lucabrasi:Your argument is absurd. It is not open for any educational institution to automatically expel students on the grounds that they are HIV+ or pregnant. A fair reading of the constitution would show that it is against their human rights. Besides, the policy reveals many absurdities: Why stop at HIV? Why not gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes and every other STD one can think of? If someone contacts HIV,how does the University determine that it was acquired through sexual intercourse and not through any other means? Even if contacted through sex,how would the Uni know whether the carrier was a promiscuous person or merely the victim of a promiscuous partner or sex abuse? For the pregnant girls, what is the punishment for girls who immediately abort their babies or who use contraceptives? Does the Uni also punish their male students who get females pregnant? |
Touch what nerve? Dumb cunt Cretin parades around like some Mobb Deep wannabe producing more crap than a diarrheic. |
It seems that all the rodents and other imbeciles that populate the Arse-anal fanbase feel brave enough to come out today and talk drivel because Arsenal beat Real. They obviously didn't see how Clichy was being molested by Robben or the ref who obviously needs a guide dog for failing to spot a cast iron penalty. It's obvious Arse-anal's best hope of a 'trophy' is gone. |
What the hell is this vermin called HNIC doing on our thread? Dude thinks he is witty with his crass attempts at sarcasm .Back to topic That Campbell looks a decent player but he is still not Utd quality. If Utd are desperately looking for a goal,is it Campbell that is the right person to bring on? I will prefer that we loan him to an EPL side and see how he performs. The way Solsjkaer played,he looked sharper than Saha, hell, even my grannie does look sharper than Saha. However, having a strike force of Rooney,Tevez,Saha,Manucho and Campbell isn't that bad. |
Sisikill:Look at this 'uncultured' woman. You want the facts to get in the way of people's 'righteous indignation'. |
@outlaws It is one thing to compensate the actual victims of the transgression,e.g Japanese-Americans,it is quite another to demand monetary compensation for descendants who are generations removed from the actual victims of slavery. What are the modalities for the payments? Will the Govt impose a tax exclusively on white Americans? What about Irish-Americans,Italian-Americans, Eastern-European Americans,e.t.c ? Most of their ancestors came in after slavery was abolished, why should they be held responsible? Incredibly, the Irish also suffered worse fate than Black people, albeit from Britain, including slavery, yet there is no Irish call for reparation. If the Govt imposes an exclusive tax on Whites, wouldn't that reduce the general tax intake from them to the detriment of the country as a whole? I also wonder why there is no similar call for reparations from African nations who were often even more eager participants than whites to indulge in slavery. It took the coercion of the British navy to force many African nations to end slavery. Why are there no calls for reparation from Arabs? The US took around 700,000 slaves from Africa, the Arabs took at least 10 million, why aren't people demanding reparations for their clearly worse transgression? |
RichyBlacK:Hegemony refers to dominance over others and I can't see how the Middle-East,as opposed to China and India,is the 'center of gravity' for all challenges to Western hegemony. The Middle-East's key strategic value lies in its huge energy resources, which resources are effectively transient. Again, nobody disputes the relative importance of the Middle-East compared to Africa, what is at issue is why Africans seem to place greater significance on events in the Middle-East compared to Africa. 3.7m have died in the DRC Congo but most Africans on this forum will struggle to name cities or key players in that blighted country but we will be prepared to reel off the names of places and politicians in the West Bank and Gaza. No strategic arguments can ever justify why anyone, let alone Africans, will place greater import on conflicts, which compared to the carnage in huge swaths of Africa, are low-level conflicts. I don't expect the White House or the Western World to ascribe equal significance to Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle-East but for Africans to follow sheepishly whatever is the West's favorite topic beggars belief. China is still communist, but the lessons from Vietnam has tempered arrogance with reality, and that mere military might has clearly identifiable limits.I don't understand why people still refer to China as communist. By any definition of communism,China ceased to be a communist state once Deng Xiaoping embarked on his reforms. |
Queenisha:Na Gamine you dey ask about her wife and kids o! Unless she used the "Naija Navigation" and had her private parts switched as a result. |
@Ruby Doyin wears fake eyebrow and a wig in real life. The boy is a lost cause. ![]() |
DeepZone:Look at this truck driver. You haven't finished with Oyb,you are looking for some celeb to marry. |
@Osisi I did a spiritual cleansing of the desk while screaming "Holy Ghost Fire!" Obviously,he is white so excessive grooming may not seem over the top for him. I was wondering,if he has all this on his desk, imagine what he will have at home. . . . probably a warehouse full of cosmetics. |
I used my colleague's desk on Friday, come see this man's collection of moisturizers. I blame women. As long as there are women who fall for these men, they will feel encouraged in their evil ways. As for that Yank talking about improving the looks of British men, ironical coming from the nation that contains the ugliest and fattest people in the Western world |
Arsenal's best chance of a trophy is gone! ![]() Can someone tell me what else those Emirati cunts can win this season? ![]() |
In global politics,Africa and Africans don't matter. What is interesting is that the diminished status given to Africa by the world in analysing US foreign policy is also shared by Africans. It is understandable if Westerners or Arabs view US foreign policy on the basis of how it affects them but why do Africans seem to think that US foreign policy must be viewed on the basis of how it affects others and not Africa? I think the key problem is that most Africans' knowledge of the outside world is gleaned exclusively from non-African media. If the media's attention is focused on the Middle-East,Africans will only be aware of events in the Middle-East. |
davidylan:The problem with Obama is that when he changes his position,he proclaims that there is actually no change,it's just that we rubes failed to understand him in the 1st place. I remember someone saying that only dead and mentally unsound people never change their minds.Changing position is okay but don't pretend nothing has changed. Back in 2003,just after US forces routed Saddam from power and the war was at the zenith of its popularity with Americans,Obama proclaimed in public that there was no serious difference between his position on Iraq and that of Bush.If that statement is true, his subsequent statements on the war can't be true and vice versa. Obama managed to change his position on Jerusalem within 24 hours! That must be a record in US politics. |
davidylan:This story dates back to 1999,yet,you are still wondering why McCain is described as a 'maverick' Republican and still suggesting that he took different policy positions to Bush merely out of personal convenience. The most important thing is that McCain, like most Americans, has changed his position on drilling to reflect the new economic reality. Obama continues to behave like nothing has changed although he too seems to be prepared to shift his position: Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said Friday he would be willing to support limited additional offshore oil drilling if that's what it takes to enact a comprehensive policy to foster fuel-efficient autos and develop alternate energy sources.http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080801/ap_on_el_pr/obama |
Kobojunkie:Why in lower case? |
@Sam Milla You mean people who decide not to sleep with their teachers have a problem? Hopefully, you will transfer this wisdom to your daughters. ![]() |
SAM MILLA:TOH,you don hear am? You either ugly or very ugly for not bedding your high school teacher. ![]() |
onyinye2:The most important thing is the relevant age of consent.
Yes yes, w/e. But do you think that's right for a teacher to date a student?
Of course not. However,I wouldn't have minded if that my History teacher had her 'wicked' way with me. ![]() |
In Southern Nigeria, the age of consent is 16 so there is no way he is going to jail. If it was in the North, the age of consent is 13 so legally, you are free to have sex with a 13 year old girl(that is effectively JS3 girls) Of course, because he is a teacher he will probably lose his job if he is found out. |
Gamine:There are boobs and there are boobs. Some women even have smaller boobs than all those fat guys with man boobs. They might as well do mastectomy for all I care. |
Just when you thought you had seen the worst of the preening oafs called metro-sexuals,Superdrugs in the UK comes out with the Manscara and Guy-liner,amongst a new range of male cosmetics. Hey,maybe in the future, our sons will be wearing lipstick and fake eyebrows. Read it and weep. The male grooming industry certainly seems to think so. The sector has grown fat over recent years – it is currently worth £700m in the UK – on the premise that modern guys like nothing more than locking themselves in the bathroom and stealing embarrassing things from their nicer-smelling other halves.http://www.telegraph.co.uk/fashion/main.jhtml?xml=/fashion/2008/07/30/efmanscara130.xml |
@RichyBlack Beyond your hysterical rant, you did make a valid point. I don't get the disdain Africans display towards African-Americans in the US or Afro-Carribeans in the UK.Mind you,it is a 2 way thing but I'm more concerned about our own transgressions. You see Africans lambasting Caribeans for having the worst educational attainment in the UK but they fail to realise that the reason why we may seem to be more hardworking or ambitious is that the sort of Nigerians that emigrate are not necessarily representative of the average Nigerian. The average Nigerian is no better than the average African-American or Caribbean. |
