I read the instructions on the website that the name for the registration should be the name on my international passport. I got my international Passport before I got married so I have my maiden name on the passport but I would be applying for the PR using my married name because we are applying as a family.
My question is can I register using my new surname ( husband's name) and go to the exam centre with my marriage certificate as a proof that I am the same person. Thank you

Apply with your maiden name it wont change anything.Your credentials have your maiden name,you only need to show evidence that you are married that all
Note IELTS will only accept the name you registered with,if you register with your husband name and the name in your passport is your maiden name,they will tell you to go and do another passport which will take time.So just register in your maiden name and indicate you are married period

check schools in south australia as they are also classified as regional area for immigration purposes. check https://www.migration.sa.gov.au i think you can scale through as a marketing specialist or market research analyst job title if u graduate from a south australian university with a business degree in marketing . u will be eligble for state sponsored nomination. this is just my point of view please do further research to prove me correct.

Try using your GTB mastercard like that. The code you may be asked to provide is the signatory code which is the only 3digits number at the back of your card. JUST TRY IT OUT FIRST AND SEE THE CODE THEY REQUIRES FROM YOU.
More also, GTB mastercard online secure code can only cost you arnd N2500; try and obtain the code because you will always need it for online payment. But for your OSHC payment, you may not need the secure code.
My 2cent advice is: dnt even try going through the Domiciliary acct pathway as suggested(except you dnt want to pay with your card), it's expensive.

Congratulation. There is biggie if your nominated occuparion is equivalent to australian's bachelor degree. The nominated occupation required AQF because they needed a trade person in that skills. Furthermore, it will be difficult for the DIBP to score you a degree point for a diploma occupation. you mean accomodation wise i guess...I would have loved to help out but i am staying with a relation who is married with kids and do not want to "pass my boundary" by looking to bring someone else in. I can however try to get contact info for shared apartments at least for you to stay for a while and then u can be on the lookout for another if you dont like it. Meanwhile you can also browse, google and check up on accomodation close to where you are going to in sydney. You can check for backpackers accomodation. I think its relatively cheaper than other forms of accommodation.

This is what the requirement reads "Although you do not specifically need to hold a bachelor’s degree in environmental science to apply, you should hold either a bachelor of science degree, or a similar tertiary qualification, where there is an emphasis on one of the following disciplines: biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, ecology, climate and atmospheric sciences, marine science, geology, geography, environmental studies, environmental engineering, agriculture and/or natural resource management. Alternatively, a Bachelors degree in any discipline, in addition to successfully completing 3 units of undergraduate science (biology, chemistry, geography) at the University of Sydney with a credit average."

It simply means u need a science inclined undergraduate qualification (preferably an undergrad qualification in environmental science) to apply for the course. Your undergrad degree must be strongly related to one of the above listed disciplines. The second part of the requirement means that you can apply with a bachelors degree in ANY discipline BUT if granted admission, you will have to undertake undergraduate prerequisite courses in biology chemistry n geography in the school before you can graduate. This automatically entails more money as cost of these courses will be added to the tuition fee

There is no biggie...you still get your 15pts. As long as your result clearly states COMPARABLE TO AN AUSTRALIAN BACHELOR DEGREE. You can claim points for a higher degree, even if your occupation requires lower...as long a it is clearly assessed as equivalent. That is why PhD holders can claim points for PhD, even if the assessing body requires just a Bachelor's.

Trade skills are different. If he had submitted HND, it would have been assessed a equal to an AQF Diploma...and HND is not a trade degree. AQF is the Australian Qualifications Framework. It is the scale used to equate qulifications from Certificate I to PhD

I didn't provide bank statement. It took me approximately 3weeks to get the visa.

And it also says it is suitable for migration purposes at the end, abi? If you are in doubt, you can always go 489 sha....but there is no cause for alarm, really. Your hardcopy should be coming in latest Tuesday /Wednesday...you can mail them to send you the tracking number.

Check the job description, and educational requirements carefully. As I'm thinking you might need post-masters experience. Employment letter isn't compulsory,but you will need an employer reference/statement of service or statutory declaration...along with salaryslips/bankstatements showing salary deposits/tax documents.
