In as much as i believe that the ministers must appointed based on the Nigeria constitution, the delay of the ministerial appointments has exposed a lot of economic loopholes and lapse in the various ministries that would have been shielded by the same ministers. PMB should release this list as promised but deal with the minister with a level of disciple which the past administration lacks!!!
