@post, initally, I thought this was one of those fake stories this bloggers use to drive traffic to their blogs cos Its hard to believe that a Full grown man will use such an excuse to curse and abandon an innocent new born baby of his own loin!

I know all about the excuses these guys make all in the name of saving a buck. Only when it comes to their children though. In the streets they don't mind paying/giving 3 times that to some slut they're trying to impress. It's a damn shame. My cousin went through a very painful child support case with her ex so I truly sympathise.

See, he was required to come up with a spreadsheet of his monthly expenditure & his list was ridiculously exaggerated. I mean with the prices. He said his hair cut costs R150, when it's well know that you can get it for 10 bucks on a good day. It's not that he was against paying, he just didn't wanna pay what she was asking him to pay.

Well it takes two to make a baby so it must take two to take care of it. The mother is already doing so much since she's with the child full time. When the child is sick in the middle of the night, she has to rush to the hospital. No amount of money can ever reach that level of dedication. It's priceless. And yet still niggas bytch & moan about coughing up just a small contribution. That's unfair.

Well I can see why your argument was so intense,we are both trying to protect our interest,in your cousin case,he didn't deny the child,am more interested in the way forward for guys who claim they where tricked into fatherhood..I have read so many cases,the resent one was that of a man in the US,he and his girl have already agreed to be using family planning pill,the lady without informing the guy,stopped taking the pill and intentionally got pregnant,the guy was just struggling,he started paying child support,but yet the lady won't allow him see his daughter,the lady would mock him in the presence of her sisters and mother,the guy told the court that the lady refuse to honour the stipulated date,st aside for visiting but the lady disobeyed the order,police was sent to pick the lady,she refuse to go with the police with the excuse that she is attending to her daughter,they lady asked the guy to move out of his own apartment with the excuse that she wants she and her daughter to be alone...so many of such cases,in most cases the stress alone make most men commit suicide and some mentally unstable...


Now wouldn't it be nice,should government create a place,where children that are product of break-up or pre-martial sex be housed,with both party contributing money monthly for their up-keep...this way,there won't be any manipulation in the child life,either mentally(brain washing such child that the mother abandoned him/her or the father was an irresponsible man and drunkard) or abusive mothers and fathers until they turn 18,this to me should be the right way,in terms of children,no party/gender should have full rights and the other party not having same all in the name of gender..

Well, I truly hate it when women use pregnancy to trap guys & when they use children as pawns to assert revenge or whatever. It. is. wrong. However, again, the guys are not without blame when they're being trapped in these situations. It teaches them not to take everything at face value. That the kids should be housed in some place to ensure equal contribution? Well won't that make the children develop some type of complex? Remember, kids don't need to feel or be treated any different from other kids just because of the condition they were born under. That wouldn't be right. What's needed is for the parents to grow up, be civil & work out their differences for the benefit of their child. All of this wouldn't be necessary if people were mature & responsible.
