Please guys, How many 02 censor does a MB C Class 180 classic (w202)has?. I can see one at d engine manifold. Just to confirm. My catalytic converter has also been removed by "bad boys". How bad is this on the car?
I am not sure about your model Year MB, but this video shows MB models using two sensors... The two may or may not be identical as they have different exhaust phases to read from.. Mercedes does wonders sometimes.. Be sure to compare the two and assure they are the same or not the same.. That way you will know what to replace them with..

One is front and the other is rear or mid under body... The video shows you where to go to look for the underbody rear sensor...

The lack of Catalytic converter depends on the flexibility and programming of your car's engine performance management computer..
Engine is engine and they can run without a catalytic converter or sensors so long as the cars control computer allows it.. Advanced cars today are slaves to their computers.. It all depends on how the computer was programmed to react..

Don't listen to the guy 12naina; he doesn't know what's he's talking about. The absence of catalytic converter, more commonly called catalyt, affects fuel consumption badly. From personal experience, and I'm sure from many other people's experience.

I used an MPV whose cayalyt was removed; didn't even know. The car was just eating fuel anyhow until someone checked it and said the catalyt was gone.

I bought a Benz catalyt; Benz catalyt are made of metal; a panel beater help me fixed it and the excessive fuel consumption stopped.

Tell guy doesn't know what's he's talking about. He's only blowing grammar. Granted, the catalytic converter may have other job it does, but it's removal definitely leads to excessive fuel consumption.
Catalytic converter does not handle burn of fuel and it does not directly cause or stop excess fuel to burn.. It can only change the exhaust flow pattern and pressures and then the engine control computer would adjust for the exhaust changes and that computer could adjust to cause more fuel to burn... Also the O2 sensor and airflow sensor does the same.. (Its not in the grammar, its in the details of the message in the story)... Catalytic converter does not stop burn of fuel or cause fuel to burn more. Tampered exhaust flow is what causes the cars engine management computer to sense the new exhaust flow pattern and the computer increases the fuel burn from the engine.
You can reprogramme or replace the engine management module and solve the problem without a catalytic converter... Many car hobbyist here remove their catalytic converters to open the exhaust for better flow and power, and they also install new and programmable engine management modules to manage the engine according to their own specifications..
The catalytic converter removal causes only a reaction, not a direct cause of fuel consumption..
Another possibility is the factory exhaust configuration with CC, captures enough gas for the O2 sensor or mass airflow sensor to sense.. When that is changed and flowing too freely, the O2 sensor or mass airflow sensor can read low readings and then send compensation messages to the car computer to send more air and fuel.. That will cause excess fuel burn.. Again, its not the catalytic converter , it is the computer reacting..Yes it can be solved by replacing the CC or it can be solved by replacing the computer or reprogramming it where the source of the real issue is..

Once noticed that mine was stolen from the C class Benz with a change in the sound. This was done by the panel beater though he swore that 'I didn't eat the akala' as they call the catalytic converter.
It basically reduces the amount of harmful substances emitted into the atmosphere. It costs up to 25-50k depending on the model of car.
You must be talking about second hand very used Akala for 50k naira.. $3500 is what? Something like 700k naira? Thats the new cost for some car's "akala" as far as i know in the US... Mercedes Benz may not be so cheap unless its a small engine with less emmissions to convert...
" Akala " grin good one though, never heard that before..

Back in the day, Nigeria never used to build such steep and voluminous roof and ceiling areas... Why are people now building every thing like that? It requires more roofing material for such roofing area and surely cost more than the lower profile roofs that used to be the standard..

Did building standard officials mandate such design? I know its good for shedding snow, but not so needed to shed rain.. Maybe it reduces heat build up in the ceiling area? But most of those dont seem to have ventilation to vent the hot air anyway...
Maybe people just like the big look of it to make the house look bigger? shocked
Car TalkRe: Pls Help: Catalytic Converter Missing In Exhaust Pipe by 19naia(m): 8:20pm On Jun 19, 2015
O2 sensor would already be telling you if it was not working well.. If the car is driving well and no issues or check engine light is troubling you, then it is OK.. Catalytic converter only charges the exhaust smoke to convert the toxic aspects to less toxic emmissins.. It does not affect fuel because it is installed after the fuel/air burning area..
The O2 sensor can affect how fuel is burnt if the sensor is no longer reading as usual due to the Catalytic converter removal..
The O2 sensor sends the sensor data to the car's management system and the data is used there to calibrate air and fuel intake ratios..
Catalytic converter is expensive and people like to remove them and sell them for the precious metals in there used for the catalytic process..
It only serves to meet clean air requirements by governments of USA and other countries..
Its good to have one if you can afford.. Clean air is priceless and affects a persons life and makes the difference between dying of asthma or living another day... When i ride in thick traffic in countries that dont require the CC, i get light headed and a bit ill feeling.. In the USA where CC is mandatory for all marketed cars, i dont get so affected in heavy traffic..

Drive the thing and see if you notice change in fuel guzzle.. After that, its up to you...

In fact that was part of the problem, the car was finding it hard going up hill in addition to the vibration. But after he changed it the car leapt forward like a cheetah at first test grin . Now he's going to look into the vibration which actually did lessen after the work.
Unfortunately he's busy with other jobs at hand so I have to wait for him to finish with those. Like I said earlier, we got the car on the cheap and I was even considering changing the Engine if need be. Someone told me an engine from Lag would cost about 180K and I was thinking about it but the belt and tensioner change have turned me to a believer in the old engine.
Yes misfire issues are the most likely cause.. Timing belt imperfections can create bad firing sequence which can make vibrations.. Also the spark plug side of the firing can make vibrations if bad... The fuel delivery or injection may cause some irregularity but not the kind of vibration that timing and spark firing would cause.
Good to hear the issues are getting taken care of..

But fellas, something keeps bothering me, i would have figured it out yet, but there are no classic bugs around here for me to compare and contrast.
There seems to be a missing connecting rod type of thing missing from the chassis at the back tyres, i think it connects both areas circled in the picture. and its missing on both sides.
But if anyone has an idea of whats missing in my bug, ild be delighted to know about it and how i can fix it.
Hopefully DENN would help me out here
When i saw that, it looked liike a torsion bar assembly gap... I guess some kind of curved torsion bar wouod fit in there.
The torsion bar does not matter as far as basic suspension with shock absorbers and springs.. It also doesnt matter with the drive train moving the car along.

But... It does matter if this Beetle has no springs along with the shock absorbers... Certain models from certain years did not have the torsion bar assembly and that is why some one may have removed this one because it did not match older Beetles and the part was confusing..
The torsion bar adds strenth and rigidness to parts of the vehicle frame and chasis that tend to strain or flex under torsion loads.. Thats why if you dont see springs along with the shock absorbers, its best to put in the torsion bar to give added strength.
The vehicles may do fine until one day you forget it is lacking torsional load support, and you load the car with lots of passengers or cargo.. That is when you will be at risk of various fastening point failures or permanent bending in the frame or chasis.
I may be mistaken but thats what it looks like.. Forgive me if i later prove to be mistaken.. Its common to see various torsion bars spanning across various gaps in modern performance cars suspension assembly and body frame skeleton as well as main chasis skeleton.. Its like a reinforcement for strength in cars that will be push to extreme loads and movements...

Here is a writeup i found online from a VW beetle mechanic..

"~~~Rob responded -- The Bugs with the Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) used the double springplates on the rear suspension. These are shorter than the single springplates to suit the different brake hub assembly shape, which accomodates the diagonal link. Because of the diagonal link which is fixed to the torsion bar tube near the middle of the car, the actual torsion bar inside is mounted further outboard, and so protrudes about two inches out through the spring plate and the cover plate with the four bolts. On the swing axle models the torsion bar does not project out past the cover plate, so a quick look at the front end of the spring plates for the projection or flush torsion bar cover will tell you if the car has the twin springplates or not.

In the U.S., semi-automatic Bugs from '68 onwards had IRS, and ALL Bugs from '69 onwards had it. In other parts of the world the semi-automatics had it from '68 and the L or S superbugs had it from '71 onwards. In some parts of the world the 1200cc base model Bug continued to be sold with the swing axle suspension and single spring plates.~~~"

I envy you. Sounds like you're a natural adventurist. I cant travel months at a time right now, two weeks at most for me as I still labor at a job.

People have warned that the best scamming begins immediately at the airport, which means between the airport and my hotel awaits scheming bullshít to wade through. That alone makes me not want to land in Lagos, praying they have this airport built in Abia state by the time I make this trip. One of my Nigerian friends was candid with me about the layers of sophistication when it comes to scamming cartels in Lagos. Then this week, Radio Biafra read a leaked US report on Nigeria's irredeemable corruption pouring out of every orifice in their society. Obamas way of saying there's no hope. That alone is enough to ruin the idea of traveling to Lagos or Nigeria entirely. I'll pray to the heavens on this one.

What do you think is a good budget for Nigeria? I figured no more than $2500 (includes round trip tickets, cheaper if a friend gets a deal) with a grand for hotel and spending. Having to dodge price gouging *sighs* lol dodging would be my only option. Fvck that, I'm not going Lagos. Maybe Ill go to Igboland since I grew up around stick up kids my whole life anyways. Maybe I get lucky too and meet up with a villager who I can lodge with and maybe he can perform a Get Money ritual on me so I can make it rain in 2016 and beyond. Put magic charms in my pockets so I can later put my phhfoot up the white mans áss for messing up Africa. I wish...

Yea, I will have to plan more in detail for Nigeria. Maybe I'll have to see Biafra first, land of the milk and honey.
I used to live in nigeria long ago.. Long enough to make many friends and i have family as well... So, once i exit immigration and customs, i will have familiar people waiting for me to pick me up and keep me out of random people's hand bidding for me to go with them.. In Peru, i had no connections and the taxis, if they dont rob you, they will certainly steer you to the most expensive hotel because they will get a cut from the price you pay there. Next morning, i saw many cheaper hotels all around and the taxi had taken me to the most expensive in that area so he could get a cut of the price after decieving me.. In philippines also ,one taxi driver told all others in the area to charge me 4 times the usual fare, so that i would not leave that area unless i paid it... They took me .5km and dropped me asking for $35.. Normal fare was $7.. I did not speak their language and was at a disadvantage.. No friends or family and not understanding their language...

Nigeria is rougher but i have many old friends and family eager to see me again and host me for some time and show me around.. No hotels needed and no expensive tourist gimmicks.. I will eat what they eat and where they eat, go to market where they go to market... Have them show me the best local canteens or buka to eat out affordably..
If anything, i am going prepared with solar equipment at hand for a bit of electricity, and if it comes to worst case, i will have to buy fans,AC and generator if i settle somewhere without electricity and excess heat.. I rather do that than waste money on a hotel... Who knows, maybe people will come to me and pay to charge their phones and such ,as well as do business with me to install solar for them at their houses...
I will hang among the locals as i did back in the day and learned to speak like them and live like them.. I will need to brush up on my language skills, but that will come quickly once i start interacting there.. I went to local primary school and even federal government college in Nigeria and I was just another pupil, just another Nigerian there who enjoyed and suffered plenty just like the rest of them...

NIGERIA IS ROUGHER, but i have some experience there, connections there able to help and familiar with the language... Some of my family there sometimes comes to US to visit and stay with the Family here.. At least two of the most recent family guest we hosted here in the US, they are magistrates or judges in Nigeria.. And my friends vary from lawyers, professors, entertainers, senior immigration officers and the list goes on of well qualified people who are there to help me and happy to have me visit there...
I beg, after my youngest sister went in late 2013 and said she enjoyed it and stayed with locals who are family, I cannot cower in being an older bigger man and worry about things warding me off.. My father was very paranoid though and at one point hired an armed police from the police superintendent to guard my sister during here few days stay in our home town during a big celebration...
My sister didnt have the armed guard in Lagos and i dont think i will have such shamful treatment for myself any where there, what do i have that is so important? And the home towm issues never got worse than petty pilfering of things brought or sent from USA.. I will stay away from particular places and people..

If my friend decides to go back to Cameroun then we'd go back to this small polytech town in the southwestern portion of the country, about 300 miles from Calabar. From Yaoundé airport it was a 5hr scenic drive, it was one of the most memorable times I ever had to reflect. I would've liked to causally cross over into Nigeria somehow but our purpose there took all our time and energy (I even missed out on seeing Malabo as well). I have no compelling reason to visit the southeast region other than its articulation with the Cameroonian border, so I'm open to seeing Lagos.

I laughed reading that you're adamant about avoiding the slums and the Sambisa forest. Think they'll try to eat us?? grin

I'd like to see Brazil but I need one more trip to the mother rock first. wink
I slated Brazil for this year's winter when the year first started.. But then i changed my mind because brazil is easy to go from here and i go somewhere every year now.. I have many years ahead to see brazil and many other places, but africa has been on hold for 25 years now, so i ended up getting my ticket already to lagos for this winter.. If i survive this trip and enjoy, i will end up visiting Ghana and others in west africa.. Maybe even cameroun... I dont really have many compelling places i desire to go these days... Mauritius is on my to do list and Brazil and then west africa... I get to stop over in Germany this year but only enough time for a few hours ride around frankfort.. I can always shcedule a flight to africa with extended stop overs in europe ,like turkey, germany, amsterdam and more.. grin Two destinations in one..

when i travel, i stay for months and try to stay for half the year at least.. Sometimes i stay up to 8 months away from home.. Every year now since beginning of 2010.. I dont always end up liking everywhere i try, and some times i suffer well no matter how nice a place i have to stay.. The food and atmosphere and weather dont always do me right where ever i go..
Thats probably why my must go travel list is short these days despite the ability and habit of going to a new place every year or even repeat an old destination ...

I just got back from my winter stay travels but this year i kept it to the US.. I went to Arizona by the Mexico border (Mexican food agree wit me well well if i find a hygenic source.. Good and cheap) for 5 months, but not before staying 3 months in miami area.. I just go, settle in among the locals, and no hotels.. I rent a room in a house for short term monthly rent, or rent an apartment to myself if thats available for short term of 6 months or less...
Most of the other cheap countries i go, its easy to rent short term monthly stays in some hotels or even houses or apartments and for very good prices compared to the US and on the beach also...

I will do everything i can to avoid hotel stays in Nigeria as well as avoid paying a years rent for just a few months stay in a flat.. My strategy is to wander the country in no paticular order to many scattered friends and family places, stay with them, contribute my lodging funds to them and do my usual blending in among the locals as if i live there... If they even try to price gouge me, i will go to a far out village of my liking and set up solar electric and mosquito nets and use hand pulled well water and contribute my tourist dollars to those humble courageous people with a real experience to offer me...

I have to start off in lagos because thats the arrival airport and also many friends and some family there.. Then to Ibadan where its cheaper and easier and also family there.. Maybe check out Ondo state and benin city as i move along.. I have friends in Asaba and Owerri i could visit... While there, i would love to take a trip to Calabar for some time....I'm Not so big on seeing Abuja, but eventually i will run out of new places to visit and end up visiting Abuja...

The truth is most Nigerians want to take me to the Places that look modern developed and upscale in style, but if that was what i was looking for, I wouldnt spend the well over $1000 to get to nigeria.. I could spend a few hundred dollars and tour in USA in constant modern development and fresh clean environments...
I would come to Nigeria to see what only it has, not matter how rural or underdeveloped, so long as its not sambisa forest or black water slums..
I can enjoy mud hut villages with my mosquito nets, i travelled in Amazon jungle area 2013 and stayed 8 days in a village..

What is the point of the endless money spent on his office and aides and ministers and entire corps. and armies of work force to do his bidding?

There is nothing for him to do but use his mind of experience and sign the orders to execute and maintain oversight through the ministers and the general public cries..
He is starting to sound like a man trying to disclaim his way out of work and into idle time free to chop d coffers and keep diligent ovesight into the ways he can obscure any sign of his dirty dipping into the cookie jar..

Anyway, I wont condemn him so soon.. I will wait for his task on creating a serious anti corruption culture in Nigeria.. If he does that alone with significant impact, i will give him an A grade., That one problem carries 90% of his score.. The other problems to be solved -carry 10% because most of those problems are hindered from solution because of corruption... Infrastructure outside the west is not, and should not be expected to be, the same as infrastructure in the west. West in this case includes any first world country or economy.

You have to work with what's available in the country of destination and while some of your points are valid, I wouldn't say so for all of them.
The infrastructure difference is exactly what highlights the price gouging in Nigeria.. Nigeria has some of the rock bottom infrastructure in the world, even when compared against countries far poorer than Nigeria.. Of course they have better tourism in those countries because despite better infrastructure than Nigeria, they keep a much lower price than Nigeria for lodging and other things for tourist..
Nicaragua in central america has been labelled among the poorest countries in the world, yet they have much better electric supply nation wide as well as modern malls and luxury hotels in just one or two major cities with low population..Less than 7million people in the entire nation.. Lots Of room... Nigeria is always quoting 10k naira a night hotel for a basic decent hotel, and maybe as low as 7k naira if you try... 7k is still around $35 and i can find that in many parts of USA if i try... Easy to find 10k naira hotel in many parts of USA..
Nicaragua ranges between $9 and $20 for basic decent hotel.. $9 will be simple and in smaller towns.. $20 will be simple but in the bigger cities.. It was about $12 -$20 for basic decent hotel on the beach in Peru with satelite TV, full size clean beds and even a mini fridge and hot water with electricity 24/7. Water was daily but maybe lackng for a few hours during some days..

Nigeria is overpriced despite its infrastructure lackings... Price gouging without a sense of international equity, thats the main obstacle to bring international tourism to Naija.. Even exquisite Thailand, I paid $7 a night for a very nice basic hotel only lacking AC but the fan was good quality, and the food is cheap and among world class, always electric and water... That was not a small city either, chiang mai in thailand.
Thailand and Peru drink international tourist dollars, euros, pounds, rials ,like water.. Thailand is so flooded with tourist and their money that they struggle to restrict their stay. Peru just started restricting the length of stay there also.. I met a french citizen hawking in the market as a bare survival because he was willing to do anything to stay in thailand. France would do so much for him to have a good quality standard of living, but thailand has something that draws tourist there like no other place.. The food, the cheap price and their native culture..

They have many americans, europeans, Australians, and so on coming there to retire with their pensions..
Even philippines manages to draw quite a crowd of retired foriegners to live and many tourist as well.. It is very cheap in philippines as well with plenty electric supply and also water... I was in all of those countries for extended periods of time..

Nigeria is over priced for its low level of general quality and infrastructure.. By the time you get close to the sparse US style quality areas in nigeria, it cost more than the same would cost in the USA, and those areas are never far from squalor and its effluents.. Especially in Lagos...

These cheap tourist countries measure their tourist revenues in the billions of dollars, and that may not include all the illegal purchases made by tourist there.. Let me say, i met tourist from all over the world, that enjoyed to live in the bush in a hut or in a basic hotel with no AC and even endure some poor infrastructure, but they simoke would not enjoy or afford to do the same in Nigeria for prices similar to what they pay in america, europe, australia and so on, except they have a much higher quality at home...

Trying to sell a high priced image will yeild less sales.. Selling low priced to many millions of customers is what does it... The communications industry globally hit a boom in their worth and profits, when they changed cell phone from a contracted pricey luxury for a few, into a cheap available device that poor people could get and load with just a few minutes for less than a $ or load with hours for more than a $..
There are countries raking in billions a year from mostly low budget tourist.. That also invites more international investors who cater to the tourist who then demand the host country develop into better infrastructure and quality... Thailand went from a 3rd world country to at least a 2nd world country just by tourism alone and then other business followed..

Likely cause was the heat emitting from the drive train through to the cabin area... The vehicle would normally come with adequate insulation layers on the floor, but after Nigeria mechanics work many rounds on the long lived vehicle, they would have slowly reduced it's insulation padding without ever thinking that one day the vehicle would be loaded with flammable fabrics sensitive to the heat comming from the drivetrain... And then add the possiblity of accumulated petrol fumes absorbed by the fabric in an old vehicle..

No, but my sister has one of me with the look of the devil in my eyes when i was 14 or maybe 15.. I had just started recovering from the worst bout of malaria i ever had, i thought i would die and heard and saw spirits whispering around my bed when i was at my worst..
Any way ,my sister shows up with a camera and calloused remarks about how bad i looked and she took a photo..
We were so broke back then that photos were a luxury...

All my picture stashes from before the days of smart phones and tablets, they are mostly ruined or lost...
Here are a few picture of me when i was around 3 years old with my older sister and grandfather, another when i was 4 or 5, and one when i was 19 serving in the US Army.. I got these from other friends and family who cared well for the photos and converted them to digital files..

TravelRe: Renewal Of US Passport For Child In Nigeria by 19naia(m): 1:30pm On Jun 15, 2015
Golovic:
Thanks @ 19naia. Will I (parent) be interviewed? Asked to bring family photos, proof to show I'm taking good care of the child etc (Some 'tales' I have heard).
The old passport and birth cert are very handy.
If your child does not look abused or malnourished or does not tell them horror stories, then i doubt anything will be of concern to them, and any questioning will go smoothly..
Of course bring ID for yourself to show you are the parent or legal guardian.. If your name is on the child's birth certificate, then your regular national ID or passport will be enough to match your name to a picture ID... My parents names are on my birthcertificate..

I still remember way back long ago when i was 16 ,my father took me to the embassy in Lagos and used my expired passport to gain entry..That was enough ,and of course all questioning was directed to him other than to ask me if he was my father..His own ID and passport was enough to prove that to them... I didint even have to go in for the processing and i even looked sickly at the time from too much malaria and low food from extensive unpaid father's salary.. 16 is still considered a child in US while 16 is a mark of adulthood in Nigeria . unless they changed it for Nigerian youth?
TravelRe: How Much Income On Average Can Be Made From Tourism In A Place Like Nigeria? by 19naia(m): 3:27am On Jun 15, 2015
Nigerias problem with tourism is that nigeria is overpriced and the entry visa to nigeria is also too much trouble and money.. Most people dont even have the confidence to send in their passports to a government office like Nigeria's just to get a visa.. Much reputation of nigerian corruption and fraud is spread around.. People fear things like their passports being cloned by rouges in the consulate and sold on the black market in lagos before they even board a flight to leave their home country.. It may not be true, but Nigerias reputation conjures things like that among the tourist type considering new places to go..

Then when they get to nigeria and see that prices are same or even more expensive than the same things they get in the US or Europe and then the overall quality and atmosphere is much less of a quality...

Nigeria is overpirced and that reduces the amount of tourist by extreme measure.. Equitable fare is what majority of tourist seek when travelling.. If they pay the same or more to visit your country, they want to receive the same or better quality of living.. Keep in mind that the bulk of tourist in most tourist boom countries, are budget travellers who would struggle to spend over $30 a day.. Nigeria is a minimum of $50 a day and a lot more stress about it with added pressure to get tourist to pay even more.. Nigerians need to get a clue about the outrageous prices they pitch to foriegners and just how extremely insane it is to ask such prices for an over all city environment that would not even be accepted for farm animals in their home country...

The vast majority of foreigners in Nigeria are there paying excess only because they are making big money in Nigeria.. And then Nigerians charge big money to rent them houses and other caterings.. Nigerians are chargeing them money they made in Nigeria.. Now that people have set prices to that standard, it will be very hard to attract tourist who make money at home, to pay more for dishevlled sheraton in lagos, than they would in exquisite environments all over the developed world.. No generator sounds or fumes..Plenty electric supply and flowing clean water.
Tourist are not there to work, they bring their money in to spend for a good experience and then go back home to earn more...
Nigeria is a far struggle to get decent revenues from foriegn tourism.. Maybe tourism among africans in africa happens, but i meet many africans in USA and they all seem to say to americans, " dont go to nigeria and we in other african countries dont go there either".

I have gone as a tourist to many countries now, 15 not including my two home countries of USA and Nigeria.. Going to Nigeria on my USA visa is by far the most expensive and tedious travel experience i have had and it is further compounded by the outrageous prices being demanded amid such squalor and instability there.... I live better for less in USA... So i am only drawn there by family and friends connection from when i lived there as a child.. Whenever i go next, if i dont handle the squalor and disease risk there well, i will consider it a huge waste of money and not worth it.. I could have travelled to countries like Nicaragua, Thailand, Peru and others for less money, less consulate hustle/fees or even none at all, and then reach those places to enjoy a better environment for cheaper and less stress from wild and whacky ways of people hustling and robbing their ways around the streets...

Few tourist in nigerias future until things change.. Same reasons why Nigerias currency will always have instability.. People gouge the markets without even seeing how it compares to the rest of the world..And then when it goes too far, people take their money abroad for better value and then the Naira loses value.. Oil is propping up nigerias currency values right now, but many bad Nigerian habits are working very hard to bring it down despite oil's efforts..

Yes. If you have the old passport in hand, then schedule for a renewal with the consulate loacation of your choice.. Its easiest to renew an old one that is in hand... Getting a new one without an old one in hand, is harder but still easy if you have the birth certificate and any other citizenship supporting documents...
You will pay fees though, similar to those for visa applicants..
PoliticsRe: Unemployed, Poor Nigerians To Get N5000 Monthly – FG by 19naia(m): 9:12pm On Jun 14, 2015
This will create a true bustling economic atmosphere... It has the least to do with the people receiving the money... It will benefit even more working people looking for customers with money to pay, the markets will see more activity.

It is simple common sense, when there are many people with no money, there will be many people who cannot spend money with people who are working a service or sale of goods...
There is nothing more a business man wants to see than more customers with money..
These poor people getting 5k will most likely be spending all of it and they will become new customers to those who are working and looking for new sources of income via customers who have money to spend...

A system that is set up for the rich to get richer and richer, cannot sustain itself.. Eventually the rich will have so much of the money, that they will have less customers with money to buy their factory products or rent their empire of houses and apartments, buy their mega tonnes of farmed produce, pay ticket to their oricey concerts and so on and so on..
Workers and sales prosper when there are more people with money to spend..
When all else has failed to see the money spread to sufficient amounts of people, it becomes clear that only one thing is left to do.. The people with ultimate power in the country, must collect and redistribute money to those who are most needy..

HealthRe: Leading Causes Of Death In Nigeria - NOIPolls by 19naia(m): 11:58am On Jun 14, 2015
They should have put cell phone as the leading cause of death... Many people die in accidents due to careless drivers using cellphones while driving... Many people die from sicknesses related to always having cell phone radiation swarming their heads...
Also some insurgent bombers use cell phones to remote detonate thier bombs, or at least use the cell phone battery to power the charges...

Cell phone is the cause shocked
Car TalkRe: 6 Types Of Nigerian Drivers by 19naia(m): 8:10pm On Jun 13, 2015
Another type is : The road ragers who are so annoyed at all the various other driver types, they begin to make assaults on other drivers in traffic.. Using verbal and physical movements of their vehicles.. Some of them even commit bloody murder like the big tanker truck driver that ran over a motorcycle and its riders leaving them crushed to death... All because of time and space on the road..
WebmastersRe: Is Doing A Website For A Scammer Illegal? by 19naia(m): 3:11pm On Jun 13, 2015
You know what his motives are and believe he will use it for scamming..?. If you help him after this ,then you are qualified as accessory to the crime or aiding and abetting a crime... If you didnt know, then how are you to know and be accountable for it? It is his private affair. But since you know his background, it is not right to do the work unless you get a signed agreement with him that the website is not being made for illegal purposes and that the customer swears to not use it as such..

The way to do it if you need the money, is to get a signed agreement by the customer that he in no way intends to use the website for illegal activities and that he further indemnifies you from all association with any crime he may commit with the website in the future.. Include that you assited in the web site for legal use only and will not be made responsble for any future breach of agreement by the client doing illegal activities..
Its the same as a theif buying a car, it does not guarantee the theif will use the car to commit a crime or that the theif has not changed his ways and is using the car for legitimate work, rather than political aspirations as a means to get closer to the peoples loot..
Nothing to worry after signing a good faith agreement.. Worse things can happen, like being overun by politicians who do nothing but steal and allow people to live in a general state of squalor... shocked Dont be caught makng web site for politician Ooo.. When they catch him, they will know you helped promote him for election into office where he cleaned out the public coffers to swell a foreign account with mega millions..
