Politics › Re: 0sun Govt Enforces Law Dat Prohibits Morally Illicit Dressing!!! by 2mch(m): 4:49am On Aug 20, 2012
I don't think how people dress should be Aregbe's problem. We are in a democracy and Osun is not a particular religion's state. There are many challenges in Osun, why is what people use their hard earned money to buy his concern. Who made him the judge of decency? Your idea of decency is not my idea. Aregbe should stop trying to be a dictator and focus on real issues. His people are kuku the toughest when it comes to changing Governors. Let him keep deceiving himself. If your right eye is causing you to sin by looking and fantasizing about people's clothes pluck the eye out! Don't disturb people for your weakness. Leave people to their freedoms and stop spoiling your party, with your myopic nonsense.smh
She can be found in the home of the man who deserves her.
debrief08: She is in the house of the Man who loves her as Christ Loved the hurch, a non malicious, non boastful, willing to sacrifice his life for her, who is not rude or arrogant, who bares all her faults and endures all.
If you are not this kind of man giving you this type of woman will be like giving gold to swine. You will have her and not know her value, staining her with pain, hurt and emotional and physical abuse, she will still be gold but gold rubbed in mud by a swine who does not know her worth
Wow, interesting and nice response. I don't think OP got the logic undecided
Politics › Re: And They Call Us FRAUDSTERS! by 2mch(m): 6:03am On Aug 19, 2012
dasparrow: Are you not a Nigerian? Are you a fraudster? I am a Nigerian and I have never defrauded anyone of money or personal belongings and don't have any intentions of ever doing so. Hence, I agree there are a good number of Nigerian fraudsters out there but to insinuate that all Nigerians are fraudsters is not only wicked but also malicious and prejudice.
Gbam! Judge a person by their character not stereotype. This is what puts people in trouble. If am ever judged by whatever other people who I don't know have done, walahi no peace for the wicked! I will go to any length to deal with the person legally. I have never stolen or taken what was never mine before. So speak for yourself and family Sun of God
Politics › Re: Common Bride Price For All Imo Indigenes by 2mch(m): 2:48pm On Aug 18, 2012
LMAO. Finally some resolution to the high rate of unmarried women. Other tribes women are married very long before Igbo's. If the don't change it, they will soon start selling their women like meat on a hanger. tongue. "See this one, it has big breast and yansh" rotfl.
Politics › Re: S’east, S’west, S’south Divided Over Indigene/settler Clause by 2mch(m): 2:44pm On Aug 18, 2012
Lmao. Of course the people who have a lot to lose will settle for this. Give us SNC instead of this rubbish. You can make rubbish of people's ancestral land, culture and resources just because you want a firm grip on it. Even European countries are divided by cultural groups or majority. You can be a citizen, but not an indegene. Even America gives indegenous rights and recognition to the American Indians. This should never be allowed to stand. Residency okay, indegenisation, never!
Health › Re: Nairalanders Please Help Ubong To Totally Recover From Cancer by 2mch(m): 2:33pm On Aug 18, 2012
Can you guys try to contact his state government? He comes from a very wealthy state now. Not saying this out of insult, but cancer is a very expensive ailment. To make any impact a lot of money is needed. Please let us embarass the state government with calls and pleas. Let us try to advertise on blogs like linda ikeji. I know she gets a reaction from these people when she does this. They are embarassed into doing the right thing. Cancer spreads so fast, so please let us act fast. As a charity organisation Tehn could go places where an individual like Ubong cannot. Can you guys pls repost the account details?
Christianity Etc › Re: Do The RICH Still Stand The Chance To Enter Heaven? by 2mch(m): 2:23pm On Aug 18, 2012
Your actions on earth determine your salvation. There are some totally wretched people who are sooo wicked at heart. In fact I have witnessed rich people to be better people. Have you ever jamned a poor person that saw a little money?you go fear na. They belittle poor people and act so stupidly. cheesy grin. Its very irritating. A lot of poor people I know have envy, hate and very bad minds. Not saying there are no good ones.

A lot of lunatics hide under the cloack of religion. They are called fanatics. Watch them well, you will sEe religion is a thin thread holding them on the side of sanity. Once something outside the box occurs the snap. Penterascals are also used to using things to cause pain to people they think are "demon possessed". Things like slaps, beatint with broom, rape etc. Only if they understand that a real demon will probably swallow them whole or run them mad if they try that with them.

That was a niece helping them out. She shouldn't have touched her. If she wanted a slave sha could have purchased one. I guess it is sweet beating someone else's child, but not sweet when you are beaten the same way. Maybe its the location attracting sentiment. Yoruba will say "Ba mi na omo mi, ko de inu olomo". She learned her lesson. The brother cannot do anything to his older brother. He may even be attacked by other family members. She has created a big problem for herself in that family. Everyone should just apologise to each other and move on. Not because a man is poor you think he's lost his dignity, manhood and voice.

Christianity Etc › Re: What Has Life Taught You So Far? by 2mch(m):
To put God first

That i am only in competition with myself. And should not look at what other's have to define who i am

To be satisfied and content with what i have. If i need something more i work hard to get it

Only my needs are important, not my wants

To live life free and happy always, because we dont know what tomorrow will bring

To travel, eat well, increase my knowledge daily about people and cultures because tomorrow is not promised.

To be accommodating when necessary.

To treat people how i want to be treated.

To immediately leave leeches in the dust.

To give and not expect in return (To the needy and first attempt of friends to beg).

To only lend what i can afford to lose

To dump anyone that is not as giving but will like to suck me dry with nothing to bring to the table; Not even advise or help when i need it.

To treat people with suspicion until they prove me wrong.

That the world is not a walk in the park for a spoiled kid like me growing up. My kids shall not be spoiled. grin.

Also, that my words can make or break people.

To give people good advice and show them opportunity if i know how to. It reduces poverty and uplifts people.

To be honest in any business i do, because no one knows tomorrow. If i scam anyone, the person may be the difference of life and death for me tomorrow.

Not to hang on unnecessarily to any friendship. People disappoint and out of envy try to steal, kill and destroy. You move on and leave them wondering "Where da hell is this dude".

Politics › Re: Cult Killings Re-emerges In Enugu - 8 People Shot Dead This Morning! by 2mch(m): 6:31pm On Aug 16, 2012
Are there Elders in Igbo land? This is a serious question. not a tribalistic one. I dont know how this goes on at all, government cannot do it all for us. Some things need to be culturally dealt with, and the people have to resist it for all these killings and kidnappings to end. Same with Boko Haram. RIP to the dead.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Consul-general In New York - "I'm A Muslim, I Cant Enter A Church" by 2mch(m): 4:18pm On Aug 16, 2012
NO LONG TIN: you must be a FOOL to make that kind of statement, are u aware that none of activities where held in a church? even if it was in a church he could have sent someone to represent him and not deliver a message that "he received their letters.
I'm sure you are a Muslim (hypocrite). if the sultan of Sokoto dies and GEJ says he didn't go ( or sends his driver - T-shirt on shorts) to deliver a message outside the house that 'he heard he is dead, then leaves, you will say all manner of things in this forum abusing, insulting and cursing GEJ. but because it happens to a Christian its all right - the man acted right RUBBISH!!!!!!!!
Or lets bring it closer home and assume your father was among the that died, i know i will be mad with the Consul-0General.

Advice: lets put ourselves in their position and stop spewing out nonsense.
Your father is the fool for bringing up a bigot. Are they the first people to suffer a loss in America? What obligation is it for the man to show up at all the functions affecting Nigerians. Do you have a brain or is something wrong with you? Outside of his official functions he is not obligated to attend any wedding, funeral or any private function. That is not even part of his job. mumu like you! At the most, send a letter. If he wants to be nice or knows the people he can go in person or send a representative which he did. You guys are nuts for real. Will his presence raise the dead? All this fake outrage is ridiculous. If you make a claim, you better have proof. With the way people are going, it will be better to blame him for their deaths. Kill yourself over the guy, nothing will happen to him. He did nothing wrong. shikena!
Politics › Re: Ojukwu Killed Lt. Col. Banjo: Why? I Need to get to the root of this matter... by 2mch(m): 1:59am On Aug 16, 2012
macjive01: you are talking like a kid, seceding does not end in waging war ooh ? you can comfortably win a war on secession and nobody will recognize you-

look at many nations today that have successfully won their won and seceded without recognition - infact they are more or less worse off.

abkazia
south ossesana
Transylvania
somaliland
kodostand
kurdistan

Ojukwu is very wise , he figured that out and wanted the yorubas to secede as well that way there will be a concrete grounds of secession- saying the parties/ or at lest over 2/3 of the country dont want to be together anymore.
Ok. Keep grasping at straws. This thread has blown the whole Biafran fallacy to shreds. When you don't have enough guns, food or shelter for your own people. You suddenly realise the people in the west going about their lives normally need your help. I would have thought it would be the Igbo's needing help in this case. This strategy is wise to you? It is the sheep that followed Ojukwu I pity. Not even my father can convince me with your points. And I trust him more than I trust myself.

Politics › Re: Ojukwu Killed Lt. Col. Banjo: Why? I Need to get to the root of this matter... by 2mch(m): 1:41am On Aug 16, 2012
macjive01: Thieves ? how?

what are we stealing ?

look if Yorubas hadnt agreed to declare , of which Ojukwu judiciously reasoned would aid the Biafran secession cause, the troops sent to Lagos with arms would have been utilized more effectively in the actual war. dont u think so ?
Agreed to what? The statement you are referring to is "If Igbo's are ALLOWED to seceed the Yoruba will leave too". Emphasis on "allowed". You had not even won your war but were running 4/40 to come and liberate us. Does that make too much sense to you? Propaganda is a bastard. You are a human being and not a robot. Win your war and secceed first, then we will take care of ourselves. If we need you we send a smoke signal. I think the folly of Igbo's is the notion that the richest person has the most authority in the family. Otherwise an overambitious lad cannot stir the whole tribe into calamity all by himself without stiff opposition. Just because he was the heir to a priviledged man, his voice overuled that of your elders. This is where the problem started. A simple request for peace and prosecution of the coup plotters and killers would have saved a lot of lives. But when you have a young lad as your voice, you are doomed. Too much emotion, no plan. See kasiem of the other thread for reference.

Politics › Re: Nigeria's Consular-General, New York, I Am Not A Religious Bigot by 2mch(m): 9:50pm On Aug 15, 2012
norrisman: Why does the consular have to attend a church service for victims of a car crash? My wifes brother was shot dead in the same United States 2 years ago. We obviously didnt expect any government representatives at his interment and none turned up. When the young man (I think his handle was Bawolomo) on Nairaland was murdered last year, was there any government representative at his wake?

This stupid man accussing the consular is a fool. He probably only wanted a high ranking official from the embassy present to make their village association seem like one with friends and connects in high places. They obviously werent mourning at this event as we saw pictures posted on Nairaland of adults eating generous portions of food right infront of the portraits of the deceased children. What a shame!
grin grin grin With the bolded, you've just confirmed what every human have been saying: "yorubas cannot be trusted". Instead of leading them half-way to Ore and doing the "Usain Bolt" on the troops placed under your command, why don't you just tell Ojukwu that you can't lead the Biafran forces to yorubaland because it will be seen as "betraying liberating Yoruas" from northern yoke?
Do you think Banjo did not know he was sent on a suicidal mission of him and his extended family? Or you think Yoruba's would have just looked while Ojukwu imposed an Igbo man as the governor of the western region replacing Awo? Abi? That is why Banjo changed his platoon's name and tried to negotiate. It was foolish of him to go back. Only the people alive live to tell the tale and loot today. OBJ, even Ojukwu etc grin. It was all a useless misadventure and a loss of souls for nothing. His ideas obviously didnt align with Ojukwu and didnt make sense, then should have been his signal to bail. Ojukwu's thought process never involved any strategy. Just ambition and unattainable short term goals fueled by propaganda. Ojukwu valued his life enough to escape. So why not Banjo? Who betrayed who?

Which of these people led? Zik was a useless figurehead. And Ojukwu was tortured into fleeing and never smelt the presidency till he died. WTF are you talking about? huh. These people are in serious denial. Which comes from a psychological trauma. Too bad it is 40 something years of trauma. Must be a huge dent to Igbo ego.

It is very unfortunate you have attempted to compare a shooting war and act of dancing Uwambe grove. Please remove Wole Soyinka’s name from the group your posted. Ndigbo are not good at hyperbolic exuberance where ordinary wrestling matches over a dispute about a tuber of yam are turned into great wars such as Kiriji by shameless storytellers.

Anybody who can picture Oyo-ile, the size of Kwara State, some part of Kogi State and some part of Niger State were lost by Yoruba to Nupe and Fulani. Thanks goodness to Igbo mercenaries, Ogbomsho and Osogbo axis would have been under the wings of Sokoto Claiphate and jackass such Dayolodo would have been a certified Almajiri.
This has absoluetely nothing to do with Kats question. Stop shifting the goal post and answer the question for once. grin grin grin grin.
