Lekan239: yes, also attaining greater heights in engineering where you will just be monitoring the technologist and technician is a step by step procedure same as other discipline. A new grad of law sch can't start as a judge, u don't expect a fresh grad of medicine to start taking complex surgeries just like that, you don't expect a 16 year old footballer to win world best. So in engineering there are some phases you have to past through before you become boss that will just be monitoring and analysing problems.
There is no engineer without his/her technologist and no technologists without his/her technician
I wonder why the guy said engineers are just meant to design and carry out research.
In Nigeria, Polytechnic curriculum is exactly same as the University curriculum. Same theoretical aspect. The only difference is polytechnic has 1year IT years why the university only has 6 months or so Yes experience count. No one can be an expert just out of school. Further training on the field and experience is what will make one to stand out , and that's also the reason to register with the professional body and Keeping up to date on new things in the field. Just having Bsc or MEng or so doesn't make you an engineer. On the engineering curriculum, polytechnic curriculum look similar to university but not the same. The theoretical contents are different. These have been creating a gap in the the two output produced , though most of the theories taught in Nigeria universities are just garbage in garbage out. |

Xmen149: You are misinterpreting the whole thing.
Every great Engineer I know and has come across has lab(Engineering workshop).
They design and implement, then confirm the system is working to required efficiency by constantly testing and making adjustments in paper design and real one(model). Carry out maintenance and written documents on how to install and train the technicians on how to safely install because they have done it over and over.
You can't design disaster and tell another man to go and bring it to live because it's his job.
Or employ technicians to come and be working in your lab to bring ideas to live(prototype) because it's written somewhere that it's and engineers Jobs.
In yakee all Engineers and technicians get educated in class and lab and encouraged to carry on after graduation..In many situations technicians are even the ones that spot flaws in Engineering designs (materials, structure and calculations).. Engineers are scientist and so are expected to work in laboratory or workshop if there work demand that. Engineering is a team work so in the lab or workshop there will still be many technicians working with the Engineer. Engineer don't work alone as most of you postulate and not jack of all trades. This doesn't mean engineers doesn't work as technician. If the work demand working alone he can design , build , test , do analysis etc |

Lekan239: your write-up is correct, every engineers and technologists knows that. The op was making reference to the headline " Nigerian engineers repair the damaged section of Abuja-Kaduna rail track". The headlines is correct because the contract was giving to a Nigerian Engineering firm, and thus the firm is repairing the rail track.
Like I said mechanical engineers, design, test, analyse, maintain and build.
They build engines, robot, control system, gas/wind turbines, censors, compressors, e.t.c. Yes, because engineering is a team work. No particular one cadre in engineering is superior , each has their strength and weakness. Engineers in Industrial setting are designers, technician implementer, the technologist is intermediary. Engineer should be well grounded in theories, I can say like 80% theories, 20% practical, for technician 20% theories, 80% practical , for technologist 60% theories, 40% practicals. Most engineering curriculum are designed accordingly. Note the word 'build' as used in your assertion that mechanical engineer do build engines, robot etc doesn't mean engineer is the only one who carried out these activities. Engineering is a team work. |

Lekan239: I see, so fixing the damaged rail track is not an engineering problem and the headline should be "Nigerian technician repair the damaged section of the Abuja-kaduna rail track".
Go and tell all this jargons you are saying to engineering graduate of MIT or the university of California. It's a well known fact that Nigeria university do produced half baked engineering student and you are just a living testimonials of that fact All comments here are absolutely right depending on the perspective individual look at it. In theory and according to guidelines established by each country engineering regulating body , engineers major role are majorly design, analysis, simulation etc. All these are only attained through knowledge gained from formal education upto Bsc or Msc in engineering or any other equivalent qualifications and professional registration. Technician roles are majorly repair, maintenance etc. A non registered Bsc or Msc holder can work as technician or technilogist in any engineering firm . It doesn't mean they are engineers by qualification. In actual sense using the definition of designer, innovators we can say we dont actually have real engineers in nigeria. Engineering practices is being abused in Nigeria where anyone fixing laptop, tv, gsm phones called themselves engineers. This is wrong, so the title should be Nigerian Technicians Repair The Damaged Section Of The Abuja-Kaduna Rail Track. Those repairing those rails are purely technician, one engineer may be with them as supervisor, to ensure quality work is done and according to previous design specifications |

In Fact I have seen university graduates who resorted to Agbero wey of life to export money from business owners & motorists.
Sound minds should start occupying strategic positions in Nigeria. Enough of all these Agbero. The coming of our next president Tinubu will ever provide more Agbero, as he is fond of empowering taut. Politics › Re: Tinubu Cites Lack Of Electricity As Greatest Impediment To Economic Development by acorntree(m): 2:52pm On Mar 21, 2022 |
wirinet: I disagree with tinubu. Even though he is right that electricity is crucial for economic development, it is not the most important. The most important impediment for national development is manpower. By manpower I mean practical education that provides the necessary knowledge and skills for economic activities and production. Our universities and polythechnics chunning out paper graduates with no practical or employable skills cannot develop a nation. Even if the government generates 1000Gw of electricity, they will only use it to DSTV, YouTube and for play. Besides generating, transmitting and distributing electricity is very expensive and most Nigerians cannot afford to pay the right price for electricity and hence many people, especially businesses bypass despite electricity still being subsidized by government.
With adequate sound technical education and skill, Nigerians in collaboration with government can find other power sources - Gas, solar, wind, hydro, etc. An innovative government can power gas that is being wasted to our homes and offices for us to use ti generate out own electricity. There are many solutions to power, we just need innovative graduates and technicians. These same half baked graduate still perform better when outside the country especially when given proper orientation and education. So, our main problem is not just about sound or practical education as claimed. There are myriads of other problems that creates challenges for economic development. Level of poverty is too high, Nigerians are really suffering, nothing working inclusive of epileptic power supply etc |

M1Garand: Politics is not an easy thing. The likes of Atiku and Jagaban last served in 2007. But what did they do, they found a way to remain relevant in the grand scheme of things and that's the trick. It's not about someone being old or something. It's about reality no technorat like they call them either wike, or peter obi or Osinbanjo or Fashola the younger generation can match any of Atiku and Jagaban in terms of political clout and financial base needed to contest for Nigerian president. It will take a miracle like GEJ own to find someone strolling into Aso rock.
Nigerian presidency takes several years to materialise and that's what people don't understand when Tinubu said it's a lifelong thing meaning he has been carefully planning for it. Same reason Atiku is not backing down despite losing in the last 3 elections.
It's only God that can help us. This is just the plain reality of Nigerian politics where the strong shall always choke the weak. . Fact. That's why people like Sowore can never smell Nigeria presidency talkless of being in Aso rock. I wasted my vote for him last time |

But I really still think an engineer should know a bit of the hands on even if he does not have to work it depending on which field of engineering in question though. Obviously, not a civil engineer Engineering is purely brain work. Design, research, innovate and supervision not necessarily use of tools like multimeter screw driver, hammer etc as wrongly perceived in Nigeria. Unless Engineer work as a maintenance engineer , he doesn't have to learn to use tools though during training he might have been trained to use tools |
Education › Who Is An Engineer by acorntree(op): 9:15am On Feb 20, 2022 |
Who is an Engineer?
There was this welder on our street, every time Accountant Abeh Terzungwe Samson was passing he would hail him "Engineer!". One day like that, Accountant Terzungwe Abeh and I were going to a barber shop. As usual, he addressed the welder as ENGINEER as we walked pass his workshop. I did not complain still.
When we got to the barber shop, I addressed the girl who was collecting money as ACCOUNTANT. My friend quickly corrected me that the girl is a CASHIER and not an ACCOUNTANT. I said "Orne calm down. I didn't complain you addressed the welder as ENGINEER, so allow me to address this girl as ACCOUNTANT in peace"...
Engineering is arguably the most misunderstood profession in Nigeria. Even those who are well schooled, their education has failed to inoculate them against misunderstanding the engineering profession.
Some years back, I was working on a construction project in Rivers State. We had one Oyibo Engineer from Belgium. We were chatting one day and this man asked me what engineers do in Nigeria. He was hired as an Engineer all the way from Belgium, but when he got here he was not being used as an engineer. So he was confused and needed a me to explain to him the role of an engineer in Nigeria. This is how bad it is.
Nigerians only appreciate the work of people who use tools or operate equipment. They have no regard for brain work. That is why the saying that Nigerian engineers do not know "practical" is very popular in Nigeria.
Somehow Nigerians have acquired the unfortunate belief that anybody who is not seeing operating an equipment, or using one tool (say spanner, trowel, hammer, etc) or the other to perform a task does not know "practical". That is why they say Nigerian engineers only know "theory" without practical.
Come to think of it. I design, say a building, sitting in my office or house. After completing the rigorous design process - during which I even forgot to eat and probably slept late - I produce construction drawings. These drawings serve to instruct the construction process. Yet you say I don't know "practicals" simply because you did not see me wearing an overall dress with boot and a helmet on my head placing concrete, or cutting and bending steel rods, etc.
I use my knowledge of science and maths to generate hydrological data and create a suitable drainage system for Makurdi to halt the incessant flooding of homes. My blue print is used to construct drainage channels and other hydraulic structures to collect, direct and discharge water appropriately. But because you did not see me pouring concrete, you say I do not know "practicals".
I conduct research and find that a locally available material can be used to construct roads at a cheaper cost. My technique is used to construct the road leading to your village. But because you did not see me operating any of the road construction equipment, you say I don't know "practicals".
Dear Nigerians, what is "Practicals"?
But when a doctor sees a patient, prescribes drugs and a nurse administers the drugs on the patient based on the doctor's prescription, nobody accuses the Nigerian doctor of not knowing "practicals" and the nurse is not recognized as doctor. But that is exactly what they do to engineers.
When they are teaching kids about professional careers, they do not show a doctor as someone driving a needle into the butt of a patient. But they show children a picture of a man wearing an overall with a helmet on his head, holding spanners or some other tools and tell them that's an engineer. The kids are asked to repeat so that it will sink. What nonsense!
The job of an engineer in Nigeria is so much taken for granted. But this should be expected in a country where knowledge is not respected and people rely on emotions to speak and take decisions.
I was explaining something to someone who had problem with the outcome of a job I directed. He refused to listen to me saying that he did not study engineering but he as sponsored several construction projects and so he knows something, at least enough to disregard my information that was based on sound scientific principles. I thought he was being stupid but the people around were clapping for him. Yes, because he heads one organization and has access to funds he could dish out to buy drinks for people and also give handouts whenever he came around, the people thought he was making sense and believed him.
But nobody tells a medical doctor to shut up and listen to him because he has acquired some medical knowledge from his regular visits to hospitals.
You have not read a book on a subject but you think you know better than those who have.
But when 'gbege' happens, say building collapse, that is when everybody remembers that a bricklayer is not an engineer.
The other time I did a design for a body. I produced the working drawings and BOQ. They needed the BOQ to source for funds. But when they started the construction, they felt they did not need me, neither did they bother to consult my working drawings. They hired artisans to do the job. As they were about to complete the roof, the building started to collapse. That was when they remembered me. They had concluded among themselves to pull down everything and start a fresh, but decided to hear from us - engineers - first. We came and showed them another way of solving the problem without pulling down anything. I, however, reminded them that the problem would not have occurred if they followed the working drawings I gave them.
That is what engineers do. We create cost-effective solutions to problems. The job of an engineer has nothing to do with brawn, it has everything to with brain. That is why you need to be well verse in science and maths before you can be engineer. Engineering is brain work. If you see someone applying physical strength to do a task using a tool or equipment, such one is either an artisan, an operator or a technician.

drlateef: OP that’s not the whole truth of what we read in US documents. Paragraph 7,8,9,10 are not correct. From the official documents, Hush contacted Abba and told him that someone wanted to kill his family. Abba contacted a police officer to arrest the guy. Abba requested for mobilisation money from Hush to be paid directly to the officer who will do the job. The amount of mobilisation money is not mentioned in the document. Abba detained the guy and sent picture to Hush to confirm that they picked the correct guy. Abba was not aware of the motive of Hush other than the story he was told by Hush - that he wanted to kill his family. After month Abba could not get evidence that the guy actually wanted to kill Hush family, that’s why he was released.
At the end of the day, Abba did not collect any money and he did not know the real motive of Hush. This happens a lot in the society where rich people call the police and mobilise them with money so as to punish their foes. That’s exactly what Hush has used Abba Kyari for, without the poor man realising that a major scam was in the offing. R And you think police won't have question the culprit. Are you saying a whole month that the culprit was locked up, they did do investigate on what actually transpired between the two of them, for hush claiming he wants to kill his family. Abba kyari is not innocent. He used his position to acquire wealth illegally. There must have been other evil things he is involved in |
Politics › Re: Is Insecurity Nigeria's Biggest Challenge?? by acorntree(op): 4:26pm On Jul 16, 2021 |
This is worth reading. I got this in reference to a Major General killed yesterday. Nigeria is no longer safe. If an Army General could just be killed like chicken , who else is safe. We need drastic measures to curb insecurity else we are all in big trouble. https://www.nairaland.com/6653109/general-hassan-ahmed-killed-abujaacorntree: Is Insecurity Nigeria's Biggest Challenge Insecurity, is definitely not our biggest problem in Nigeria. The biggest problem with Nigeria are Nigerians themselves! Should Nigerians get a little more responsible in their ways, all the insecurity and every other national problem we currently suffer shall disappear into thin air! Insecurity is more of a political tool as it is playing out, currently in Nigeria. Our politicians seem to have everything all planned out and we are simply playing out their scripts which should stop as soon as possible! Most Nigerians are ignorant of how a democracy should work so they blame all the problems of the country on the Federal Government. Unfortunately, it's like those running the Federal Government too are very much as ignorant as the people. I mean all the insecurity challenges we currently face are matters that can be easily handled at the local government level!
Basically, the main duty of the government at any level is to secure the lives and properties of the citizens. What this means is that government, be it the Local, State or the Federal are in place to secure the lives and properties of the people. So, when insecurity becomes a problem, it shouldn't be left to only one tier of government alone, the blame should be shared by all three tiers of government. But, unfortunately, virtually all Nigerians are blaming the Federal Government for the spate of insecurity in the country!
Insecurity is Best Tackled at the Local Level!
Boko Haram began as a local insecurity challenge. But, since there is virtually no governance happening at the local government level (Local Government Councils have been strangled to death in most parts of the country by the State Governments), Boko Haram thrived and grew bigger, bolder and more confidently at the local level, so, it wasn't long that it became a national threat as, of course, the state governments nationwide continue to complain of not being in charge of the Police and the Armed Forces that are actively engaged in tackling the now flourishing insecurity challenge.
The Nigerian civil war was fought and decided within just three years of engagement. But, unfortunately, the issue of insecurity as regards to the Boko Haram has been on for more than a decade now! The funny thing about the fight is that even as of today, Boko Haram still remains a local problem! Boko Haram is mainly operating within the North East region and their mode of operation is the guerrilla mode of operation. This is the type of operation that's employed by a much smaller group against a far much bigger enemy. What this simply means is that the insecurity challenge as posed by the insurgents of Boko Haram can be easily overcome if the Local residents are actively involved in the security business of their communities. You can't do this effectively without the Local Government (LG).
The LG Chairman, in collaboration with the Rural fathers within his jurisdiction can gather the much needed intelligence through informants! An intelligence unit can be created and organized by the LG chairman through the Rural Leaders. He can as well create a vigilante group or two to help arrest local offenders before they grow out of control. They would be arrested and handed over to the Police who shall charge them to court as soon as possible. Every Local Government Council has its own legal department that will do a follow up on every case to ensure that every criminal is duly charged to court and justice is served! State Governments (SGs) can't do this, yet, they have successfully incapacitated the Local Governments by sitting on their monthly allocations and interfering in their internal democracy! Now, the problem is that most Nigerians are unaware of this cloak and dagger approaches of the SGs on the LGs right under their noses. They're too busy scolding the faraway Federal Government (FG)!
Security is Everyone's Business NOT only the FG's!
Even as at the time of making this post, Southern Nigeria is by far more secured than the Northern Nigeria. The reason is not far fetched. People in the Southern part of Nigeria got involved in tackling the insecurity challenges and they don't spare their political leaders in their struggle for peace and stability. An average politician from Southern Nigeria knows that his chances of doing well during elections has a lot to do with his performance in office. This is not the case up North where the winner is most often than not decided by power brokers! This is why you'll see the Southern Political leaders getting creative in securing their territories as against the non-chalant attitudes of their counterparts from the North who largely fold their arms insisting on STATE POLICE establishment!
The South West, in addition to the OPC, now have established yet another security outfit by law known as AMOTEKUN! Despite the Opposition of the Federal Government to this, Amotekun is doing a very good job in securing the South West! That's not to forget how youths in a town went all the way to uproot a kidnapping kingpin from his fortress in a forest within their locality. They captured him and handed him over to the Police! All these are happening within the South and North Central regions (areas that are bordering the South)! My point is that if Nigerians are serious about it, all the insecurity challenges can be easily overcome!
Let Nigerians show more interest in the Local and State Governments that are closer to them than they are in the Federal Government. Untill we start to hold the State governments and Local Governments to account just as we do with the FG, nothing's going to change for the better. Lagos state is a typical example of what can happen when the State governments are held accountable. From a report made available to me, Lagos state alone is richer than most countries in Africa. As a matter of fact, if Lagos were to be a country on its own, it would be the 5th richest country in Africa! Now, that's a state that is NOT an oil producing state! Just imagine what can happen if the oil producing states would wake up and do the needful, imagine what can happen if every state would stop looking on to the Federal Government as the MAIN source of revenue, what will happen if they would only look inwards to harness their human and agricultural potentials to the fullest?! Some even have very incredible Tourism potentials too!!!
Poverty is the Parent of Revolution and Crime!
Now those are not my words, they're the words of the Great Philosopher Aristotle! I think that's simple enough! In Aristotle's opinion, no one would be talking about a revolution or engaging in crime if they're doing well financially!
So, all the calls for restructuring, resource control, the #revolutionnow campaign among several other crazy campaigns and demands made in very recent past in Nigeria were all as a result of the widespread poverty among the people! All the Kidnappings, Rape cases, banditry and the insurgency are also as a result of Poverty! All of them are products of Poverty!!!
Are we that poor, are Nigerians so poor that the only way we deem fit to get out of poverty is by engaging in protests, revolution campaigns and crime...are we that poor Well, unfortunately we Nigerians are, but Nigeria isn't!
Nigeria is Definitely One of The Richest Countries in the World!
Nigeria is very, very rich, it is us NIGERIANS that are VERY,VERY POOR! Just before the oil boom, Nigeria was one the biggest exporters of Agricultural products in the World. But, ever since the EASY MONEY era, we slipped down the ladder. We stopped producing and increased our consumption. As a result, our economy started the journey downwards. Up till now, we, unfortunately haven't stopped the downward movement. Why? Because, we haven't learnt our lessons properly! We are still consuming without Producing!!!
Everyone's looking out for what they can get from Nigeria and not what they can do for Nigeria. Nigerians have been very, very, selfish indeed! This is very evident during election seasons when people get to trade votes! In preparation for the elections, politicians go to the banks to secure multi-million to multi-billion Naira loans. What do they do with such monies? Every Nigerian knows but don't care! Ordinarily, you'll expect such over ambitious politicians loose, but, in reality, they're the ones that win! There was this political party that had their primary elections but gave the ticket NOT to the winner of the Primaries but to one of the contestants that had money to throw around! Nigerians are so poor that they'll gladly and willingly sell their birthrights (their votes) for peanuts!
IGNORANCE is Nigeria's Biggest Challenge!!!
This is why I said that the Biggest problem of Nigeria are Nigerians! We are so,so, ignorant - we Nigerians! Many developed countries would LOVE to switch places with us considering the vast wealth of Natural resources that are found underneath our soil. When it comes the Human Resources too, we have the BEST worldwide! Some say that we have it all and that the Problem have always been leadership problem. I disagree because, we practice democracy in Nigeria, today, NO ONE can emerge a leader without going through the Electoral process. During Election periods, it's all about the number of votes that you have. If the wrong person wins, that's because WE CHOSE THE WRONG PERSON!
Nigerians don't appreciate Nigeria, you don't have to look far to see this, just go to facebook and twitter, you'll see what I mean. On daily basis, Nigerians post very bad stuff about Nigeria. No, they don't limit it on the people in government, they also go ahead to downgrade Nigeria right there on the World Wide Web! Yet, they wonder why foreign investments aren't coming into Nigeria, isn't that funny?!
Only ignorant people go about telling the whole world about the ills of their country. Wise people skip the ills and speak much more about the good part of their country. In this way, they make people wanting to visit their country and probably invest and settle there! Ignorant people hurt themselves without even knowing it....that's what Nigerians IGNORANTLY do on social media everyday!
Nigerians are always looking to TAKE from Nigeria and NEVER GIVE BACK to Nigeria. Ask an average Nigerian what he would do with a million Dollar should he be gifted with it? Most would, without hesitation, tell you that they'll first and foremost leave the country to settle else where! This is why the economy ain't growing. Most are not looking out to settle in Nigeria...they don't see Nigeria as their own, so, theyre not thinking of how to make it great, rather, they're all out to find a means to get out! How can such a country grow, how can such country be secured?
Security can only be assured if the people are doing well financially. A person that's only thinking about himself alone, a person whose ultimate goal is to leave the country will never think of giving back to the society. Unless the successful few gives back to give others a chance, poverty would flourish, hence, insecurity would grow steadily unhindered! Forget about the government, I'm talking of Nigerians giving back to other Nigerians! I'm talking about millionaires and billionaires organizing and funding youths to schools, providing grants to young entrepreneurs and patronizing local producers DELIBERATELY!
We run a MIXED ECONOMY, hence, contrary to the popular belief in Nigeria, the Private sector has a duty of making the Economy work! Governments are supposed to complement the efforts of the Private sector and not to be the MAIN runner of the Economy! Nigerians don't understand this, hence, can't demand for them! Our economy is supposed to be run by the Private sector with the Government only providing a helping hand in making such basic utilities and facilities such as Education, Power, Potable Water and Transportation systems available at very cheap and affordable rates for all.
EDUCATION IS KEY TO DEVELOPMENT!!!
Of course, the solution to the Problem of ignorance is education. Education is key to development. If Nigeria must develop, Nigerians must be well educated and by that, I'm not referring to textbook knowledge, I think we have that in abundance already! What I'm talking about here is the provision of PRACTICAL AND SOLUTION DRIVEN EDUCATION!
The fact that our youths have to resort to learning a craft or the other AFTER THE UNIVERSITY EDUCATION speaks volumes about the uselessness of the supposed education they have received in the University! I STRONGLY recommend that the the 6-3-3-4 system of education along with all the peripherals be re-installed. This would help bring sanity back to our education system.
I mean, when a child begins his primary education at the RIPE age of 6 years (ANY child that's younger, no matter how brilliant shouldn't be granted admission) and finishes his Junior Secondary schooling at the age of 15 years, he'll be able to decide whether to further or not. If he chooses to leave the academics, he goes for the Technical school to learn a trade or craft and starts to earn from his acquired skills. Very few people will opt in for the Tertiary education as most shall drop out latest after their WASCE! This is how it ought to be!!!
The Art of Wealth creation is a MUST for whoever wants to make big in life. It doesn't matter where you live, they are ancient wisdom that are learned and put to practice by the rich! By the time you're done with the e-course, you'll understand how money works and how to put it to work for yourself! You'll also understand why the rich get richer and the poor gets poorer. You'll know what the rich does to get richer and why the poor remain in perpetual penury! Most importantly, you'll get to know that NIGERIA actually provides opportunities for you to become financially stable as against denying you such opportunities! So go get it, CLICK HERE!
Finally, it's important to note that Nigerians, no doubt are in need of CIVIC EDUCATION! This is the kind of ignorance that have greatly affected us as a people! People need to learn that no country is great today without countless sacrifices and contributions of their citizens. Hence, if Nigeria must be great, NIGERIANS must take full responsibility for her and do all they can to see her grow from strength to strength! This is what this blog is all about. To cap it all, I have this little...should I call poem? Here it is, I hope you'll like it!
FRIEND OR FOE?
Waking up every day to curse Nigeria
Working hard every day to pull down Nigeria
A country from which you earn to fill your purse
You and whine and dine in peace why the curse
What are you a friend or foe
A patriot or a rebel why stoop so low
Still wonder why nothing good comes from Nigeria
Ever you done anything good for Nigeria
You want her serve and fill your purse
Expecting profits from a country you hate and curse
Americans say God bless America
Taking responsibilities and working for America
You go to the internet chanting End Nigeria
Hence you are nothing but a liability to Nigeria
If all you can offer back to Nigeria is war
You are an ingrate and a monger of war
You were born and bred in Nigeria so damn you
You schooled and work in Nigeria I hate you
Hypocrites like you I cannot stand
Condemning everything without a helping hand
Nigeria needs patriots not idiots like you
Who will build not but destroy like you
You are an abomination so get out of our land
Or we hit hard with a force you cannot withstand
Leave Nigeria you are such an ingrate
You can’t make it in a country you don’t appreciate
We love Nigeria coz we are patriots
Patriots are all we need not a bunch of idiots
Nigeria is not working coz Nigerians ain’t working
The economy will improve when we start working
Tell book Haram and bandits to down tools
We will take revenge sparing not even stools
Nigeria is here to stay so no shaking
No secession no matter what we ain’t kidding
Nigeria will work coz patriots are emerging
They shall clean up the mess you keep watching
Please, don't just read, share this blog post as far as you can!
Thank you!
God bless Nigeria
God bless we NIGERIANS!!!

HarrierJumpJet: I don't what's wrong with Nipost ooo, I ordered for a phone on June 4th, till now it is still showing despatched to overseas, I don't know if it's Nipost that stole it or they refused to sort it, all I know is they are just too incompetent and I even called their customer care to track it for me and they told me that it's on its way to Benin, till today I've not seen the phone. thank God I've collected my money but it's painful that the seller just lost his money like that but ive decided to source for it here, if it comes I will sell it and refund the money. You may be lucky to receive it. But if it more than 1 month you track just forget |

Valentinooo: Ha. I thought it is only phone that is affected. Now I think NIPOST is trying to use the covid-19 holiday as an avenue to corner people's items Not only phone. Anything useful will get lost. I'm even tired of opening dispute on aliexpress again. Even small packages are no longer safe in the hand of NIPOST official. Once they sort and check, discover its valuable. Its gone!! |
Technology Market › Re: This Thread Is Only For Aliexpress Shopper by acorntree(m): 7:35am On Sep 18, 2020 |
Reinaldo: Hi, I need some advice. I made an order in May that was cancelled by seller so I opened a dispute and got a refund late July. The item now suddenly arrived this week and the seller just contacted me saying I should buy something of the same value from their shop. Is that how the system works? Meanwhile, I have purchased same item from another shop and it's no longer useful to me. Pls sell the item and pay him. This will go a long way in putting more trust on us. |

In short, everything is vanity!!! This question is even vanity. Life has no fixed direction. Whether you're Muslim or christian , pagan, or atheist or any humanly name ascribed, the same fate awaits everyone which is death. The fool or wise, young or old like Methuselah once you die your mission or vision become nothing! So OP continue living your life till you die. |
