Peter Obi transformed Anambra from being number 26 to number 1 in WAEC. For years, Anambra kept topping in all examinations. Your argument does not make sense, Borno a war torn state is being compared to Anambra. Lagos a diversed state with people of different background and twice the population is being compared to Anambra(Anambra WAEC candidate less than 70,000, Lagos over 150,000). Make una dey try argue with sense na, Lagos has never been out of the top 15 in fact under Tinubu it was never out of the top 10. Borno under Shettima and his successor have improved by almost 100% from their worst rankings so when you talk about tangible development you better use the proper context.
