solbil: america fathered so many children in vietnam, iraq and afghanistan. Yet i know you wont call them names like you call NA.
please tell dem again. I read dat post of someone talking about our military molesting people but they have failed to ignore that US did a lot to the vietnamese .people just despise the african pride and tend to reason that the westerners are the glorious ones. I condemn the molesting act by our military but there people who writes silly things to discredit our military entirely.

Bolan123: Nigerian military for years were dominated by one tribe with commanders who lack the capacity and understanding of modern military equipment and strategy, which can be attributed to their litracy level before they were recruited into the force. The report is not far from the truth. How can somebody who doesn't understand english language use english equipment?
I don't just understand what you said. If it is so , why do our govt send people to germany and other countries for training and re-training? They send few people abroad for military training so as you can come to your home country and teach other military personnel on how to use a certain equipment. Your post is just silly!

Gnosticmovement: guy u cant compare d fight in normandy (omaha beach) to any in africa...wat are u saying..did d us troops run away....if dey really wanted to go in dey would go in....liberia fight nai u want take compare d world war...guy nor vex me o..go and read about d day....who's talkn abt rwanda by d way?....
Guy u don dey vex me sef! D US troops no run but they were observing. For d fact that they were on d coastal side does not mean that they are not doing anything. Guy, fight get fight oo. There is business in a war incase you don't know.forget peace keeping missions, people also go to war for other things. What don't you understand. I am saying in the battle ground in Monrovia, the nigerian troops occupied everywhere and not even US troops where there to occupy. Is that hard to believe. My source is gotten from high ranked officers who went to liberia for peace keeping and not from any book or online diary and they confirmed that when the Ecomog soldiers where out in the battlefield, US where in the coastal areas(obviously doing coordinating etc). Guy, even in that Sudan , there are places where white UN troops goes to in other confront them rebels instead they send Nigerian- african troops, pakitani troops to the deadly zone etc. The US care for their lives, a war that does not concern you if not for peace keeping, why would they die for a black man. The war that happened in iraq on the killing of US troops is becos US were mainly involved with that war. Dem been in d war was their business that's why they hard the highest number of troops in iraq. Guy, I kno say u b slowpoke cos u kno no anyting about military intelligence in Nigeria and dat of the world.
PoliticsRe: UK Guardian - Nigerian Army's In A Shocking State by 360command: 10:26am On Nov 10, 2012
Gnosticmovement: come on dude...guess d gunfight in monrovia was more intense dan dat on omaha beach ..like i said think well before answering
It was highly intense that was why they eliminated the first set of our troops who stormed monrovia. The war that happened in liberia is more intense than that of Rwanda despite the Ecomog and UN presence in Liberia. That is why today, a true Liberian are thankful for Nigerians presence in liberia NOT the US nor Ghana. @ Gnosticmovement, you seem to see the US as a big nation in terms of its military(yes in a way but do not underestimate the small countries), was it not small vietnam who finished the US military?
PoliticsRe: UK Guardian - Nigerian Army's In A Shocking State by 360command: 10:02am On Nov 10, 2012
Gnosticmovement: dude are u ok..sporadic shooting by untrained millitia prevented us troops from going in?...smh....den dey stayed by d coast protecting dier embassy...dier embassy dey beach? ..think b4 making stupid statements...dey had a reason for not going in ok...not sporadic shooting...
Where you there? The US embassy in monrovia is at the coastal areas. The US military been at the coast with their ship were observing. Nigeria Military friends confirmed this story to us. I believe you obviously know what happened to the 1st nigerian batallion soldiers that stepped into monrovia, they were all wiped out completely. This is to say that the war at that time was not small which deterred the UN(US) military from entering until the time Nigeria sent its 2nd battalion before they were able to have control. If you want to hear more facts about nigeria military in liberia, sierra, sudan and even that of cote d voire, I can give you insight knowledge given to me by military officers who were transferred to those regions as ECOMOG forces or UN forces. Just send me a private message. I can even tell you how this officers make their money when deployed to those war regions.
PoliticsRe: UK Guardian - Nigerian Army's In A Shocking State by 360command: 9:34am On Nov 10, 2012
When I saw the report coming from the UK,I knew its a way to discredit the Nigeria military service. I hate the british and the americans, they pork nose into our matter where its not needed. I do not want any of our military intervention in Mali cause at the end of the day, they will not be grateful. The presence of Nigeria military in cote d voire, ivorians said Nigeria is their enemy and a supporter of the alassane govt. Today, Nigeria is experiencing boko haram crises, which West africa nation has sent their troops to Nigeria? None. I think Nigeria should open its eyes because we do to help other people and yet they do not acknowledge such help we have rendered.
Look at what happened in liberia, The US military could not step into the soil of Monrovia due to the merciless, sporadic shooting which deprived them from coming in. Instead the US military was out in the coast protecting their embassy. It was when the Nigerian army intervened and took control of the situation before the UN forces started trooping into Liberia. Bleep the british and their report against Nigeria, they are the enemies of the state.

OkwaIfugo: How have jamb gone with sentisitisation of candidates to get them ready for the CBT of 2013?
For me Nigeria is not even ready in 2015 for the CBT.

How many of jamb officials is computer literate?

How many of those computer they will bring to the exam hall will still function on that day?

How will they provide security nationwide for the computers?

How will the computers withstand hot sun and also virus from fingers and classroom atmospheres of Nigeria?

How are we sure in the process of taking the exams one computer will not break down and what's the faith of the student that might encounter this.

I bet some are already looking for cave to hide instead of swallowing their prides and egos and relocate home to Lasgidi. I did my studies in uk and after graduation I didn't bother to stay behind and waste my life like some senseless folks are doing. Their is no place like naija. In the states I still think of settling down in naija, though usa is far better than that shiite of a place called uk. Guys, pack your things and face naija. No shame, you don try...

CultureRe: The Hardest of the 3 Major Language to Learn by 360command: 8:02pm On Nov 09, 2012
I believe hausa is the hardest cause we do not watch their home videos or study them somehow. Igbo should be the easiest of all. if I can remember, during the era of nolllywood(igbo made movies),people(non-igbos) do watch it and come out to say words like 'Chineke', 'anuofia',' me'chionu', bia etc(pardon my spelling) . This is to say, through the help of the igbo films, it has made people know the basic understanding of the language if they put it to practice as well as staying in an igbo community . Even when you come to some west african countries, you will discover that people do have knowledge of a few igbo words compared to some yoruba words. This applies to indian movies of those years where we get to understand some basic indian(hindu) words like 'nehi', 'haramzade', 'hacha','nemastay' etc (pardon my spelling.)

FoodRe: Ijebu Garri Or Yellow Garri~which Do You Prefer? by 360command: 11:08am On Nov 08, 2012
ijebu garri dey get many fakes thereby loosing its value. if you go to the market wanting to buy ijebu garri, they will tell you its garri ijebu which is not. It is garri kogi at your dismay when you buy it and take it home. An original ijubu garri is good for soaking but never good for making eba. Yellow garri is the very best for eba making but worse when soaking garri even if you put groundnut, milk, kuli kuli, milo, its still very bad.

naptu2: I remember back when Nepa and the water works would inform the public ahead of time (via Radio Nigeria) before their services are disrupted.

Back then we would call the Nepa office when there is a power outage to complain that we couldn't do our home work because there's no light. The power would come back on within 10 minutes off our call.

Will we ever get that kind of service again?
when you say back when, let me/us know when ? or are you DAVIDO?

Its not the heat that makes you infertile.its when you use wireless network with your laptop thereby placing it on your laps which brings about infertility in a man.

Its like, there is no evil in this world but its the hatred and wickedness that man does which brings about evil in the world-
PoliticsRe: "Police Is Your Friend And Bail Is Free", How True? by 360command: 6:21am On Nov 05, 2012
Bail is free, but it depends on the offence as well as police can be your friend. It all depends on the rendezvous.

Drunkard: If u r caught driving drunk or behaving drunk thereby creating a confusion in d street or road, the police have the right to detain you. - this is done to clear out the highness in you thereby releasing you a few hours or the next day.

Family conflicts- two brothers fighting or mom and dad fighting and someone calls d police . The police can detain the both of you either by separating you two or be together. That way, the spirit of fight, anger within you two must have disappeared. The police can release you out freely if you two promise not to fight anymore.

This two points I wrote happened when I was with a frd as well as the 2nd point happened when I was fighting with my brother- we were detained and kept behind counter

RomanceRe: Are Male Bankers Really Stingy? by 360command: 12:24pm On Nov 04, 2012
groovy400: I am a banker and my ears have grown dull from hearing this popular line from my female dates "Bankers are stingy!".

I think I some girls (the culpable ones) need to be told some basic truth which I percive they are oblivious of:

1. Using that line simply suggests that u lack self esteem. A woman with self esteem wouldn't go round town seeking a dude to pay her bills. I am not your father, wanting to date you doesn't mean am adopting you as a daughther. Who pays the bills of your male peer?

2. Using the stingy line is an attempt to blackmail. It no longer works! Its a stale trick. Try something new.

3. If u expect bankers to slap you with wads of cash cos he digs u, u r making a big mistake. I don't see dudes of other professions doing that! So why expect that from bankers?

4. All the cash u see at d bank is accounted for. We don't have access to it.

5. Bankers are not ATMs! If u need cash you can simply wip out your debit cards and walk over to the ATM next door.

6. Some of us pay more cash shortages than what we earn as our monthly pay! How do u expect a dude in this position to be so "generous"?

7. We love our jobs and wouldn't steal or live above our means in order to satisfy your money tisty appettite.

8. The profession is over rated!!!!!!
I bet to disagree with you.Male bankers are stingy because they are economist as well
