funny thing is it's just the battery.

it was outside the phone. I removed it to charge the spare battery. I dropped it in my pocket so I would not lose it.

and it was not heat triggered because I was in an air conditioned place and was not having high body temp


so it was not over clocking etc. all of you people sef. una no just dey believe say innocent noob like me fit use phone like jjc
