The biggest and latest I remember was when Rochas Okorocha designated Orlu as a Township. Most Nigerians have no idea what it means when a place is referred to as TOWNSHIP. The people of Orlu of course resisted and I don't know the outcome. What I do know I'd if government is determined, they can do whatever they want because it's their legal right.
