Can I suggest we start by adopting the ideology of respecting one another. I think it will be a very good and sensible place to start, don't you agree? This is my problem with you, you don't wish things away simply by calling yourself the better person. You sort any issue head on before moving on to another. |

budaatum: You are wrong.
If I was uneducated like you, I would be hating and oppressing you with my superior intellect and animalistic tendencies just like you have been attempting to use your uneducated animalistic tendencies to hate and oppress and shut me up, but my education has taught me to master my animalistic tendencies so that I need not hate, dislike or oppress you.
If you educate yourself, you too can rise above your own animalistic tendencies and not hate and dislike those who are not your ilk. You see what I have been saying...you are trying to gaslight me into doubting my own reasoning, to question my own rational mind. You believe I am uneducated so I lack the ability for logical reasoning, even though I already said I am not allowing big big grammar and my education to stop me from seeing your hate for the Igbo. But you are insinuating that I lack the ability to grasp my own reality. This is the oppression I wrote of. This is worse than murder and physical slavery, it is mental(the very being of my existence). If I should give in to your grammar and use of education as standard for my understanding of reality, I will be doomed. |

Nigerians can go extra mile to satisfy their customers needs Don't mind them. In my community in Bayelsa state, even though we are oil rich most of us are very lazy in the aspect of doing business. But a few hausa men came and opened multipurpose stores that are different from the small kiosks by indigenes that are monologue and local. That has attracted everyone to them and they are making good sales. The field is still open for any one to join the competition. So now, how can one idiot come out one day that the hausa men are taking their businesses them. Just how? |

I can be fast and mature and be responsible for educating myself instead of following slow animals to behave like animals, because if I do not behave like an animal no one will say I come from a zoo. It is the pride for me. Everything on earth has its lessons man can learn from, even slow animals as you said. For someone like you, I learn from everyday the degree of man's hatred on his kind. |

I strongly suggest you open your eyes so you may see yourself for what you are and "find a cure for your ailment", because anger and hatred are destructive to those who are angry and hateful. I am one person who is aware of himself, and so I do not get fooled by plenty grammar and education. I understand that plenty grammar and education will not stop the innate animalistic tendency of man to hate and oppress his fellow man. So, I can see beyond the smokescreen the hate in your eyes on the Igbos. And I am no fool to play the good one. Until you are ready for commonsense and understanding, I will not deny my dislike for you and your ilk. |

The present crop of black men are a disgrace. You all think our ancestors were stupid for becoming warriors, and always went to war. It is either you are the oppressor or the oppressed. This is the reality of life! Peace is an illusion. If you don't want to be oppressed and killed, then you defend and attack any perceived enemy. You don't sit in your oars, and play victim games and expect your oppressors to pity you. Learn from history and how the present world works. From the fall of man, man has been an animal. It is in the nature of man to kill, steal and destroy. If civilization has not stopped the Americans, the Russians, Germans, the Chinese, Irans, north Koreans, and all of the others to stop producing weapons of war and destructions, you think anyone is ready for peace? No one wants to be taken unawares except black men( esp. southern Nigerians). You let the human nature of the north to roam freely killing and destroying, yet u suppress yours with big big grammars. Your ancestors were not fools for becoming warriors in their time. Without their bravery, their wouldn't have been a generation were you would have become. They defended their seeds with blood and sweat. The choice is left for you, to end your yourselves and your seeds with your cowardice. |

Colonelswitz101: When we left our trenches and dropped our arms at the end of the War in 1970, we headed straight to the Houses we built. We were shocked to hear that the Nigeria Government branded them abandoned Properties and distributed it amongst themselves. We headed to the Banks to withdraw the millions we left there before the War, the Nigerians told us we could only have 20 pounds. It did not matter how much we had in our accounts. Homeless and penniless we went back to pick up the jobs we left when we fled for our lives, the Nigerians also told us we could not take back the jobs. They filled up our positions with poorly qualified folks. In that dare situation, we were mourning, hungry, penniless, homeless and jobless. These same idiots I call Nigerians quickly passed a policy they called Indigenisation Policy to sell off government companies to themselves knowing fully well that non of us could raise up to 21 pounds! You pulled yourself up without any assistance and quickly recovered and over-took the clowns with your mere 20 pounds, yet they did not rest, but rather took the same war to your various endeavors in the forms of quota system, exclusive economic lists, federal character, ELDS states, and cooked population figures and use of local government as the yard stick to disburse national cakes. Pause a bit and think of these short paragraphs. You will notice that Nigeria, the same zoo country you are proud of as an Igbo man, was designed and measures put in place to keep you down and out in Nigeria. Yet your slave mindset that has "short term memory of sorrow and pains" took over you to forgive and forget and you started behaving as though nothing happened in the past. You knew quite well that their deceptive RRR measures was a farce. Your foolishness still made you to allow handshakes with them that went above the elbows. You still had the foolishness to build new houses in the areas they took the ones you earlier built. If you aim a gun at me and fire with the intention of killing me and you missed!! That you missed would make me NEVER to trust you again nor forgive you. I will take my own aim and make sure I NEUTRALISE you completely!!!
We will never forget and we will never forgive. It is with great horror I think of Igbos accepting one Nigeria and building empires across the country. I can't fathom the stupidity. I am not an Igbo but Ijaw, but just reading "Half of a Yellow Sun" opened my eyes, and I became a Biafran sympathiser ever since. Affliction of ignorance should not rise second time. |

First, if they call their own country a zoo the people must be animals even if they do not know it, and animals, wild ones especially, should remain in their cage and not come to my own country to turn it into a zoo like they did to their own country.
Besides, if those who call their own country a zoo are constantly attacking each other from different tribes, will they not come to my own country and be attacking my different to them country people?

Politics › Re: John Campbell And His Doomsday Conspiracy Against Nigeria by 2elliot: 11:14am On May 07, 2021 |
TheRareGem1: As a former US ambassador to Nigeria, one would have expected John Campbell to be more temperate and subtle in his never-ending doomsday conspiracy about the Nigerian State, but his obsession in seeing that the most black populous country ends up in ruins seems to have consumed a man whom Nigeria once opened its arm to.
Mr. Campbell’s agenda against Nigeria is there for all to see. His fixation on widening the ethnic and religious division in Nigeria is as loud as the January 6th insurrection at the Capitol Hill. An act that brought global shame not only to the United States but on democracy, but that is not a thing of worry for Mr. Campbell.
You also will not find Mr. Campbell comment on the nearly 200 mass shootings in the US in 2021 or the hate against American Asians or the killing of unarmed black men by the US police force but if it is an incident in Nigeria, Mr. Campbell will have his hands all over it.
Sony speakers produce very little sound when compared to Mr. Campbell’s amplification of events in Nigeria. The question that comes to mind at this point is, why is Mr. Campbell fixated with the Nigerian state? Is he the first American to serve as US ambassador to Nigeria? Or does he know things that the intelligence agencies in Nigeria and even the US do not know? Or why is he not sharing this intelligence with the Nigerian and US security forces?
Skim through the timeline of Mr. Campbell on Twitter and you will be shell shocked at how he has consistently predicted doom on Nigeria. The innate diabolic predictions of Mr. Campbell will make a horror film turn comedy. But he is not alone. He is actively trying to recruit others who will join in this doomsday conspiracy geared at ruining Nigeria. It is okay if Mr. Campbell’s target is President Muhammadu Buhari, his party, the All Progressives Congress and his administration, but to want Nigeria to tow the lane of Ethiopia or Sudan is unacceptable and should be resisted.
Mr. Campbell’s motive is clear, he wants to see Nigerian citizens become refugees in neighbouring West African countries and he wants to see thousands if not millions killed in a meaningless war. Don’t get me wrong, Nigeria has got its problems like any other country in the world and we know that dialogue, diplomacy and not war or harsh words will solve our problems.
Back to Mr. Campbell’s timeline on Twitter and you will see mindboggling tweets that will send shivers down your spine. Look at the latest of his tweets which arrived on 6 May 2021, and it reads, “In an upcoming @ForeignPolicy piece, Dr. Robert Rotberg and I will argue that Nigeria is a failed state”.
This is only one of many and I think it is apt to catalogue a few of his tweets and again ask, what is the agenda here? Shortly after announcing that he will argue that Nigeria is a failed state, he tweeted a news article from cfr.org with the headline, “Nigeria: Anxiety over deteriorating security morphing into panic”.
On May 3, another article from cfr.org was graciously tweeted by Mr. Campbell with the following text, “President Buhari's shift away from Nigerian opposition to establishing AFRICOM's headquarters in Africa likely reflects the conclusion that the security situation in West Africa and Nigeria is out of control.”
Whatever agenda Mr. Campbell and cfr.org have going, they should be careful how they address the country ‘Nigeria’. No one is saying that you should not state the truth and that you should not call out the President, please kindly feel free to do so, but do not be the agent that finally pushes Nigeria to the brink.
