Blessedgurl: Please, I would like to buy treasury bills but would like to know what the interest rate is?
Still a novice though.
@40manlappy CBN determines rates for treasury bills so there is no static rate. Think of it as an "auction", then you can understand it better. What most investors do is take calculated guesses based on historical information and inflation rate. Some other investors pass the worry to the bank by allowing them to quote their own rates while bidding on their behalf at the primary auction. We are still awaiting the results of the primary auction that took place today being 15/02/2017. Will try to paste the last "stop rates" below. **modified Find below stop rates for the last Auction February 1 2017 91 days -----13.79% 182 days ----17.249% 364 days -----18.54% |

judithidoghogm: Good morning all. Please, am applying with my spouse to be and want to evaluate our results. Are we to evaluate together or just the principal applicant? **modified Your spouse should get evaluated. I am assuming that you are the principal applicant and wish to claim more points through him. You can try the CRS tool in the link below to have a rough idea of how your points add up; http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp |

Happyfellow147: Please what does a letter of instruction look like and who prepares it? I tried with fidelity securities but they said the minimum is 1m.Now I have just 100k to invest and want to do it as soon as practicable. However, I have my nysc account with stanbic ibtc but I don't want to walk in there like someone with no experience (which sadly is the true position)I want to go in there and make them treat my matter without mistakes just like some people on this thread. I need suggestions please. The account with stanbic has been dormant for more than one year now. It is no rocket science. Simply reactivate your account with them and indicate your desire to invest in Tbills. They should give you two forms: "custodial agreement" and "tender for TBills". All you need in addition these forms is a simple letter requesting to bid at the primary auction stating your preferred tenor (91, 182 or 364 days), account name and account number and authorizing them to debit your account. You may indicate your desire to go with their bid rate or state your preferred bid rate. It is very simple! |

dupyshoo: SINP EE - requires you to be qualified for Express Entry and to be in the pool already - if you are nominated, extra 600 points will be added to your CRS score. You will then apply for PR online - Your occupation has to be among the occupation in demand
OID - Being in the EE pool is not required - if you are nominated, you will have to submit your apoplication to IRCC using paper form. - Paper application takes longer time that application through EE - Your application has to be among the occupation in demand
With your occupation, you don't qualify for any of the two. Allow me to quote you Ma'am |

esosa4real: i have a question regarding my Post ITA form. I have been taking time to fill it but as explanatory as it is, i don't get some aspects especially the sections that require 10years history...na wa
1. In Address History (under Contact details): it asks the following:
Provide all of the addresses where Esosa XXXX has lived in the past ten years or since esosa's 18th birthday, whichever is most recent. Do not leave any gaps..
So am i to fill all addresses i have lived in including exact addresses i stayed temporarily in other countries during vacation. I am just seeing conflicting reports on different forums. Some say only give address of where you stayed >6months, some say even if less than months, some even suggest us to include hotel address details (really?)
Please yall, share your ideas on how you did yours and clues to handle this sections including personal and travel hx. Thanks I am not yet competent to answer your question sir Looping: SlowlybtSurely, boldinc |

Omonigeriarere: Amy suggestion about 182 and 91 days? 181 days was 18% pa at the last OMO of 3/2/2017. Hope the information gives you an idea of what rate to bid for. I am considering 18.35% pa for 364 days based on the fact that 342 days Tbills was 18.6% pa at the last OMO. Waiting for feelamong |

The least you can do to placate dupyshoo and other members that you have insulted is an apology or a retraction. The kind of language that you are using and the attitude that you have displayed is not welcome on this thread.

@Atlantic Immigration Pilot My people, in anticipation of this program which opens early next month, I would like us to "reason" it together I took of the sentence: "To apply, you need a job offer from a designated employer in an Atlantic province". This suggests that it is going to be an employer-driven program. Forum members who are based in the following provinces or have useful information should please tell us which occupations are in demand over there: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/atlantic/index.asp |

mamaileri: Thank you very much for responding have written PTE now I need to submit my documents for assessment I need the following questions answer. 1. Which of the three assessing bodies is the fastest. 2. Can I do qualifications and skills assessment together. 3. They are requesting for syllabus how do I get syllabus from OAU. 1. From my wife's experience, I can recommend CA. Her assessment was done in about 20 days. 2. Yes, both can be done together. Just indicate that in the application form, there is a portion for that. 3. Try and obtain your faculty handbook. You should get details of your courses there, especially the one published while you were attending the institution. You can try their library or link up with someone in your faculty. |
