KingAzubuike:It was apparent after the first two years that GMB was a fantasy, e shock me how una still vote for am in 2019, wetin do una? |
Kobojunkie:Clap for yourself, you just beautifully articulated rubbish! The biggest joke of all is your point 2, so if man does things in ignorance and has had no chance to be enlightened, your God automatically condemns such a person? I refuse to believe that, I prefer to believe that he is all merciful and all knowing. He created them and knew the condition they would live in and would not punish them without giving them a way out. Your faulty reasoning is based on your own enlightenment and education, you have never put yourself in the position of those who are secluded from the world, you have never considered their perspective hence your argument is null and void! There are over 50 islands in the world where Western and Arabic religions have neglected, over 50 islands where modernization does not exist, these people were created by God and if you believe these people are all going to hell because they don't believe in your version of the way to worship God then one must really ask the question, ARE YOU OKAY? |
Iliveforever:Oga queen did not oversee anything in the 1960s or 1970s by the 1900s the Queen had no military or policy powers, make una try dey read na, even if na simple search on Google instead of repeating same cynical crap passed on by your grandfathers. |
Lagos needs to increase the waste pickup cycle and also increase the punishment for things like this, a month in jail or a fine of 100,000 Naira will deter most people. I was in Ikoyi for 2 weeks and I was amazed at how clean it was. Lagos is flooding no be by government alone, una demonic and downright shameful attitude contributes to it as well.....I come in peace! |
Lagos is a dirty stinking place yet people from every state are dying to live and invest there. It is so dirty that it continues to generate ridiculous amount of money year in year out. This stinking place is so miserable that people have started buying a plot of land for 200 million and above, oh gosh what a stinking dirty shithole, we prefer mega states like Ondo, Anambra, Enugu and so on, those places are really developed with no erosion, no flooding, no poor areas, just peace, love and harmony......E NI KURE ![]() |
If in 30 years you have not elevated your status then you're a failed human being not to talk of a former elected official and a true Lagos boy whey no dey dull himself. The funny thing here is that we all know he wouldn't attack Atiku like this even tho it applies to Atiku as well but the Obi supporters cannot see this, Tinubu living rent free in their heads ![]() |
anonimi:I don't know where you got absolving government from its responsibilities. In the USA when you want to build, you pay for permits and also pay the HOA or whichever community law governs the property. These are the people that look at things like this and partner with government for all the necessary approvals. Most maintenance are done by them and government's part is very minimal as the utility companies monitor anything from gas leaks to broken pipes that could cause flooding. Furthermore, you'll never see open gutters where large debris can get into it that would require regular clearing, my point remains this, the community police itself. It governs itself, only when it fails does the government get involved. In fact anyone buying property in their community must agree to the HOA rules and pay their fees, it's a one for all, all for one thing. How can you build in an estate and the gutters are so small? How can you not have a designated area where water flows away? Lagos is like New Orleans, flood will happen whether we like it or not but we can minimize the impact through common sense! |
WhatCanIsay:I don't argue much on here, February is almost here, you're talking about past achievements I'm talking about his ability to win a national election. This isn't regional politics, this is the ability to compete not only in the east but West and North. He might be the realest solution, it does not mean people would vote for him, if you don't understand this then I'm sorry you're too far gone for me to help you ![]() |
Jessewizy:Oga, they are friends, they've been friends since the time of MKO, na you make you update your database! |
Everything na government, when una dey build houses worth 50 million and above but consider drainage and maintenance as after thought, what did you expect? Come abroad, subdivisions and apartment complexes are responsible for their drainage, they work together with the county government to make sure things like erosion and blockage are reduced to the bare minimum but 9ja. Where I built house as never flooded for one day because the management na correct engineer and the people wey dey live the estate no mind to pay millions for service fee. You get what you paid for! |
WhatCanIsay:Trust me bro, this one no be anywhere belle face, this na issue of being practical, I oppose anything Northern rule for another 4-8 years so I will not vote Atiku and Obi is a joker who has not faced reality hence only options is to not vote or vote Tinubu.....You'll find many people also facing this eventual reality so if you like continue deceiving yourself, a vote against Tinubu is a vote for Atiku and that's the bottom line take it or leave it! |
kingyakos:I'll reply you however and whenever I deem fit! If you typed rubbish, I'll call it out, it is not an insult but a rebuttal, thanks! |
WhatCanIsay:Did you read or you just want to sound smart? If you have evidence of his questionable origin or his corrupt acts, present them to the appropriate authorities, why una dey like make mouth online but to walk the walk una go dey form deaf and dumb? Why? Corrupt this, drug baron that, origin this, health that....una no dey tire? This is why the old ones will continue to rule because people like you only get power on Nairaland, real life you're a soft teddy bear ![]() |
kingyakos:Stop spewing nonsense, politics does not work that way, even Tinubu and Atiku are best of friends, make una stop this psychoanalysis game, leave politics to those wey sabi! |
BrashMan:And that's not bad at all, the man fulfilled his dream of contesting for the presidency, win or lose he is now on par with Awolowo and MKO. How many of una fit pursue your dreams without fear? |
The amusing thing here is that elections will come and go, when they realize their candidate did not win, they'll move on from Tinubu is a failure or unhealthy candidate to Tinubu has Islamized Nigeria and then finally to we no do again, GIVE US BIAFRA ![]() Endless cycle of mental illness ![]() |
Kwestionair:Then why are you crying? Blah blah blah dem hate us, blah blah blah dem envy us, if you no care about trust why cry? ![]() |
Kwestionair:Your response is the exact reason many people see most of you guys as wild and not trustworthy! Who dey fight with you? Why so hostile? The person I responded to asked a valid question but you wan turn am into royal rumble, wetin dey do you? |
Amah70:Because Fulani does not represent all of Nigeria. Just like majority of Easterners believe Yorubas are their sworn enemy, mentality cannot be changed using force or threats. Let your people offer an alternative to the Northern power hungry knuckleheads, let them show that they won't sell or divide Nigeria but bring forth a better Nigeria. There's a reason Obi is getting much recognition, unlike the usual Easterner politician, he believes in a better Nigeria, a unified one. |
Amah70:It's funny how someone like you that is less than 40 years old is quoting stories from your grandfather or great grandfather. Whether you accept it or not, the fact remains that the civil war would not have happened if Balewa was not murdered and Azikiwe did not respond in a nonchalant manner. Yes, to the core Northerner, the life of a cow is worth more than a hundred Easterners, not to talk of the life of one of their leaders, the sooner you know this, the sooner you'll understand the type of people you're dealing with, kamikaze(suicidal) fighters have nothing to lose. |
Bunch of contradictions, 1. Is God is all knowing, is he omnipotent? If yes, why doubt that he created all things and have a plan for them all not just Christians? 2. He created all of creations, he created the Muslims, the Buddhists even the Babalawo and witches, why create someone to be born into a faith that is not destined for salvation? Honor thy father and mother, so if your parents and your community are idol worshippers and you live in a remote village where gospel was never preached, how do you get saved? 3. Was Jesus sent to all of creations or just Christians? The remote Island where cannibalism exists, the village where human sacrifice is still practiced, who goes there to preach gospel? 4. If you truly believe that God's ways are mysterious and he does as he pleases, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN DETERMINE THE PEOPLE THAT GETS TO BE SAVED? What makes you think heaven is reserved only for Christians? For Christ can be manifested in different religions, case in point Issa in Islam, in Yoruba religion he is one of the Orisas....Isn't it silly that mere mortals think they can predict what God would do? |
Smart lawyer, una notice he quickly used the word civil disobedience.....LMAO.......Make Obi's supporter no go dey loot shops and injure people , make DSS no come arrest Dele ![]() Anyways e ni wo tan.....2023 is almost here, the dreamers will meet their nightmares and reality finally sets in......Ire o! |
Uzomarrr12345:Hw much be 30 million dollars for government wey dey spend trillions yearly? The rate that Americans were dying at that time, government would have spent billions just to get necessary life saving tools. Na 9ja life no get value, over there money is meant to be spent especially when it saves lives. |
Honestly to be a cop is not easy abroad, dealing with knucklehead citizens who can do and undo, it's no wonder many cops are shoot first apologize later mode. People wonder why more blacks are killed in situations like this, IT IS SIMPLE: Blacks are more likely to fire at cops, more likely to ride in a car with firearm, more likely to resist arrest and more likely to take the cops on a speed chase. Europe is even better, in the USA niggas and cops are like Tom & Jerry, somebody got to die no middle ground. Friendly advice for all my black brothers and sisters, when a cop stops you, RAISE YOUR HANDS UP AND OBEY, drop the useless pride, if you're innocent 99% of the time, you'll be able to prove your innocence, LIFE NO GET COPY.....BE WISE! |
That's weird and a rare occurrence, Ikoyi is one of the most fortified places in Nigeria, heavy security and police everywhere but what do I know, may the powers of village people no catch us, God abeg o ![]() |
HIPROFILE:You're not making sense, by your own analogy everyone is guilty by association then. It is easy to see after the fact but right there and then everyone lived according to the way they deemed fit, colonization, exploration, conquest was the name of the game back then, almost all; the successful countries you see nowadays indulged in these things. Furthermore, if your ancestors did not invite the white men to come and trade gold and humans, they would not have been colonized. So the blame game can go round and round if that's the game you want to play.....Learn your own history bro, even the health practitioners that you mentioned would not be forced to seek better opportunities if your government carried out its responsibilities. |
HIPROFILE:Would it bring the loved ones back? There's a reason why forgiveness is preached and it is not mainly for the benefit of the perp but of the victims also, there's something about bottling up all that negative energy and bitterness, it severely affects one's mental and at times physical well being. Furthermore, the Queen wey she dey criticize had little to do with what happened to her family, by the 1960s, the British government was not under the rule of the monarchy, so what are we talking about here? Emotions over logic.....lol |
MyExpression:It's not pain, it's a valid expression especially if she's the type that genuinely cares for people. |
O wrong na, una come wedding no gifts, baby shower too no gifts, are you in a perpetual state of SAAPA? God abeg o ![]() |
If the danger at home did not compromise us, the danger away cannot get to us! Hope she dey swear for her ancestors as well because that's the root of it all.....Ire o! |
CheapHomes1:Oh I think you're mistaken here, do you think I'm obligated to answer you? I already gave your my POV, if you don't like it then SWERVE.....Abi e wo ni werey.....I know that argument and stubbornness is in your DNA but I'm going to do you a huge favor and end this now.....CONTINUE ARGUING WITH YOUR PHONE, PEACE! |
CheapHomes1:Guardian is a U.K media company, you think they'll know more than someone living in America who happens to have lived in Alabama and Georgia? Give yourself brain my guy, not all arguments you can win! |
