So Zelensky begged Russia for his country to be invaded and destroyed?? What deluded point is that?

I find it funny that you made the effort to mention that he is a comedian, and yet that comedian has shown what it means to be a better leader than any career politician in Nigeria could ever be. Most would have fled the country to seek asylum in the west once disaster strikes.

All I can say is this...

Iraq was invaded by the USA and has not recovered till now.

Obama invaded Libya, a free, prosperous country tired of imperialism and Libya chose to kill its own leader, Now Libya is a shithole and USA is no where to be found to help the country they helped to destroy.

Historians can agree that even though Putin is not morally right to do what he is doing, America and Britain have been doing things like this for decades.

By the way, God bless Donald J Trump
God bless who?

Even though Obama is terrible for what he did in Libya, you shouldn’t sit here praising Trump either.

Trump may not have started war that killed people, but he sure continued the wars started by his predecessors and his politicization of corona led to hundreds of people from his own country dying.

You are here supporting Putin, meanwhile you hate Buhari. For a country that imports majority of what it consumes, it has to be madness.

You tell the truth brother man. The most regular customers of London's red-light district hookerrs are Arabs who fly over from their fundamentalist hell-holes to frolic, before returning to order their own women to wear hideous gunny sacks.
Exactly! You need to look further than members of the royal families in the Gulf countries, who have no issues flying Instagram hookers to their home countries, partying and drinking. Many of the so-called sheikhs live extravagant lifestyles that have nothing to do with morality, and have everything to do with vanity, greed, murder and sexual immorality. Yet these are the same people who propagate fanaticism and judge others. The biggest proponents of sharia in Nigeria are the rich and powerful who don't abide by sharia themselves, but use religion to control the poor and uneducated masses.

Donald Trump is one man I so much loved as President .

Whether He has a Genuie relationship with JESUS Christ , I do not know! But this is one man that Boldly and Courageously stood For Godly Principles not minding who was hurt. The Greatest President of the USA in Modern times.

Say whatever you wanna say about Donald Trump but understand that by His relationship with Israel during his tenure, Donald Trump Connected his Generation into a Generational Covenant Blessing with GOD.

" I will bless those that Bless thee and Curse those that Curse thee"!
So says the Covenant!
My Prayer is the He Really and Genuinely get to know JESUS.
Yes a man who lives a life of vanity and fraud, divorced twice and betrayed his third marriage by cheating on his wife right after the birth of his son.

All you have to do is wrap your cardinal sins in a cloak of religiosity and gullible Christians in Nigeria will eat that sh.it up. A Godly man indeed cool grin !!

I'm pretty sure the lecture had a good reason for taking such punitive measure.

We're African, this is our way of life!
Sorry this is not my way of life, may be this is the way of life of you and those who enjoy suffering and flogging.

How much of the science and technology are we copying from the west if we can't even have light and good roads.
CultureRe: Is It True That Most People In Anambra State Are Originally From Igala ? by 9jakool: 6:19am On Nov 18, 2021
BKayy:
In SW the only place that doesn't have much Igala influence during the centuries of Igala colonisation is Ekiti axis, parts of Ondo and Awori because Bini had total control of them especially Adọ-Ekiti which still trace her ancestry to Bini.

Till date what Ekiti people speak is totally different from the lingua Franca imposed by Igala on what later became Yorubas of today and subsequently the lingua Franca turned to Yoruba language retaining most of its original Igala words.

This is why Yorubas have difficulty understanding an average Ondo person, Ekiti and Awori
The big mouthed tribal bigot has started again.

Igala was once considered by linguists to be a dialect of Yoruba. If Yoruba is a dialect of Igala, then why is Igala classified a Yoruboid language and not the other way around?

Can you get that into you your thick skull or are you still confused lost boy?

TravelRe: Lagos Airport Extremely Corrupt – Sabbatical, American Vlogger (Video) by 9jakool: 12:35pm On Nov 08, 2021
Lagos airport is the first impression that foreigners get when they first land in Nigeria. Immediately they are met with attitude, deceit and extortion, which only reflects poorly on nigerians. Nigeria is an exemption because the poorest countries in Africa don't extort passengers at their airports. It doesn't even end there as the average Nigerian on the street is looking to extort oyinbo in the name of hustling. And we wonder why the politicians are so corrupt. It's apparent that the collective psyche of Nigerians has to change before any fundamental progress can be made.
FoodRe: How Many Of These Soups Have You Tried? by 9jakool:
36STATES:
They like to give everything their Yoruba names. Like none existent Ofada rice. Even rice grown in the north and east are called Ofada rice by average Yoruba man, even though there is no rice grown in Ofada in any significant quantity. They even have Abakeleke and Sokoto rice bagged and lebled Ofada rice.
You have no clue what ofada rice is. Almost all of the rice consumed in Nigeria is Asian variety rice and that includes Abakaliki and Sokoto rice. The Asian variety has largely replaced African variety rice. Ofada rice is unique since its blend contains native African rice, so you cannot try to sell abakaliki rice on the market as ofada rice, because the color and taste would give it away. Ofada is where the rice was first developed which is why it takes that name. While the town no longer produces ofada rice, other parts of SW do.

Also, what's wrong with giving food Yoruba names? Other countries give indigenous names for their food but many suffering with colomentality have been attempting to anglicize the names of traditional dishes and they always fail.

Efo riro is called vegetable soup, when it's not in the slightest a true liquid soup.
Asaro is called yam porridge, even though porridge to an oyinbo would be made from grains not yam.
Ayamase is now "designer" stew.
ogi called pap is a word used in South Africa to describe a type of swallow.
The list goes on and on.

1. This is only a fabrication that dwells in the fantasy of bigots.

2. Also, by your dumb logic, the main proponents of Islam would be Arabs not Hausa or Fulani. And It's a good thing, if being taken not seriously means you have a more educated citizen, no almajiris roaming the street, and no terrorism. In that regards, Yoruba muslims would have more in common with muslims from Senegal, Sierra Leone, Morocco and Algeria.

I know many Itshekiri names that are not akin to Yoruba, same way there are Itshekiri names akin to Ibo...

Even the Idols Itshekiri worship is alien to the Yoruba,
Even If you give me a cryptic Itsekiri name that is not akin to Yoruba on the surface level, I will be able to break it down its roots and an average Yoruba person will still understand.

What are the Itsekiri names that are akin to Igbo? huh This is news to me.

So what if Itsekiris have some deities that are unique? There are unique orishas in Yoruba that are specific to certain towns or regions. Ayelala is endemic to Ilaje just as Otin is endemic to Northern Osun. And of course you have general ones like Ogun which is found in the pantheon of both Yorubas and Itsekiris.

I don't entertain people who hasn't left their village talking rubbish. Lol...

very soon you'll say they speak Yoruba or have yoruba names, where as, the Itshekiri language is not similar to the Yoruba.

I've lived in Ado Ekiti, Akure, Isua in Ondo state, Ayetoro in Kogi state and presently living in Lagos.
all my stay at Ubgangue and Aronton ( excravos ), both Itshekiri towns, their language is not similar like your yoruba language, lol..

stay in,your Bush and talk shit.

come back and talk when youve left your village.... if you see any itshekiri, ask them why they use the Ada and Eben, also ask them why the former Olu didnt last..,, lol...

go and eat ewedu and leave history.

last question,
Why didnt Ooni of Ife didnt intervene when this present Olu had issues?
Lol...

Same reason why Ora and Okpameri bear Yoruba name is same reason Itshekiri has Yoruba name.

Yoruba will say Ekaro
Itshekiri will say ' Da'bah'

I just deh waste time educating this one wen no know outside Osun State... wallow in,your ignorance
Ethnic identity is very much a political identity as it is cultural. So, yes Itsekiris are not Yorubas, because they have their own political institution that they want to maintain and I think that needs to be respected. However, denying the cultural link between the two group makes you a liar.

A little bit of comparative linguistics lesson: Just because Itsekiri may use a different word from Yoruba, doesn't mean that word is not a shared cognate.

Itsekiris actually say "ere owuro" for good morning. Yoruba would say "e ku owuro (aaro)". An average Yoruba would understand that Itsekiri's "ere owuro" is the same as "ire owuro" in Yoruba. So "ere" and "ire" are both shared cognates, even though the way they are used differs slightly in both tongues.

You said you have lived with the Itsekiris, but do you understand their tongue?
I'm guessing no. While you may have lived with them for all this time, I can tell it's time wasted since you have gained little to no cultural experience. So, simply jumping up and down, bragging that you are knowledgeable on Itsekiri culture because you lived in this town or the next is practically useless, since you chose to remain ignorant during your stay.

Also, the reason why you see Ora and Okpameri people bearing Yoruba names is not related to why the Itsekiris bear Yoruba names. Ora/Okaperhi people live in close proximity to Yoruba people and thus the strong influence. Itsekiris bear names that are identical or near identical to Yoruba because well that's their language.

It surprises me that people are still canvassing to get Tinubu into Aso rock. Nigerians love suffering. I pray that the dream I had where Nigeria divided into different parts will come to pass so that the regions who want to progress will do so unhindered and the regions that want to go back to the 19th century will do so too
The thing dey tire me o. Watch the same people that elect Tinubu start complaining two years into his presidency. There were dozens of third party candidates in the last presidential election and most people still made a choice between Atiku or Buhari huh. People's loyalty to the APC and PDP has no bounds, the same people who have made Nigeria the way it is today. I'm starting to think we deserve the suffering that comes our way, because time and time again, we don't learn our lessons and continue to settle for less.

Karleb:
Whether we'll win or not isn't the question.

The question should be, have we tried to win this war?

Since the days of GEJ, the northerners have been firmly behind Boko Haram. Some northerners are only against them now because they killed Muslims. Trust me, if Boko Haram and bandits targets were southerners and Christians alone, most northerns would still be firmly behind them.

The northerns have done their best to frustrate the pseudo efforts of the government, especially this present administration.

The thing seems like a joke to me, how can you send aides to pay for ransom to bandits and tell me you don't know where they are?
You take pictures with them, have a round table discussion with them but yet, you don't know their locations?

Remember what OBJ did in Niger Delta? How he cleared those militants after having a group discussion with them? Trust me, we can pull something as easy as that off, especially with the fact that majority of these Boko Haram and Bandits have very low IQ.

There is a saying in yoruba that, if you don't play, you can't win.

As for the future of the South, we have oil, we are intelligent amongst other things.
The southern states are the best in Nigeria.
It's the safest place to be in Nigeria.
If you remove the northern affiliation and for the fact that we don't get to share revenues with the north who are much than us in terms of number of geopolitical zone, state and population, we will do very fine. We'll also easily attract foreign investors.
In the event this scenario does happen, people should vote actual intelligent people so that history does not happen again. GEJ was incompetent to let Boko Haram capture over a dozen local government areas in the NE.

My fear is that the South may not be immune from the Nigerian factor in the end. We can bubble up the issue of Boko Haram and say it's the problem of the North. But as long as Northern leaders remain incompetent and extreme poverty/lack of education persists, the problem will fester, get out of control and eventually spread to other regions. Nigeria has already exported Boko Haram to neighboring countries like Cameroon and Chad.

PoliticsRe: See The Outraging Thing In Nigeria's 1999 Constitution by 9jakool: 6:01pm On Aug 15, 2021
A secular country treats all religions equally and shows no favoritism to a particular religion. If Shariah should exist, then Christian, orisha and traditional laws should also exist. Apostates should not be subject to Islamic shariah because they are no longer Muslim by definition. The 1999 constitution needs to be revised and create a true separation of state and religion. Politicians use the name of God and religion to control people, meanwhile they are busy collecting bribes, stealing, and not abiding by Godly rules.

The annoying thing is all this projects are feel good project that can't grow the economy or even break even for the next 80 years

APC and fulanis are core socialist reason why capitalist igbos have to leave this country
What a stupid assessment. APC and PDP are virtually the same at this point which is why their members defect when it suits them. Both are corrupt, even if they manage to do some good once every blue moon.

While I don't particular like both, we shouldn't be disingenuous either. Compare Abuja-Kaduna train stations which look like a joke to Lagos-Ibadan stations. So I will say the extra dollars went a long way.
