Dude its quite a difficult scenario though. But i tell you this....in marriage trust comes first before love. you see this love shacking you guys now, give it 2 or 3 yrs in the marriage it fizzles and you guys are back to reality.
What keeps a marriage is that friendship loyalty and trust. Trust is the basis of marriage though.
If you would always weigh everything a partner tells you out of distrust, then you both are not fit to be in a relationship, talk more of marriage.\
Dude you wont be happy if you end up living that life. Theres no joy in always investigating anything your loved one tells you.

I feel maybe you can put her to a test of your own again, and check if she passes it without lying. Maybe she's changed or maybe she's not.
So put it to test

hisexcellency34:
Elder statesman and Second Republic lawmaker, Junaid Mohammed has described as false a statement that the Northerners will give their votes to Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) if the 2023 presidential election is a two-horse race between him and Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos state.

Speaking in a chat with Daily Independent, Junaid said northerners are rational people and do not vote based on sentiments but make their decisions after looking at an individual’s track records.
According to him, while Tinubu has a lot to show for his governance of Lagos for eight years (1999 -2007) , that cannot be said of Atiku who was also vice-president during the period.

“Northerners will pick Atiku over Tinubu any day? That is utter nonsense. I want to assure you that northerners are rational, responsible people and they have a lot of political sense. If the choice is going to be between Atiku and Tinubu, don’t listen to anybody who tells you that automatically Atiku will win because Atiku’s track records are not enviable”.
“What are his track records? They will tell us he has a farm, a university in his state. How many indigenes of that state have been employed by that state?”
“By the way, how did he come about the humongous wealth he claimed to have commanded as a Customs Officer? How did he make it?”
“What has Atiku done now which was not considered in the last election and what capacity does he have now to deliver anything good for Nigerians? As far as I am concerned, he is part of the problems of Nigeria”.

“Tinubu is a professional politician who has delivered. If you know Lagos 20 years ago and you look at Lagos today, you will not be able to recognise it. Tell me what Atiku has done in his own part of the country”.

FemiMaduka:
We have no contiguous border with Ghana; no less than two countries separate us, so what is the fuss about?

The little orderliness that exists in Ghana is largely due to their small population, not because they are a very sane people. Some Ghanaian folks here have been making a lot of noise on GDP Per Capita; they conveniently forget the fact that it is within the same range as that of Nigeria that has a population seven times bigger. India has a GDP per capita that is even lower than that of both Nigeria and Ghana, but it is the 5th biggest economy in the world--bigger than that of The U.K., France, Spain etc.

About their stable electricity; the output from Egbin and Sapele power stations, working at full cycle ALONE, is equal to what Ghana actually produces in megawatts. You get the idea now.

Accra, their capital, is just at the level of Warri, a second-tier city over here.

If you ask their guys here to explain the reason for their persistent wailing on the closure of our own border, they would refer you to the ECOWAS Convention--a Convention they have never really honored; just look at the laws that they cited in the article [GIPC whatever], those laws are sharply in dissonance with the spirit of the ECOWAS Convention that they usually use as a ruse.

I say boldly that these guys are massively overhyped.

I only wish the Nigerians in Ghana return home and channel their energies into steering Nigeria out of the woods. I would really like to see what other joker Ghana would use to spite [as they think] us.

We are livid about the worryingly inappropriate level that Nigeria is, but we won't allow Ghana show itself at a parade it was not even invited, neither does it belong. Even in our sombre mood, we'd still remember that Nigeria has more satellites in space than any African country. Ghana can only start dreaming of a space program starting from 2090.

GHANA IS A VERY IMPOVERISHED COUNTRY and we do not give a flying Bleep about it.

Whatever happens to our borders will be wholely of our making.

If PDP can get their act together, 2023 might just be the year they finally take back power. The only edge APC has over PDP is PMB and come 2023, PMB won't be on the ballot. A study of the voting trends in the recently held 2019 elections will reveal that PDP comfortably has two regions(SE/SS) in its control and in spite of Tinubu's famed political sagacity, PDP retains a foothold in the South West. With Buhari not contesting in 2023, d Northern votes will be up for the taking and it's now left for PDP to grab the initiative and firstly play the role of a virulent opposition party pre 2023, organising a transparent selection process that will present a credible candidate who is acceptable to majority of the members of the party and d Nigerian voters and also running an issue based campaign. In all, 2023 is open for PDP, APC and any third force that may emerge between now and then
.

Why cant Nigerians boot out APC and PDP im 2023? Those guys are twin evils

I registered since 2016 till now I have not gotten my ID, this is just a prove that this country cares less of its citizens... We all got the voters card 3months after enrollment - another proof that this government is only interested in what benefits them... Imagine a Country spending billions on Voters Card and the same time spend another set of Billions on national ID Cards when the functions/features of both can be combined into one card at a lower cost. Sometimes I wonder why we have Ministry of Finance when cost is not being mitigated to the nearest minimum
This is the reason we have to boot the stupid APC and PDP out for good.

PoliticsRe: Lagos Assembly Lists Ambode’s ‘deadly Sins’ by 49cents(m): 8:24am On Oct 27, 2019
prof2007:
The Lagos State House of Assembly has listed 5 ‘sins’ allegedly committed by former governor of the state, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode. They include alleged unauthorised discounting of promissory notes and purchase of 820 buses without due authorisation.

The Assembly, therefore, asked the former governor to appear before it by 1pm on Wednesday 30 October 2019. This made it the second time the governor was summoned. He was first summoned about two weeks ago alongside former government officials, including former commissioners for Finance, Economic Planning, Justice and Attorney General, and Permanent Secretary, Economic Planning.

The House had set up an ad hoc committee to investigate some financial misappropriation during the Ambode administration. However, according to a statement by the House, Ambode and the former government officials refused to appear before the House committee. The House has now issued another invite to the former governor, as contained in an advert in some national dailies, including Sunday PUNCH.

The invite was titled, ‘Notice of summons: Mr Akinwunmi Ambode (the former Governor of Lagos State),’ and signed by the Clerk of the House, Mr A. A. Sanni. In the new summon, the former governor was reminded of the importance of appearing before the House to shed light on a five-point infraction raised by the Assembly.

The fresh notice stated, “The Lagos State House of Assembly, pursuant to Section 129 (1)(c) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) hereby summons His Excellency, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, the former Governor of Lagos State (May, 2015 – May, 2019) to appear before the Committee of the House on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the Lateef Jakande Auditorium, Assembly Complex, Alausa, Ikeja by 1 pm.”

Ambode was asked to appear to clarify the following: (1) Unauthorised discounting of promissory note; (2) Purchase of 820 buses by his administration without due authorisation; (3) Misappropriation of Special Expenditure Funds; (4) Improper implementation of the Appropriation Law; and (5) Non-adherence to the Financial Regulations of the state.

The notice urged the former governor to provide the Assembly’s committee with documents to justify that the above transactions did not violate constitutional provisions. It read, “You are kindly requested to furnish the committee with 15 copies each of all relevant document(s) relating to the issues raised through the Office of the Clerk of the House on or before Tuesday, October 29, 2019.

“It is pertinent to state that your presence at the proposed meeting would give you the opportunity to shed light on issues that are material to the investigation.”

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission had in August raided the Epe country home and Parkview Ikoyi residence of the former governor. He had also denied that certain accounts said to have been frozen by the EFCC were linked to him, adding that no account of his contained N9.9bn as the said accounts belonged to the state government.

The state Assembly had set up a committee to investigate the purchase of 820 buses out of the 5,000 buses proposed by the embattled former governor because the lawmakers had originally objected to the idea.

In a motion titled, ‘Lagos State House of Assembly Motion Number 2,’ the member representing Eti Osa 2, Gbolahan Yishawu, stated that the then administration proposed to spend N17bn to purchase the buses in the 2017 budget, which was not approved by the Assembly.

Meanwhile, efforts to speak with the media aide to the former governor, Mr Habib Aruna, proved abortive as he had not picked calls or responded to a text message sent to his mobile telephone number as of the time of filing this report.

AutoJoshNG:
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has announced the acquisition of 800 new BRT buses.

The governor made the announcement via a tweet, where he also announced the commencement of the expansion of the BRT lanes in the state.

According to the Governor, “Beyond road construction, we have started expanding the bus rapid transit system and gradually reducing the danfo buses on the roads. I am excited to announce that we have purchased over 800 buses to add to the existing BRT fleet expanding to more routes”

“We are supportive of private investment in transportation that is non-exploitative. This week, I launched @UberBoat, the first of many private-sector efforts at providing safe & efficient water transport working with our water transportation initiatives.”

See the tweet below.

The Lagos BRT

The Lagos BRT was established on 17 March 2008. It is the first BRT scheme in Sub-Saharan Africa. It started operations on a 22-kilometer radial highway BRT lanes that connect Mile 12 and Lagos Island. That is, it ran from Mile 12 through Ikorodu Road and Funsho Williams Avenue, Eko Bridge up to CMS.

Former Governor of Lagos State, Akinwumni Ambode, in May 2017, donated 50 new BRT buses to the private operator of the BRT service in Lagos.

Primero Transport Service Limited is the sole BRT operator in Lagos State.

They didn't invest jack! They're all victims of their own misguidance. Their region is so messed up that it's become almost inhabitable for modern civilization. A haven and fortress for savagery. Their negative attitudes, divisibility, and arrogant nature have been the apex reason of their downfall.

Even in the most fairly contested election ever held in the history of this nation where MKO won the north and SW in a landslide, he lost in the SE. Simply because of their sentiments and hatred for Yorubas and anything Yoruba. They supported OBJ cuz they've got no choice as it was btw two Yorubas. They supported OBJ to spite the SW as, the SW supported Falae. They'll do anything to spite Yoruba pple. They opposed PMB simply cuz of Osinbajo, his Yoruba V.P.

The same Yorubas that give them accomodation and roofs upon their heads. No other tribes can successfully thrive in their own region. They're very un-accomodating to other tribes even their own Igbo pple if you're not from their states or localities.

I love progressive minded Igbos... Late Major Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu will always be my hero. I love him to death but, his pple messed up the 1966 coup due to unnecessary sentiments. That's story for another day. Guess who 'strategically' killed him? That coward, Ojukwu!

Of course, not all of them are bad. Majority of the educated ones are great. I've got several Igbo friends and, trust me they sometimes regret their heritage.
MKO actually won in Anambra and got ober 45 percent votes in other SE states despite an Ogbonna Onu "their Son" being the running mate of Tofa....stop misleading people
Now this is not counting the igbo votes across the federation. My parents voted MKO and many of my relatives then

Now to why MKO won in the north...the facts are already out!

It was a deliberate move by the power brokers to counter IBBs boy Tofa from succeeding IBB.

The opposing northern anti-IBB forces wanted "MKO to win" so that the northern consesus of not giving power to the south will override that southern victory and that way they will have done away with both IBB and a southern presidency in one fell swoop. And they got it. Put in a front yoruba ING president to calm the polity only to kick him out through Abacha.
