NRI PRIEST: Am very frustrated here; the danm link is not working!pls take it easy , u do not need to be frustrated. |
acidtalk: What a world!!!The guy pleaded guilty. Don't you know the law? The guy had a deal with EFCC. The law will explain to you that this is how it goes when you plead guilty(less sentence- don't forget, the guy will be paying back the money) and if you don't and the judge finds you guilty, I guess you are on your own. Try and read books and stop writing what you wrote. |
This is bullsh*t! Mexico is number 1 , followed by Colombia, and then its Guatamela. In mexico, out of 10 people kidnapped, 7 does not come out the same(human). They either cut a finger or one of the body parts are missing or the victim might face some severe beatings for them to show to their client that they are very serious and can carry out anything upon the victim. This is how it all started for the gangs in the latin regions before they go into the drug business. Its all starts from kidnapping and extortion. I don't believe that article displayed by the OP. |
sheyie2007: Guy, na dem get alomo?[quote author=Ricky_Ross]Your economy is not doing great, your currency is on a free fall since this year. 1$ is 2,000 cedis. The only new thing happening is that you started pumping new crude oil and thats it. Equatorial Guinea became the fastest growing economy in the world after they commissioned one of their largest oil fields, it doesnt mean they are producing handkerchief or matches. Almost every item in most Ghana supermarkets have NAFDAC number, even things that are made in Asia, why is that? When I come to Ghana i see lots of Nigerian products, i see Nigerian made biscuits, la casera, gala, cement, noddles, Glo mobile network etc. As a Ghanaian, tell me one single Ghana made product you see in Nigeria or any other west Africa country apart from Alomo Bittershuh@ Ricky_Ross, i dey feel watin you talk , na becos of how bad d economy is 1$ to 2 cedis, na watin make ghanians for class drop out for the international programme wey we dey do. I cannot blame them but their present government who is at fault to this. One thing i do not understand in Ghana is why they have to be importing many things.. I mean, this is a country where there is electricity but there are no much industries for them to produce their own local produce instead they import everything. That is why you see NAFDAC reg no on every Nigerian product in Ghana.. Though, you must also bear in mind that there are some imported products i see in ghana which are not Nigerian produce but still have NAFDAC reg no.This is because that product was package and distributed for the Nigerian market and from Nigeria as a hub centre to rest of the west african market.. |
SmoothCrim2015: Well bro's I have to go but I will be back to teach you a few more lessons! All those are all on Papers, but the truth still remains, despite the odds that have been said and done about Nigeria and Nigerians we have been able to have strive so well economically.. Mexico may have its violence but it still the best place to be economically if we are to put mexico as part of the south american countries but i will say latin countries. all i am saying is, learn to give kudos to whom its meant to be given. you posted a wrong statement on how much we have contributed to the Ghanian sector and i am here to correct you but you do not want to consider it.. I know in life, the truth is bitter.. so you need not to worry, i will accept it that way. at least, i am glad that we are contributing 3% to the ghanian economy which is helping the NIGERIA GHANA relationship, but how many is the ghanian contributing to our economy? i guess its 0.03%! which is the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.(LOL). at least that is something for the ghanian which makes you better than some african countries.let us clap for them |
who won ?? Nigeria , Ghana or Cameroon? |
Wereh kpe: We have America, Britain so going to war with Cameroon is no problem besides. We have a by-far larger populationPlease i beg, we do not have America, Britain. Stop deceiving yourself. You are on your own if you go to war with Cameroon.. As smoothcrim said, anything owned by cameroon is for france almost 50% of it. I can further to tell you that ,anything below 6ft is owned by France. I am certain that this is one factor the Nigerian Government do not want to have clashes with the Cameroonians. All this issues have been addressed secretly by involving parties(Nigeria,Cameroon, France & Britain) and i bet , it did not favour Nigeria. |
Suljosh: Nigeria is such a stupit country, dat's d reason y i join nigerian army! i mst take over dis country 1day, n take back our bakassi penisula. We r nt train to dialogue we r train to kill.If this is the reason you joined the army , why cant this be the reason to be patriotic for the country and carry your AK rifle and shoot dem Cameroonians.I do not understand why our government are spending huge budget in the military sector yet we dont use the resources. The US spend so much in their military but we see them going to Iraq to look for nuclear when the nuclear is not there. Why cant we not go and fight the Cameroonians and disguise that we are looking for nuclear in camerooun to the international public. |
Odunnu: I endorse this thread.Nigeria! I sigh with the pronunciation of our country's name. It is really very sad that some people would enjoy taken video shots of seeing a being been slain to death! I mean, I believe such people must have used their Phone for the video cam. Didn't it occur to the people of using their phone by calling the police, instead of watching this people die by taken video shots? The foundation of Nigeria is shaken, there is no relationship between the people and the police. People take laws into their hands in Nigeria. There should be needs to create media announcement, educating the people about what public policing is about. Why would it be that when one person sees another suffering, nobody cares to call for help in Nigeria? Is it when the deed has been done, we all come out to cry crocodile tears? |
I am not happy knowing that Indians are bidding for power distribution.I hope they do not take the bid cause this Indians cannot distribute power to their own citys and regions back in India effectively & effeciently. Even our Ghanian brothers can do this better than the Indians. |
baba, just go to the university and do any course..its about what you know ?i dont know you in your academic school days, if you are very good in chemistry, then go and do biochemistry..if you are not good at chemistry, go and do microbiology.. |
Chemistry is not bad, it is just the country we find ourselves in that makes it bad. I will give you an advice, if you are really good at chemistry, i mean very good at it, go to the middle east and find a job there. it really pays for chemist. When it comes to undergraduate programs, the courses been given to you for studies by the University, whether good or bad just go for it.Have it in mind during studies or finished from the university you can think of a short management or IT course to do and blend it with your degree. No time to waste for the actual course you would like to do, because as you wait, age is counting on you before you know it, you can be out of the job market due to age. |
you really want to know how good chemistry is ? just wait till you finish your degree in chemistry, watch and see where NYSC will post you too, guy, you will hate ever studying chemistry. After your NYSC, not all those ones you are telling your father about getting a job in petroleum sector, pharmaceutical sector , where you will find job is been a lab attendant in a secondary school or a chemistry teacher. Well, all of you that likes to think big, by saying 'i want to work in petroleum company or whatsoever , think twice. It level that puts people there. Since you are in a choosy situation between medicine and chemisty , go for the chemistry and come out in another 2-3 years time.Look for professional courses in business management and do so as you can combine it with your chemistry degree. I said this because i know of a friend of mine who read Medical Laboratory in Ghana, which i believe medical lab is better than chemisty. He came to Nigeria to do NYSC , where he was posted was a dead laboratory building where nothing is functioning. The woman in charge greeted him by saying 'WELCOME TO THIS HELL HOLE'.He never accepted the transfer and looked for other places of his choice forfeiting 4 month NYSC salary. Right now, he is doing or must have finish his business management courses(PG) |
Wow! C d mouth of the public talking negatives towards the nigerian police. For goodness sake, how often do we hear positive news as this? Why don't we be happy about this move and encourage the police. 9ja, we certainly do not have good relationship in helping the police. |
If something happens mayb in a negative way, The fact that one tribe would look at the other tribe and say 'awon omo ibo' or 'haboki oshi' or 'alata boys -agbero people'. |
What will happen to eko atlantic project - land reclamation in the island ? |
190:e go shock u say, d moment as u dey talk 'am @ work' on fone in d presence of a girl, she go HOLLA say 'U kno de work, u dey ..?' Look, the ears of a woman are as sharp as anything. dey can tell wen a man cheats unlike we men not been able to tell if they are cheating. wat good wil u tel ur gf,i am at work in d presence of another girlfrd and den u will tell her by saying 'its one boy jare drawing me money so i told him im at work'. Its like u have not been in a room with a girl where its quiet or you are cuddling her wen someone calls your fone. I certainly will not go by your advice. |
havin 3 girls in a relationship no b beans.but then, all can be controlled. You must learn to understand & respect the 1st.cos if the others blo, u fit run back to your 1st. well, how to package them: make sure you kno who they are; students or workers. make sure you kno their timing;wen dey pay u visits and wen dey call u.- infact, u just have to set a timin for yourself and theirs. create out a time wen u call each of them and wen dey try to cal u,make sure u dont pick up regularly on d bases dat u mite b in school, work, church, football field etc. It is necessary for you to have more than 1 phone because of your 1st girl since she is d only one dat can call you at anytime.having more dan one fone is very helpful becos u mite want to pay visit to your other girl or have a private time with her, by using d other fone to keep in touch wit d 2nd &3rd girl. during visitation, if the girl is a new catch, keep your fone on silence because your 1st or second girl mite want to reach out to u cos she knows d time wen u call her or wen she calls u. but pls, after a day or two with dis new catch during visitation(dis is after u kno d kind of person she is), put your fone back on(ring aloud mode) becos , dat same girl mite want to kno if u r player by silencing your fone wen she comes around during visit especially wen u try to go outdoor mayb to buy her drinks(trust me,they ve tried by placing a missed cal on my fone, wen i go out to buy something) one last thing... wen one of your girls calls during your rendezvous wit d other babe of yours, make sure you use your senses. example: if d babe calls,nd u dont feel comfortable, say this 'where u dey, watin dey do your network,e get one noise wey i dey hear,i no fit dey hear u wel.I go call u back' - speak broken so dat it will sound as if na BOI u dey talk to. |
packman: HAVE BEING AT HOME SLEEPING JUST WOKE UP NOW AND STILL NO LITE DCIDED TO ON GENERATOR CHECKED THE TANK NO FUEL TRECKED TO THE GAS STATION I WAS TOLD THE FUEL PRICE IS 120 PER LIT HAD NO MONEY DO ITS ONE LITER I WANTEDBro, i feel your pain.I do not know your family background and how you have been raised but the truth of the matter is , you cannot continue to sit on your ass to say there are no jobs. Many people says 'JOB NO DEY' and dey end up sitting in the house for a long period of time. A sector where you can find jobs is for you to become a teacher in one primary school and start managing from there. Sometimes, people must learn to take the Bull by the horn. Sometimes, people do run out of luck in the city where they are living. example; if you live in lagos, go up North, east or somewhere outside lagos and search for the job, i assure you, you will get. or better still, you can have like 50-60k naira and go to Cotonou &bcom an English teacher in one of the secondary education, live a small life and things might work out from there.. what i am telling u ,is how some Ivorians or Burkinabe friends of mine started thier life as they took a french teaching job while they are living in Ghana and some of them are OK. Take care Bro buena suerte, bonne chance(good luck)! |
o boi, na my burkinabe girlfriend wey send me txt say 'HAPPY INDEPENDENCE FOR 9JA' early in the morning(I b 4get somehow).. I gas celebrate am one kine tonight.after all, who wan celebrate am for us, na we gas celebrate am with the boko boys,9ja delta boys and kabals in the petroleum sectors. |
I think Nigeria has been playing a good guy game to every country. Why cant we not just send bomb to one of this countries who ridicules us anyhow. if Saudi govt can shut the mouth of the ambassadors, who else can come to the aid of Nigerians? We see, read and hear when a US, UK or European citizen is locked up in a foreign jail or prison, it is the duty of the countries high commission to come to their aid.Even if they cannot find a way to rescue them out of the foreign jail, it is their duty to provide support(food, money etc) to their citizens locked in a jail.In the case of Nigeria, it is not possible. Something is wrong about Nigeria. We are just Giant of Africa having a clay feet. The country(Nigeria) just need to treat some countries lesson. That is why i respect countries like Iran...... Dieu bénit Nigéria(God bless Nigeria). |
Ptolomeus: In my country (Uruguay), the term is used even among whites ... in a loving way.The phrase "No hablo con los negros"(I don't speak to niggers) used by luis Suarez(liverpool player) against Patrice Evra(manchester player) during liverpool Manchester match , what would you make of that statement, was it friendly or offensive? Also, I mean no offense but how did a Uruguayan end up on Nairaland. I know this is a WWW, i want to know if you are Partly Nigerian or you have friends from Nigeria as well as, been on Nairaland. Once again, I mean no offense. Muchos Gracias Tengo entendido españoles es un poco |
jude33084: [B]Cocain is τhe most common thing in Lagos(Ikeja, Lekki) ΆŋԂ Warri(Alaka), then Benin(Ogiefa house).I will not bother myself on asking you HOW, NDLEA is coming for you soon. |

i do not know if i read the part that said 'how the boy got money to actualize that dream'. if anybody had read something similar to how he got money to start up the ICT business, i will like the person to kindly tell me. its one thing to have the vision and another to get the capital to proceed on that vision. Getting the capital in africa or Nigeria is quite difficult . so how did this young boy get the capital to start up the ICT company?? |
