When I heard that the National budget was delayed by the Senate, because they want their individual constituency allowances increased to 500m, from the previous 350m, for which they can't even explain what the money is used for.
I just come to the final conclusion that the Senate NEEDS to go haba.
With the bogus salaries and allowances and other meaningless contracts awarded to themselves and other kickbacks!, they still ask for additional 150m to be added to their constituency allowance, and they know that the common man is barely getting two square meals.

1. Let's go down... The said Testimonial was said to have been issued on 20th July, 1988.

2. Consider the two documents. One was signed on 24th July, 2018 and the other on July 20th, 1988. Look at the signatures very well. The same principal that signed the two documents. It was 20 years apart and yet same principal.

3. The document was signed on 20th July, 1988, yet the letter head bears Osun State. Osun State was created in 1991. As at 1988, Osun State was part of Oyo State.

4. The testimonial said he spent 3 years in secondary secondary school in 1981; that he sat for SSCE and NECO in 1981. When was NECO established? When was SSCE started? In 1981? No! The system of education in 1981 was Form 1 to Form 5.

5. Let's quote from the fake TESTIMONIAL "....Has successfully completed the three years Nigeria Senior Certificate course and was presented for WASSCE conducted by WAEC and NECO..."

Look at the document. The Testimonial was "signed" in 1988 but on top, 20.... was canceled.
