You're just arguing blindly and I'm not here for that, you are talking about after the fact, I am talking about immediate action. An officer can arrest you if they have probable cause, arguing with an officer or shouting at them is probable cause. The laws are subject to interpretation but you see that arrest, YOU MUST CHOP AM, even if they'll let you go eventually. An officer can ask you for identification at any time or place, shouting at an officer is seen as being combative and they can charge you for disorderly conduct, remember no law stops an officer from arresting you, what happens after the arrest is another thing entirely, the law will always side with protocols unless you can argue your case in front of a judge.

Alabama law permits officers to ask for identification in public spaces, one can argue that the outside of one's home is public, again this is after the fact, it does not stop you from being arrested. I'm sure you learned about economics/accounting in school. Are big project cost ever taken from one budget or spread out over many years? In addition, who told you government cannot partner with private companies to share the cost? Dangote refinery once completed will be one of the largest in the world, the average refinery is about 7-8 Billion dollars. Even if we have to borrow the money, surely it would make sense more than these subsidy scam we are operating? Why spend 8 billion Naira per year on subsidy, we are just postponing the eventual suffering.
