Teflony: . Hmmmmmm after careful consideration I don't knw what to do. should I? or shouldn't I?Abeg let's leave manga for another day. Manga characters are in another universe entirely. |
Are we going into manga now? Haba. |
#following Babe, in as much as you are the devil's advocate in this matter, I like your style ![]() Why would any SANE EDUCATED Nigerian believe the nonsense rumour you 'sent' out in the first place? Are Nigerians that gullible/easily deceived? No wonder our political leaders continue to use us like football. They'll be chopping billions and watching our doctors go on strike without caring because they know the masses won't do anything. PHCN no longer brings light for up to 24hrs, the average Nigerian has not one but 2(two) generators AND still pay NEPA bill on top, meanwhile I have personally stayed in a senators place where NEPA gave his house uninterrupted light for the 2days I stayed there. Yet the masses won't do anything. I can't remember when last I saw hot water coming out of the tap of any government owned facility - yet our Ogas at the top enjoy these basic pleasures. Let me allow others to give examples. Nigerians are mumus! ![]() |
WackyJ1: Wolverine on this list?Bro...seriously ![]() Have you watched world war hulk? Hulk vs Galactus? Planet hulk? Do you know who GALACTUS is ![]() Go and browse these and come back let's talk. |
Win95: I think the salt stuff is more of a religious thing. Most of the ppl who called me are learned and they too didn't have any scientific backup but did it all the same. That, my dear, is what is called fear |
I hope you guys are aware that the person who started the rumour has come forward to confess? https://www.nairaland.com/1848113/started-saltwater-ebola-cure-rumor#25313008 |
DRealGeesam1: My confession and apologyThank you for coming out to admit you started the rumour. You did something very very dangerous by starting such a rumour in such perilous times. But the good thing is you were brave enough to step forward and admit your mistake. Salt water can be very dangerous to new born children and those with hypertension. Also a near panic had begun already among the uneducated and even some of the educated masses. I would advise you to rebroadcast a simple message saying the saltwater thing was a hoax. I don't think you need to put your name. Some of us have already started broadcasting that its all a big joke so we are helping you already. Thanks for coming out to clear the air. |
But you now see the power of online media? People are in other threads swearing that the salt water thing works! |
How much salt are we talking about? Do you guys realise that when you sweat, you sweat out salt? How come that hasn't prevented the spread of Ebola? @adoyrable you too?? Chaiiiii!!! No wonder naija people are easily 419ed! PLEASE DO NOT RUB SALT ON YOUR BABY'S SKIN! It will peel! As for everyone else Google mass hysteria. That's what's happened now. The Salt thing is a Big Lie! |
You folks are crazy. First off, forget this new generation stories, some fights are just done to surprise the audience. THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL BATMAN BEATS SUPERMAN. That's just stuff for audience to clap to. Its the same people that are twisting all the fairy tales and making Jack a thief and the giant the victim. Let's go back to the origins pls. The greatest superhero of all time is SUPERMAN. his powers actually manifest per episode. Superman's greatest fear is that one day he'll not be able to control himself and go on a destructive spree. Yes he has weaknesses: his conscience, kryptonite, and Louis. But its not like kryptonite grows on trees, in fact the only two people to originally possess kryptonite on earth are lex Luther and batman and both of them don't use it anyhow. Next is the HULK. The HULK is a huge mass of Albert Einstein's relativity theory e=mc2. What do I mean? The hulk is only as strong as his last opponent. This may seem like a small issue but think deeper. Say the hulk is attacked by Thor. Thor's first blow will likely send BIM reeling...but that's it. He shakes it off, gets mad, increases in muscle mass and strength, and the next blow will be like a sexy caress to him. The hulk is 'the strongest there is' if you give him the time. He will knock any other superhero out there senseless in a brawl. Weakness: the hulk cannot breathe in space. Fling him to the moon without oxygen tanks and he's done. He can hold his breath for a loooooooong time though so find something to occupy him while he's there or else he'll jump right back to earth. And he'll be very very angry. 3.the original WOLVERINE. I say 'original' because I watched the last wolverine movie where he got ass-whipped by samurais and I was like wtf?? But originally this dude has no qualms about ripping you to shreds. He has personality issues, hygiene issues, anger management issues, authority issues...em, he should actually be a bad guy if not for his respect of fair play. And oh yeah, did I mention he has regeneration capability? Short of cutting off his head, he cannot be killed. He has taken on the Hulk numerous times so much so that they have developed a kind of respect for each other. The real wolverine will gut wonderwoman's intestines out before she can swing her laso. 4. Dr Manhattan. He HAS the potential for greatness but honestly I havent seen him do anything spectacular as per, is he really a hero?? 5. Same with silver surfer. This guy is an alien and couldn't care less about what happens to earthlings. And I still think the Kal-el personality of superman can take him wella. 6. Green lantern: another powerful personality but that ring be like rechargeable ni. Before you know it will run out of power. Maybe they should change the batteries? Even then , I think I've seen the Hulk punch through its projections many times. 7 . wonder woman. Very strong amazonian with a secret crush on superman. Strong enough to exchange blows numerous times with superman and giving as good as she gets. But is she fast like superman? Does she have killer instinct like the wolverine? Can she stand up to The hulk? I don't think so. 8. Iron man. Genius/billionaire/playboy/philanthropist. Got all the swag. Very strong suits. Suits that can hold the hulk down for 30seconds. Suits that can send him to deep space. Suits that can withstand a nuclear blast. OK. 9. Batman. Yeah he is waaaaaay waaaaay down here. This guy is just a guy. So he knows martial arts. So he knows how to use 214 different types of weaponry. So he knows...wait, that's it. Nothing else. Ordinary guy. Its just that he has a death wish. He isn't scared of anybody or any challenge, he suffers from post traumatic stress disorder from when his parents were murdered. And he's billionaire with fancy gadgets. That's all o. Nothing else to see here. Its just that he has a whole lot of swag so people like him a lot...the whole mysterious man thing...if not, even plastic man will beat the sh1t out of him. QED. I rest my case. |
Hi guys. Looking for a good sci-fi movie to watch |
Have watched ginger snaps-the entire series and underworld the entire movies. Honestly? The ginger snaps werewolf was more bloodcurdlingly scary. Underworld werewolves were more like muscle-bound CGI...too clean, you know? I'm not saying underworld werewolves werent scary as hell but I think I'll give it to gingersnaps for Scariness. |
SAMBARRY: did your moma suck your blood when you were an infant and vulnerable or when she had the opportunity to?Yes she did ![]() It was a hooorrible experience She chased after me and caught me and pinned me down. I begged and cried but she refused As she sucked out the blood she kept on whispering "I need your blood. I need your blood..." She sucked out a whole 5mls and put it in a bottle and left ![]() So yes, she sucked my blood ![]() And yes she's a nurse ![]() |
pickabeau1: hahha.. naija ninjasWhat's horror without a little comedy ![]() Meanwhile, luved d graphics man |

"I'm sorry, what?" Dr Burke asked even as Silas continued to stare. The black man with the shotgun still pointed unnervingly at them asked again. "Una dey deaf? Talk now before I blast you!" "Efe put the gun down jare!" One of the other black men said as he stood up. "You think pidgin English is universally spoken?" 'Efe' turned to face the man "but, them fit be zombie...I wan make sure say..." The other man walked over and quite carelessly grabbed the gun from Efe. "You're embarrassing me. Its obvious they are not zombies. In fact they are probably the one that saved our asses." He turned to the two perplexed men. "Hi. I'm Caleb. This idi0t here is my cousin Efe. The others are Barry and Michael. We are Nigerians." Silas and Dr Burke relaxed visibly as soon as the gun was pointed away from them. Silas stepped forward to shake Caleb's outstretched hand but Dr Burke drew him back. "Weren't you listening to my rules at all?! They are covered in blood and gore! They need to be decontaminated." "This is Dr Burke." Silas said to Caleb, ignoring the doctor's tirade. "He's the boss around here so take note. I'm Silas. I'm sorry you'll have to take a shower before we can shake hands." "Its because we are black, right?" Caleb said, tight faced. "No, no, its not like that, its just that..." Silas and Dr Burke began to explain when Caleb and the rest of his gang burst into laughter. "Its alright bro, we understand. We were just pulling your leg. I wouldn't want to shake hands with someone covered in zombie blood neither. Lead the way to the bathroom." "What is this place?" Michael asked as they were led through the various rooms to the bathroom. ""Its the doctor's panic room. A kind of emergency holdout room against zombies." Silas explained. "Actually it was meant for aliens, the zombie room is somewhere else." Dr Burke chipped in. He wasn't happythat sSilas was giving out so much information. And he was livid Silas had let them in. They would have to re-ration their supplies. The Nigerians were very excited, all the more so when they saw the groceries room filled with food. They cheered and laughed and Dr Burke had a hard time stopping them from touching anything. Caleb, who seemed to be their leader had to call them to order. "Alright guys behave yourselves. This man has been very gracious to make us his guests and save our lives in the process. Let's not make him regret it." "Yessir!" They chorused in unison. As they took their baths and changed clothes Dr burke called Silas aside. "You broke the rules." He said grimly. "What? You really expected me to leave them out there to die." "Yes!" The doctor almost shouted. "Well, sorry about that but I just can't. Don't worry we have more hands now instead of just the two of us. We'll be able to run this place better with more hands." The doctor sighed. Things had just taken a turn for the worse. |
Because women are blood sucking vampires! |
Silly question... Of course I'll take the red pill.... Become an instant billionaire, invest, make the billions into trillions... Then casually come back and BUY the blue pill ![]() |
"These rules look made up!" Silas said, glaring at Dr Burke who chewed on his lower lip nervously. The doctor stared back at him, at a loss for words about the accusation. "Follow these rules or leave MY panic room!" He yelled finally. "Like you could force me out." Silas growled. "Look, its not all about brawn. I can tell you are a very physical person..." "Really?" Silas smirked. "How?" Dr Burke ignored him and went on "but these rules are important. Simple, yes, but important. We took time out to think on these rules and they are very efficient." "Who is 'we'?" Silas asked. Dr Burke opened his mouth to answer when they both heard gunshots. Silas was on the move before Dr Burke could react. He ran like a panther, full of adrenaline , through the other rooms to the computer room. There was movement on the computer screen and Silas bent over to get a closer look. There were five people outside, all blacks, with shotguns and a chainsaw making a stand just outside the hidden door. Silas watched as they decimated the unending horde of the living dead, sending arms and legs flying in different directions and blowing up heads like rotted pumpkins. But despite their admirable courage, the situation looked desperate. Silas watched in horror as one of the undead succeeded in grabbing the overcoat of one of the men and drawing him into the crowd of frenzied mouths where he went down screaming in splashes of his own blood. Silas jumped into the control seat. He scanned through the computer screen until he saw the button labelled "access". He clicked on it and a panel opened to show various buttons. The 'open lock' button flashed green on the screen and Silas promptly clicked on it even as Dr Burke limped quickly up behind him yelling "No, don't - !" The door slid effortlessly open even as Dr Burke lunged forward to click the 'lock' button. But it was too late. The four negroes fell into the room, tumbling over themselves in terror and shock. They were followed by two shuffling undead. The biggest of the men recovered first, shooting the zombies in the chest. The force threw then backwards and out of the room just as Dr Burke hot the lock button and the door slid shut. The doctor grabbed Silas by the throat. "You bastard!" "What?" Silas retorted as he tried to pry off the doctor:s hands. "Hey!" The biggest of the black men shouted. Both men turned to look at him. He was pointing his shotgun at them. "Abeg who una be?" |
Rule number five: food rations must never be broken. Eat only what is assigned to you. If you eat even a morsel more, we are going to starve. Rule number six: if you come in contact with a zombie and you are not bitten, wash off. Don't leave the slime everywhere. It could be contagious. Rule number seven: I can add more rules if need be. I'm the boss. |
@TV01, very insightful post. I may however differ on your opinion that an unfulfilled sex life is less important than the functionality of procreation. I believe the former is the main cause of sexual unfaithfulness and infidelity which portends greater harm to the marriage union as against infertility in which case the couple can accept their fate or decide to adopt or even undergo IVF especially if financially capable. |
cococandy: Are you the sex confidante at your work place.? Or how else can we explain that your colleague just love to talk about their sexual wahalas with youWhat can I say, people naturally open up to me ![]() Anyways it was actually a round-table group idle employees discussion thing. |
EfemenaXY: Wait till you're married jor. How does the number of times (or not) that couples get kinky going to help you in anyway? It is good to prepare for ALL aspects of marriage before hand...and sez is a very important part don't you think? |
coogar: ![]() But I think that's mostly after they are married. Don't know why. |
A colleague at the office is complaining that his wife doesn't satisfy him in bed. He says he wants it at least three times a week but she on the other hand is content with twice a month. They have been married two years and have a kid. Another colleague confided that her husband is the dry one in their romance life. She confessed that whenever she's in the mood she either spikes his drink or mixes 'manpower' with his food. It got me thinking about s.exu.al compatibility in marriage. How important is it? How often is too often? I think sex 3times a week is OK. What do you think? |
Your niece is a hyperborean from the planet Synterax. They are drawn to the sulphur in the battery acid and munch on it greedily wherever they may find it. Hyperboreans have been visiting earth since the 18th century but it is not until 1957 that henry Kissinger of the united States gave them visa to come and go at will. They resemble humans to the minutest detail. You have nothing to worry about. They outgrow this craving after the age of 7. I could be wrong though and she could be a normal human baby. In which case if you leave her to continue chewing on batteries she could damage her teeth, poison herself or even swallow the batteries which would then require surgery to get it out. I'll advice you to keep the remote and all sorts of batteries far away where her hand cannot reach. That's if my first assumption is wrong though. |
They should give the tiger the rest of the arm instead of throwing it away. ![]() Lord, that was mean of me. I'm sorry. |
bebe2: She is 18.So what you have is not first hand information. A woman(18yrs) just can't have a knee infection and become wasted without there being other issues. Well you have good intentions. Keep it up. |
