CheapHomes1:I gave you the answer based on someone living in the USA, you can continue quoting guardian and exposing your ignorance wetin concern me, if you feel you're right, feel free to do as you please, you can even slap officer nothing do you, sho ni o mad ni ![]() |
CheapHomes1:You're just arguing blindly and I'm not here for that, you are talking about after the fact, I am talking about immediate action. An officer can arrest you if they have probable cause, arguing with an officer or shouting at them is probable cause. The laws are subject to interpretation but you see that arrest, YOU MUST CHOP AM, even if they'll let you go eventually. Your initial case that this was racially motivated was simply hogwash, you can argue the officer was too harsh but racist? JUST STOP IT! |
CheapHomes1:An officer can ask you for identification at any time or place, shouting at an officer is seen as being combative and they can charge you for disorderly conduct, remember no law stops an officer from arresting you, what happens after the arrest is another thing entirely, the law will always side with protocols unless you can argue your case in front of a judge. Alabama law permits officers to ask for identification in public spaces, one can argue that the outside of one's home is public, again this is after the fact, it does not stop you from being arrested. Here's a link to an Alabama lawyer, please read it well well ESPECIALLY THE PART ABOUT PROBABLE CAUSE: https://www.alabamacivilrightslawyer.com/civil-rights-faq |
CheapHomes1:Trespassing does not care if you're a neighbor or not. The story you mentioned was not racism but stubbornness exhibited by most black folks. You self read what happened and judge it yourself: The exchange between Jennings and the officer led to shouting, as Jennings told the officers that he had done nothing wrong. After about 10 minutes, Jennings was placed in handcuffs for not providing the officers with his identification. Why would he refuse to provide identification? Why argue with the police officer? That's enough to tick off any officer, most of the racial issues involving the police could be avoided if everyone just remained calm and obeyed, you can fight them later but at that moment just obey! |
Her body her choice, if husband or baby's father no complain which one be una headache? Judgmental pricks! |
Playing Havertz as striker, Mount as winger, RLC as right back and failure to have a second formation when 3-4-3 does not work are just few reasons how Tuchel lost the plot. Man is a worse coach than Lampard when it comes to man management, he is good tactically but one dimensional, the gap between teams like City, Pool and even Arsenal to us this season is big, a coach with his head on straight is needed to mold this dysfunctional unit into a proper team.......I don't buy the Potter hype, Zidane will never come and Pochettino is a serial loser, OMO wahala dey! |
Cleanworld:Majority of those with Fibroids are already over the age of 40 with kids already, what you speak of represents a tiny minority. |
princeemmma:Sacking him now is the best thing that can happen, somehow this man has managed to turn some great players into cottage cheese. Werner, Lukaku, Ziyech, Pulisic, Mount. We only have one formation 3-4-3, once that one no work, game is over. No plan B, no plan C. Forget about even catching City, this team under Tuchel would struggle for top 4 especially with a revamped Arsenal and United. No Owner spends 250 million and then the coach is heard saying he's part of the problem.......No be juju be that? |
Perfectbeing:Yea I don't, it's not like I'm married to a politician's daughter and have 2 uncles currently representing their constituents......Yea I'll take your word rather than their own viewpoints....Peace ![]() |
HarlequinLekex:I said what I said nigga....koshi! |
ASUU is on strike, go your papa house, ashawo pikin ![]() |
Perfectbeing:How much has Buhari borrowed in his 7 years as president? You meant to tell me he would find a hard time borrowing money to build a refinery? The bobo that you said about IMF is nothing but pure tabloid, zero facts! The fact remains simple, if Nigerians must suffer they should at least know what they are suffering for, a 2-3% increase in tax, removal of subsidy and other crude measures can be taken if the proceeds goes towards building and maintaining a proper refinery. Are you not tired of singing the same song year after year? Our oil our oil but we cannot build a simple refinery to enjoy that oil, it must be sent out to countries with functioning brain and then sold back to us......If shame no catch you, shame dey catch me o, giant of Africa giant of Africa, ordinary 8 billion, giant don fall yakata ![]() |
thinkmoney:See your mouth like only...that only sef, do you know how much it was? So they withheld LGA funds so how did the LGA survived? Was it not the state that footed the bill? Do you know how much it takes to service local governments in Lagos for a year? A weak state would have fallen into chaos.....We are not talking about millions here but billions, over 30 billion in fact. |
senchibi:Yea like there's peace in Afghanistan and Iraq. Even Yemen there's peace......Clown! Your example of Turkey is also funny because you lack zero awareness of world history, when the Roman Empire and later on the British empire were conquering lands left, right, north and south, you no shout slaughtering but let the ottoman or Muslims do it then it becomes a slaughter.....At least spend 5 minutes online doing proper research before embarrassing yourself......SMH! |
Perfectbeing:I'm sure you learned about economics/accounting in school. Are big project cost ever taken from one budget or spread out over many years? In addition, who told you government cannot partner with private companies to share the cost? Dangote refinery once completed will be one of the largest in the world, the average refinery is about 7-8 Billion dollars. Even if we have to borrow the money, surely it would make sense more than these subsidy scam we are operating? Why spend 8 billion Naira per year on subsidy, we are just postponing the eventual suffering. |
Vulcan24:Yen yen yen.....Out of the ghetto many have made it legally and many have made it illegally, the choice is always there but keep in mind...."freedom of choice does not mean freedom from consequences"......(Iya Agba, 1960) |
Prosper123:You're speaking to someone that can quote the Bible from head to toe, a former Catholic choir boy, assumptions will not kill you . Alhamdullilah you at least acknowledge that there are a few peaceful Islamic countries which goes to show you that something other than religion is to blame for the violent ones. Furthermore Alhamdullilah that history will never forget the Holy crusades, the American slave owners, the abortion clinic bombing, the Norwegian bomber, Adolf Hitler and so on who were not Muslims but were just as violent pushing religion and tribal bias. No need to further argue....Praise God! |
Prosper123:Even Christ himself would condemn your words....Christianity did not start with Christ it was just reformed by him. The Jesus you know existed long before he came to Earth, he existed before Abraham and Moses. He existed before Adam and Eve. Educate yourself bro and for the rest of the sentimental crap your wrote, you visit Vatican and start shouting Jesus is fraud, Bible is heresy see if you would not be arrested or detained. No need to argue bro, you already showed your level of understanding by speaking against the largest dominion of Christians in the world. If Catholics are not Christians then the entire religion is fraud.....Argue with your ancestors.....PEACE! |
Why subsidize in the first place? What would it cost to refine our own oil? Dem swear for una ni? How much be refinery? |
Prosper123:We are talking about foundation here and if you believe the old testament is not a foundation for what is now Christianity then we have nothing else to discuss. You can say Christ came to reform the religion of people of the book but to completely ignore the foundation is plain hypocritic! Violence in the name of religion has existed long before your great great great grandfather was born, it's a bit of revisionist history for you to say the same extremism did not exist in Christianity, it's quite silly for you to say one religion was founded on violence and the other was not just because one got reformed and the other didn't. Go and learn about your religion, learn about the Holy Roman Catholic church and all the atrocities of the so called holy war, go and learn how some of the beliefs in slavery and oppression came from the Bible inspired Christians or no be in the name of Christianity that the British colonized most of the world including killing innocent native Indians and Africans. Finally, take away poverty regions and show me an Islamic nation that kills for the fun of it, even Saudi wey be origin, Christians dey live in peace there. I'm not here to educate you, neither am I going to argue based on sentiments, if we want to compare d*ck size and which religion kills more or whatever, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR RELIGION VERY WELL! |
Prosper123:You're reaching and it's not even funny! Kindly open the old testament of the Bible and grab English copy of the Quran, if you can tell me they have nothing in common then I might believe your premise. To believe Islam was founded on violence is to believe the same of Christianity/people of the book. anybody can take the words out of both books and twist it based on their own interpretations, this is why we have deeper life, catholic, church of science etc., this is why pastors insists that you don't only read Bible but you seek clarification through the church and the spirit. Furthermore, learn to argue properly, you seemed to love cherry-picking, why must we focus on poor Muslims, why not Muslims as a whole? Could it be that poverty is a greater motivator of extremism or violence than religion itself? When we talk about violence do you really want the full picture or we should just stick to religious violence? I'm asking because Christian dominated countries like the USA, Mexico and Brazil have huge amount of daily violence. Whether people are killed for looks, fun, beef, gang etc, violence na violence! |
Vulcan24:Listen to Ashake......Before they use me I go use my sense! Over 12 years in America now and I've never been used by anyone that I didn't allow. Don't hate the player hate the game, stick to topic. In sport and life in general you're responsible for your own damn actions, this is the first step to being enlightened! |
Prosper123:Can you show me exactly what you're talking about? I'm not talking about one or two incidents which are normal in every society, I want you to show me a pattern that Muslims are causing violent clashes in India. I travel to India often for business and have more than 50 friends and associates there so I am surprised by your analysis. |
Prosper123:You're missing the point, I never said it was bigger than Hindus, I'm talking about the sheer gravity of one billion human beings. In India Muslim causing problems? That's funny, a place where they have suffered more attacks than any other religion. Stick to the message, Muslims in India and Indonesia are relatively more peaceful than our Northern fools, they practice the same religion so what gives? Could it be that the religion is not the problem but the region itself? Could it be that your government has given so much power to local religious and tribal leaders that the Constitution no longer matters and the law of the land reigns supreme? Have you ever bothered to understand the way the typical Fulani and Hausa reason? You'll understand it's much more deeper than religion, this is ignorant bred extremism even Saudi Arabia would be ashamed of them. |
Guyman01:I'm talking about their numbers, if Muslims are so violent why would over 1 billion of them not exhibit those violence tendencies in India? Are you saying one billion is a small number? |
senchibi:India has over 1 Billion Muslims living there, guess how many times they kill Buddhist and Christians? little to none. Indonesia has the largest percentage of Muslims in their country yet you hardly ever hear any form of violence there. Is it a shit religion or the shit interpretation by idiots? |
Don07042:So you missed Leeds game? Because I almost broke my TV that day ![]() |
Obi might actually be a nice guy but the supporters are the worst scum on this earth! Look at them, Tinubu this Tinubu that, shey una no see Atiku as threat ni? I keep saying this, una dey work for Atiku, this much is very clear. Zero game plan other than attacking Tinubu left right and center. This is a testament to Tinubu's status, without knowing it, these Obi supporters already elevated Tinubu as the man to beat.....kudos eyin werey kudos ![]() |
Vulcan24:This specific issue should not be generalized, when it comes to sports, doping is strictly a no-no, let's leave sentiments out of it, the same tests given to Nigerian athletes were also given to white athletes, in fact Russia gets tested more than any country, ordinary weed can make one fail a drug test. Everything is not about race! |
yorubarere:So when it is one of their own it is not wayo but if na Nigeria it is wayo? The entire Russian team banned was not wayo but when it comes to Nigeria, na white people cause am.....Funny ![]() |
hope4nigeria:Olodo ni baba e, you want pictures go Alausa omo ale! |
