In fact, the school can be sued for not supporting a victim against leakers/hackers but again this is 9ja, shame won't even let the student involved fight the expulsion.

Now that we know the full story, she can successfully sue the school because the event did not happen on school property. I was one of the ones supporting the expulsion but since it occurred outside of the school, it is fair game. THERE IS NO RULE AT BABCOCK THAT WARRANTS SUCH EXPULSION! The only thing left here is this, would shame even allow the girl fight the expulsion? Would shame allow her parents to fight for her? Stay tuned....
