I think religion leads to a condition known as cognitive dissonance, a situation where someone looses touch with reality. This explains why a Muslim fundamentalist would blow himself/herself apart because promise of enjoyment in heaven or kingebuka is ready to kill his reasoning faculty to make his own version of Paradise.

I am talking about Abraham marrying his sister not Cain. Jonny has already given you an answer whichI very much agree with. Incest to me is bad because it affects the gene pool negatively.
