BigBashiru:So? At some points in their lives, many of the young ones who married too early also wish they had waited for a better man. Ask 10 married women who got married in their early 20s, at least 8 will tell you they wish they had waited a little longer before getting married. So if you're the man feeling like a super star for getting married to a 21 year old girl, you just might turn out to be her life's greatest regret. This is a fact based on first hand knowledge. Bottom line is to leave people with their choices. If you were good enough for them, they'll stay. |
You're too old for her. |
We don't appreciate our weather enough sha. Our bad socio-economic and political systems is why the snow in Canada has become attractive to Nigerians. People in Canada should ideally be running to other countries because of the killer weather and climate change. |
Ahhh this is an evidence of a failed leader! Free WAEC fee to what end? And for what purpose? |
Next on the line is Omega Pro. The investment climate poses significant risks but some are either too good to be true or filled with loopholes and unrealistic/false claims. While some investors may look "senseless" given the rate they fall for these schemes, we also have to realize that nothing is guaranteed in this life. Many are yet to realize that if their bank suddenly packs up due to mismanagement, the highest sum they will ever get from NDIC in return for their savings is 500k after several months of waiting. Whether your savings is 5 million or 10 million with GTB or Access, NDIC would not pay a kobo over 500k if they ever fold up. Na court go settle the rest. While the likelihood that a CBN licensed bank would fold up is low given re/capitalization efforts, anything is possible!

HRSweetness:Never mind?? I get coconut head. I need to remember Evina Good to connect with you too. |
Salami71:What is the purpose of the account? |
HRSweetness:Hmm my memory is somehow o but the name sounds really familiar to me. |
HRSweetness:Acid? I don't think I've seen that moniker around here. |
HRSweetness:Oh really? That's a sad one. 55k for a family of 5-6 is as good as nothing. Moreover, it's no longer feasible for a family man to depend on a single source of income. He could pick up a ride-hailing job on weekends (Saturdays especially). There are other jobs he could do at the comfort of his home but that would depend on his education/skill. I'll check the other threads. Let's talk ![]() |
HRSweetness:My dear, long time o ![]() We don't know what OP does for a living so it's hard to advise o. Besides, I feel he's more interested in getting his wife to manage his salary. |
UyaiIncomparabl:My baby |
UyaiIncomparabl:LMAO You play too much |
UyaiIncomparabl:No work for 5 years o |
shantti:Sure |
Dliquidmetal:The truth of the matter is that only few persons can prove the existence of Oxygen in practical and real terms. Unless you work in some scientific firm, you can't prove the existence or nature of oxygen but you believe it anyway because you were told that Oxygen is what keeps you breathing. You believed that this oxygen must be very powerful to keep you alive. The religious person says that oh, this oxygen (we do not even see or understand properly beyond what scientists told us) is powerful BUT whoever created this oxygen is more powerful and should be worshipped. ![]() I love your response to the grandfather analogy btw. You did the right thing for the sake of your sanity. ![]() My apologies for the subtle insults btw. |
Dliquidmetal:What other proof do you need? Whoever created that galaxy you intend to show me is the supreme being we are debating here.I'm sure you can't prove the existence of your great grandfather beyond what you were told by your grandparents or parents yet you expect religious people to prove the physical existence (with pictures) of a being that predates human existence. How f00lish ![]() Not knowing who created the oxygen, sun, or nature you believe in is stupidity |
And some ediots are still trying to convince us that Oyedepo's private jet is behind the evil in the world today. ![]() |
Datboredberry:The proof of God's existence is evident in the fact that someone must have created this world we currently live in. Where is your proof that God does not exist? Please don't give me that see, touch or feel bullcrap. Can you see Oxygen? You can always try to convince yourself that God does not exist but anytime you remember creation of man, plants, and animals, your senses will always revert to default - whether you agree or not ![]() How can anyone in his right senses even say that God does not exist? Haba, you might kick against religion based on the excesses of some commercial MOGs but to say that you don't believe that anyone was behind the life you currently have is the height of ignorance. Even the pioneers of atheism are all coming out lately to confirm the existence of a supreme being. If the entire story in the bible turns out to be false, it still won't nullify the existence of the supreme being. Everything has got a beginning and an end. |
So why are the youths not taking up arms to fight boko haram like we see in Hollywood movies? Let's face the fact, these boys that are into rituals don't have any business with Nigerian Nollywood movies. The average Nigerian youth, males especially, don't even watch them. Like romance scam and cultism, ritual is simply a societal problem. It has nothing to do with movies. Those boys joining cults on campus do not watch Nollywood movies. |
This is not a Nairaland or BP issue. I don't mean to scare you but you need to see a medical practitioner for proper diagnosis. |
Kobojunkie:Given the ridiculous amount Nigerian schools pay their teachers, her salary may not be enough to buy complete sets of uniform for those kids. Let's not even talk about school fees and the rest. |
Rubbiish:With triplets, my wife will NOT work for anybody for 10 years. |
Kobojunkie:No Nigerian nanny will even agree to take care of triplets unless the family is ready to pay 150-200k monthly. |
cyndyuc:You dumped your baby at home to fend for himself/herself? |
Rubbiish:Your cousin had one not three at the same time. Are you even aware that those triplets can send the old woman to her grave due to stress? OP's wife is going through a lot and only the man and maybe relatives can help in this situation. I can't even imagine how she sleeps at night. |
How old is your mother? Why can't your mother work? Is she suffering from one ailment? Look, the only way is for your mother to get a job. The alternative is for her to take care of your triplets so you and your wife can fully concentrate on your job/business. Don't ever suggest to your wife to get a job at this stage without anyone to help with the kids. Only a ma.d man will tell a young mother of triplets to get a job. Attending to those toddlers daily is harder than driving a truck from Lagos to Kano every day. So kill that idea and don't ever bring it up. |
qtguru:I understand your view but why do we have always convert the UK pounds to Naira in order to justify the choice of moving to the UK? Naira may be failing in Nigeria but the failure of Nigeria's Naira won't improve the life of UK residents. Some people moved to that UK because they were told that in the UK, it is easy to earn 250k Naira in a week. That's not a sensible reason for moving to the UK. The appropriate thing to do is to research the cost of food, rent, traffic offence, clothings, cost of repairs, education, and other living expense in pounds. Then be sure that your job can settle your bills in pounds, not Naira. |
ALLNIGERIANSMAD:Heaven closed against you and yours. |
Biglittlelois:Very very annoying |
Cheap goal ![]() |
