

I wish him all the best.
Politics › Re: Fani-Kayode Praising Wife Months Before Marriage Collapsed (Video) by zomby(m):
This kind of video Show usually takes place after a major blowout (disagreement) between husband and wife.
The video is designed for friends and family of FFK and his wife to disregard whatever negative vibes they may be getting or hearing...

But I must confess that the body language of both parties didn’t match the positive message they intended to send

FFK looked guilty as if he had done something very bad In the past few days, and needed to use the birthday outing as an opportunity to make things right.

The wife too looked unhappy, and one could easily tell that she is completely used to the off and on mistreatments of FFK.

No marriage is perfect, but public show or social media show like this only makes things worse. One is better off keeping things very simple while he or she works on making the marriage better privately.

It is well!
Travel › Re: Obudu Mountain Resort Looks Like Europe But Nigerians Don't Value Their Own by zomby(m): 1:11am On Sep 22, 2020
100Caliber:
I was at Obudu Mountain Resort recently and had a good time. I saw some foreign people there too. The place still looks very beautiful like Europe despite low domestic patronage . Maybe they need good managers and marketing team, and a good road network connection.
I've come to realize that average Nigerians just don' have the spending power ,and that's why most businesses like Resorts and shopping centers don't thrive too well .

A business thrives when local and foreign consumers combine, It won't thrive if it's only patronized by foreign. Even rich Nigerians prefer to vacation abroad. The Nigerian spending power is too low and needs to be boosted before such places can thrive.

The idea of resorts and national parks like Tinapa, Obudu Mountain resort, Cross river National park, etc. are great, if not for the low spending power of average Nigerian.
For now, it's just a shame.
Nice write up, but I disagree with your statement that a business like resort thrives only when patronized by both local and foreign consumers..it won’t thrive when it is only patronized by foreigner.

Without a doubt, a business may be more profitable When Patronized by local and foreign consumers, But business can also do extremely well when the main Focus Is on foreign consumers: for Example 99% of the resorts in Mexico only focus and depend on foreigners.

Obudu Mountain Will do much better if it is setup well to attract or entice foreigners. Foreign consumers are more reliable and spend more money with very little hesitation.

A resort that is setup to attract local consumers will fail...Attracting foreigners is the main key to a successful resort business...Forget the locals.
Romance › Re: What Are Advantages & Disadvantages Of Marrying Nigerian Girl Born In America? by zomby(m):
Trumptweet:
Please help me. I am in medical school. My cousin and his wife (both living in USA) introduced a girl to me. They want me to come over.

From my understanding the two families are friends.

According to my cousin, "she is a good girl from a good family "

I have already started chatting with her, she seems cool, apparently.

But I need unbiased views from those with experience please.

Put yourself in my position and advise me.

she's 27. She is doing her masters .im 29, finishing next yr.

Thank you.
First, God is the only one that can pick the right person to marry. If I were you I would focus more on asking God for direction; he knows today and tomorrow.

Second, The difference between marrying a Nigerian born in America and a Nigerian born in Nigeria isn’t much. It all depends on the background of each individual, state of mind and family values.

Third, for me personally, I despise Naija drama or shenanigans of any kind, I will do anything in this world to avoid them. Even though, the drama doesn’t completely disappear, but at least marrying a Nigerian American reduces it by 50%. For this reason, I will pick a Nigerian American any time any day...The advantages are simply way too much, but again God is always in control...he knows better.

Finally, I will advise you to go for it. You are not obligated to marry anyone, just give it a try...test drive and you may just end up loving it.

But you must be open minded...American girls love attention, they are very open to learn new things or new ways and much more independent. You will be treated like a king as long as you adore her like a queen.
They completely understand what L O V E stands for; they are very loyal, loving and less materialistic like the ones over here in Lagos..

Age 29 is a perfect age... JUST DO IT!
Family › Re: I Am Suspecting My Wife Is Cheating. Should I Confront Her? by zomby(m): 4:32pm On Sep 06, 2020
@OP:
It is extremely tough to maintain a beautiful wife in Nigeria, especially if you are not as wealthy.

Regardless of how much love you give or how handsome you look, most naija chicks will never let go an ex that is wealthy, or powerful or well connected.

My brother, solution to this madness is to simply consult with your village people. Let them apply Magun or Crazy glue...You may even let your wife know about it...Ffucck it!

Note:
. Magun is the application that kills whoever goes on top of your wife
. Crazy glue is the application that keeps your wife and her boyfriend affixed together until you release them.

Nothing else will work or stop a wife that wants to cheat.
Another solution is to be patient, setup your exit plan and then simply divorce her.
Travel › Re: Why Do Your Friends Ignore You When They Finally Travel Out Of The Country? by zomby(m): 1:55pm On Sep 04, 2020
@OP
Your friends may be judging you based on their experience with other Nigerians friends/ family members that think going to abroad is the same as going to heaven.

I know a few folks that have completely blocked all Nigerian friends contacts on their phones, simply because ENOUGH IS NEVER ENOUGH, especially among Naija chicks (aka the entitled chicks).

My advise for you is to simply let them be and focus on yourself and other friends that truly care about you.

When you hear Bourdillon, chances are that the first thing that comes to mind is the home of former Governor of Lagos state and Leader of APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He is also known as the Lion of Bourdillon because that is where he lives and the area has long being associated with him.

Bourdillon is one of the areas that make up Ikoyi which is an affluent area in Lagos State.

I took time out to drive almost the stretch of Bourdillon for your viewing pleasure.

@Afam:
In this video I see nothing but a good road For about 8 minutes straight. I was expecting to see structures or buildings (both residential and commercial).
There is absolutely nothing in this video that makes Bourdillon stand out...In fact, I can show you another road leading to an area here in Abuja that looks just like your video.

In a nutshell, I learned nothing about Bourdillon or Ikoyi or Lagos from watching this video.

Not trying to burst your bubble, just expressing my opinion...I hope your next video is much more educational, and not just 8 mins of a black tar road.

Very sad BUT true!.....let's be honest with ourselves. I believe that if Africa is given BACK to the Colonialists, they will treat us BETTER than the way African leaders treat their ppl. Look at Pre- colonial Africa and compare with Post-Colonial Africa...Quagmire EVERYWHERE! Leaders sitting on power for DECADES. Mugade was there since 1980, the other fool in Uganda is STILL ( Museveni) there and Many more. Look at this Covid era, Africa is sitting, waiting for Handout of the Vaccines while the Whites are working TIRELESSLY in finding a cure. Our African leaders are ALREADY packaging their countries to ask for DEBT FORGIVENESS from WHITE Country creditors BECAUSE of Covid 19 EVEN THOUGH Africa has the lowest Covid cases . EVEN if the debt is forgiven, WANTON LOOTING will ensue IMMEDIATELY,DONATED Covid vaccines will be sold at exorbitant prices to their Citizens EVEN THOUGH it was given to African Countries FREELY... These Bastards are ALREADY drawing the blueprint of HOW it will be looted. In Nigeria, most cases are NOW labeled Covid cases in order to steal money , Hush Puppy and Co even STOLE MILLIONS of Covid money from White Countries.....Is the Black man REALLY CURSEDhuh? Our Afro American Counterparts here in the States were PUBLICLY BEGGED to stop the killings in their communities BECAUSE their community Hospitals couldnt handle ADDITIONAL Deaths due to the workload caused by Covid 19 ...... imagine how pathetic that soundshuhhuh( mind you , I am a law enforcement Officer here in NY).LET US ALL BE HONEST WITH OURSELVES Y'ALL!!!!
The difference between a black man and a monkey isn’t that much...
There is absolutely no other way to explain the failure of a black man....not only in Africa, but all around the world.

Every country has the good, the bad and the ugly...This dude is simply lucky that he dealt with the good, a good Zimbabwean.

My point is:
Don't be too quick to judge all Nigerians. With the bad system, retardeddd leaders and unbearable poverty level in the country, there are still a few incredible Nigerians, who respect themselves, respect the laws and uphold a solid integrity.
Yes, without a doubt, there is a big room for each and everyone of us to do better in making our country's name fly high and shine, but we Nigerians still remain the best of the best in African... and also around the world.

Let us continue to push forward and hope for the best...

Nigeria will fly again!

COVID-19 is a bastard!

This unprecedented pandemic has shown the entire world that it doesn't matter who you are or what you have, in the eyes of the Lord we are all equal.
Look at all the cars parked...no where to go
Cloths and shoes dey, but all just sitting in the closets...no where to go.
Even if you go places, face mask don cover your face...no one cares or knows who you are.

Now, it all boils down to showing off the cars, the cloths, the shoes and the houses in a virtual mode.... Na wah o!

The lesson here is: You can survive without all the BlingBling.
Stay safe, love yourself and love your family...all other stuff are not as important as you think

As we all know, Buruji was not a perfect man just like everyone of them (including Obasanjo)...Therefore, as an older man and a former president, Obasanjo should have chilled out with his words...The man (OBJ) released his statement less than an hour after the passing of Buruji. This kind of action simply shows a sign of a tiny mind and a soul of a vindictive human being.

You Just don’t throw a stone at every bird...always use your head, you don’t have to win every fight.

On the other hand, whether you like him or hate him, Tinubu continues to exhibit a role of a true leader and a mind of a magnificent politician.
The man knows when to talk, what to say and when to simply shut up. I guess, that’s why he’s called the Jagaban of Nigeria.
