Redgal please if you can afford to come down to Nigeria please do. The guy might not be a scammer. I feel he's genuine. As for the visa fee Redgal it's possible it might be up to 2000 usd as he requested, he's going through an agent. For him to tell you that his family can't afford the visa fee means he can't meet the basic visa requirements to visit America not withstanding the visa fee. Where will he get the his statement of account from, a good landed property that will serve as a strong financial home tie, he owns no business or a salary account. All these are just the expensive basic requirements thats why he is seeking the help of a visa agent which is very expensive.

I know of family members who paid 900k naira for American visa which is more than the 2000 usd he requested for.

But listen if at all you send him money for the visa and he ends up telling you story of how the money is not enough or how someone jilted him and went away the money just cut ties with immediately. You might think you've lost financially and emotionally but I'll tell you he's the biggest looser why? This opportunity will never come his way again.

But in all, I see a broke Nigerian who is fortunate to find love abroad and wants to also make a good life out of it too.

To get visa to US is very hard... sincerely there are agents doing it for people by arranging the documents required for it and they charge 500,000naira which is about $1500. He may be willing to come over but how are you sure she loves you and will marry you when he comes over. They're many ways you can test his genuinty. There are many Nigerians over there... get a friend you know over there to connect you to any of their relations here they trust and hand over the money to the person and let the person follow the procedure up after they've confirmed this your friend as genuine by meeting him in person. Mind you also, the agents don't collect money till the visa comes out. so, if the visa comes out after the process I believe is the right time to pay the agent.... by then, you have genuinely confirmed the visa through your friends siblings over here...that should be the right time to send money. He's only required to pay visa fee which is about $200. I can brief u more Incase.

Please my sister, get a Nigerian over there and use their siblings here to be sure of what he's saying....If he doubt too much I can give u agent that will do it for him and you guys pay after it's out(not compulsory). The visa fee will be communicated to him and he pay that by himself which is affordable also by him. Don't send a dime till your witness here confirms it.... not

I'm real with my claims. I'm not lying. I too wondered about some of his claims but I guess by talking to me for a while this guy hit on some of my emotional buttons and compassionate buttons. Play this game, Tell him It's not a must he comes over to the US before you guys build something solid. He has a land right ? Advice him to use that as collateral for loan if he can't sell it or something and challenge him to find a business to do with it, Observe his reaction. Take your time , dont rush, dont allow him to sweet talk you. Present to him logical advices on how to turn things around without you parting with a cent. If he happens to still stick around while feeding you back on how things are moving with the said business using solid facts as witness, You'll Know you've got yourself a keeper and you can then be safe to arrange how you guys can meet to share something real.It might take a year , two or more before things work out, but at least , you will be sure you ain't falling prey to a cheat. Most importantly, don't part with a dime whatever you do up until you're sure you're absolutely safe.
