. Ohmmeter / multimeter can also be useless, what is needed is leakage current clamp Meter which is expensive for a typical local electrician . You can troubleshoot this problem with contactless voltage tested if you've one

I have a summersible pumping machine that was fixed last year. 1.5 horse power.

Why is it that anytime I try to pump water with NEPA, it does not pump water. Water does not come out.

But if I should use generator to pump, it will pump water and water will be rushing.

That's voltage sag. you're even lucky the pump is not yet burnt. The problem is likely due to overload on the local distribution transformer on which you are getting power. If you've 3 phase lines change to another phase or get Automatic Voltage regulator ( at least 5kva) normally called stabiliser to regulate the voltage supplied to the bore hole pump. Or you continue using generator.
Note . my advise is based on assumption that the circuit supplying power to your pump is ok , that is wire not undersized. Undersized wire could also be the cause, as it will produce excessive voltage drop on the line especially when voltage is below 200v. Check your service wire also wire supplying power to the borehole

So last week Wednesday (12.04.2023), I received a call from a guy and he told me that he in the airport with my item and he is bringing it to my address.

I told him to go ahead, he proceeds to tell me that they are some charges i will pay o, i asked how much and this guy told me 10,850, I immediately knew something was wrong, so i asked him to come with receipt.

Two hours later around 12noon, baba came with my item to my office and with a sort of receipt (the image is below). He asked for my copy of my ID, i played him and told him that i didn't have my ID with me and asked him to come the next day - there was no way i was going to pay over 10k to pick up from aliexpress. As soon as he left me, i immediately email Nipost and they responded that my item arrived Marina PO since 6.4.2023. So apparently this guy goes to the post office, pick up item and calls the owners and lies to them and extort them.

He called the next day and i told him, i didn't have the amount he asked for. I told him i can only give him 2k, he agreed and when he came the next day i eventually gave him 1,500. Be careful guys, na rippers full everywhere oo.

The guy was just was just lying ehen. When i told him to return it to the PO, he told me it was not possible that there is no PO for it, that he was bringing it from the airport that if i don't pay and collect it from him, they would sent it back. The guy man be wan guy another guy man.

Kindly note that Cardify has two card types, the basic dollar card (Mastercard) and the standard dollar card (Visa), both can be funded with NGN or Stablecoins.

Only the standard dollar card (visa) works with Aliexpress, but you tried to use your basic dollar card instead.

Also, please note that you can easily unload your card to load another card type (at no extra cost) or withdraw. Kindly message our support if you facing any more issue.

After seeing some people speak good of cardify for virtual card. I went ahead and put my money with them even with their high rate. This is my first time doing this kind of thing, so I gave them benefit of the doubt.(Na mistake I make doing so)

Now I can’t make payment on AliExpress nor can I withdraw the money back to my Nigerian account. I’ve contacted their customer support on their website and for the past 3 days I have been talking to 3 different representative. All repeating the same thing that
- I should send screenshot of the error code
- They’re working on fixing it
- They’ve fixed it and I should try again.
Yet it would not work.

I want to know if it’s only Cardify that’s having issue or the other fintech apps are all having the same issues.

Please help with what to do o. This is my first time trying this kind of thing. The money don lose value already but they should at least let me withdraw it na

What's the error you're experiencing. If it is due to verification, you can appeal by sending the app details. I will advice nairalanders to be careful of these fintech providing virtual dollar services, especially those promoting them here. They are here for their own selfish gain. Newbee should be extremely careful and always ask questions here before rushing to open account on these app

In my opinion, though, I think Cardify Dollar Cards are the best. As a matter of fact, you can have more than one virtual card with cardify.
You can get your card after sign up via www.cardify.co.

What's their rate? Do they have any hidden charges

UBA sent an otp to you, because you registered your BVN at UBA bank and all your financial transactions are connected to your BVN.

The same thing is applicable to other people that did their bvn in other bank be it Firstbank, Access bank, GTB, etc
