Good idea, but Delta and Anambra must obtain concessionary rights from FG since it owns highways and waterways. I have always thought about this. All both states need to do is invite a financing consortium to build and sell the lease to collect tolls for 50/70yrs to a private company. We have to start thinking differently in Naija.
Make that area a destination hub, shopping malls, develop a Banana Island like real estate along River Niger shoreline, build a transportation and shipping hub, eateries, hotels etc.
