I worked on that project 9yeaes ago on the rail project from The national theatre to mile2. the road project was awarded to Julius berger back then and they delivered d project in due time. I was surprised to learn dat the contract for the construction of the road was re-awarded to the Chinese. now its been 10years and nothing is happening there,even the rail stations That have been completed area abandoned. the project was started by FASHOLA,he passed it on to AMBODE,now its SANWO EKO.
