Even though it's not a must to be on Uber's platform, I support their agitation.

25% Uber charges for their fee is too much, they don't do anything except to connect a rider and driver via their app. Greedy guys!
You think the infrastructure and talent that powers that "connection" is cheap?

The trend has been all over the news.
And it seems that populism is disappearing faster than it appeared, also in Germany.
I won't say it's disappearing they are now the largest opposition force in Holland and France, current polls in Germany show they are still behind. Onus is on these leftists (centrist in Macron's case) to wake up and perform that way it will be dead by next election.

You want proof?

Checkout the rule the armesty international under the guise of America and Swiss government played in the division of India and Pakistan

problem is, it will even be harder for u to see the truth because you seem not to be thinking radically or rather cynically
We can't reach a valid conclusion based on conspiracy theories. As for the emboldened, after attending one of the best Universities in the world, working with exceptional Software Engineers with at least above average IQ for years, it's the funniest appraisal I have seen. Once again any argument that can't be backed up with valid proof remains invalid, smart humans are logical not radical.

I wrote a post about this purported capture and release of Chibok schoolgirls yesterday and many people were criticizing me, saying that my cynical approach to things is not good and is not patriotic. I told them they only way to be patriotic to a government is to criticize what you think is not right.

I had reasons to believe that Chibok school girls might be a myth that we will all here how it went down as the time goes on and suffice to say, is not only me that echoed this sentiments. Host of Nigeria, I mean 1000's of Nigerians believe this is the deception of the century. I mean most of them thinks that the government knows were this girls are all along.

See what Nigerians on twitter thinks about the release of Chibok schoolgirls...

I think this rubbish needs to stop, even if nobody trusts the Nigerian Government, is the Swiss government and the Red Cross who are actually handling the negotiations lying?

Before chibok girls were kidnapped, after chibok girls were kidnapped and nobody is even talking about those ones.

My point is valid. Nigerians don't really have innovative minds...Why build another whatsapp? A guy was posting everywhere in the forum that he built a Nigeria Facebook? Why? Why? Even Telegram, IMO WhatsApp are not even close yet..

I'm yet to see a very innovative idea in Nigeria, it doesn't has to be something complex but unique, useful, and solves a lot of problem.

Facebook was entirely new, different type of Social Network site and unique when it came into existence, there was myspace then, but Mark chose to build something different. Twitter, another social website, but still unique, and does most things differently from Facebook, Then Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest.... They are all the same, but unique...these products is a work of very creative minds...

I took a course from edx some years back, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. It changed the way I think ever since then.

And I don't think some group of young men, coming together to force an idea out will work... It doesn't work that way most times...

Nigerians way of thinking is more of making profits quickly instead of building a large user base(This is why most start-ups failed in Nigeria)...
This is another comment I really like. Unfortunately, you're like a Pastor preaching in a bar. Most of the people you're talking to have no idea.

You wouldn't have complained of course because tbe previous administration never tried that. That administration was led by a democrat, someone who respects the rights of citizens, an educated man unlike the dullard you fought to install.
You deserve what you are getting, so don't complain.
I really wanted to ignore this comment but I hate liars who devilishly try to rewrite history, you have a right to support any political party or government but to erase facts makes you look bad.

So you think the dynamics of the American industry is the same with Nigeria?

Pls cld u explain beta? I cldnt pass up dis revelation
The origin of telecoms was basically voice then later texts and these companies enjoyed a lot of monopoly but the advent of mobile internet and smart phones especially especially Android and Iphone has enabled a different breed of giants.

Now ask yourself when was the last time you sent an sms? How many whatsapp messages have you sent this week? Was it like this 10 years ago? I called my mum on sunday after speaking to her for some few minutes I dropped, she then called back on whatsapp basically because she has a lot to say and "didn't want to waste credit". Now that's less revenue for a telecoms company, you will say but they are selling data now. Unfortunately most of this apps have been built with crazy compression algorithms that they use less data. So these telecoms companies have to pivot: find other creative ways to generate funds. MTN is currently doing that.
