Hope Kate Middleton Keeps her  surname too.  If you want to  keep your surname fine, but you should be ready to sign a pre-nuptial agreement too. In that case, whatever you bring in, you will take with you whenever the marriage crashes --including your name.

How many times have you heard 5 Americans killed in Iraq, what you hear in the news is 5 NATO troops killed in Iraq.
The invasion of Iraq is done under NATO flag, you should try to see how those machines actually works.

Maybe you have been reading from Boko Haram news source. Iraq was invaded by US not by NATO?

NATO take is orders from Amerikka

Why did it not get involved with the US to go and bomb Iraq?

Muslim men do not have an issue with their wives keeping their father's surnames why are Christian men supposedly having issues with that?  They also thinks that everyone is religious which is beyond me.

Since this is your mantra, just also to remind you that Muslim women are not allowed to mingle with men who are not blood relative or husbands. Maybe we should look up to Saudi Arabia on how it treats women; since it's the beacon of Islam.  We cannot cherry pick.

Of course, I can change my name to Iyabo Obasanjo , Amina Yar'dua or  Ngozi Azikiwe if the money is right. Who cares?

Oprah Winfrey is more powerful and richer than Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton.  Oprah Winfrey is  self made billionaire and did not DEPEND ON a husband for survival.  Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama is nothing but first wives who HUSBANDS are both Presidents of United States of America.  IF they husbands weren't presidents they would be mere married women nothing more and nothing less.

Nobody can top Oprah Winfrey and she is the HBIC!  Oprah Winfrey can get any man she wants including you

Oprah is not married and doesnt seem to be interested in getting married. However, Oprah is not more powerful than Michele Obama and Hilary Clinton. So there is no basis for comparison.

"We should all be the change we would like see" Let non PDP governors show us how to internally generate revenues that would sustain their developmental programmes in their respective states. In this case, it would prove to us that making the centre less attractive is a doable thing. But, this is Naija where politicians are lazy to act outside the box. Hope they will not miss easy monthly allocation from FG?

Yes, she can. She must be more powerful than Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama. BTW, she must come with a check handy  for the marriage as well.

If he had gone to school to be something else other than a "Maradona" or "Pele", I am sure he would have been better off. Or he must have been living in one of those black ghettos of Chicago/Maryland and DC areas, where those ruffians keep shooting down other African children.

So being a Maradona or Pele is not a good thing? Go and tell that to Messi with your PhD? I think you have got a bloated sense of education. Basic reason of going to school is to get a job after school and make money.

Welcome to black on black crime in the US.
Thank God I live in a white neighborhood where everyone minds his or her business. I can NEVER live in the midst of AA folks. I would work with them the educated ones of course, but these 'ghetto' ones? NEVER. They are just like AFRICANS/NIGERIANS. Jealous and insecure of/around one another. Always in competition with one another.

I thought your education would make you stand tall above any black person, yet you still need to show your peers that you live in a white neighborhood in order to gain acceptance and recognition.

Tufiakwa. Can't live amongst NIGERIANS either, where everyone will be doing 'abeg gimme pepper, abeg borrow me salt'! Sheeeeeeesh!

Waiting for you to become another Okonjo Iweala or Kase Lawal

Tomorrow someone will be shouting whites are racist. . .black power and all other rubbish.

Black people hate to progress amongst themselves and would hate to see others progressing too. See the result? I doubt the murder was committed by a 'white' gang.

Most definitely from a Black or Latino gang!

Your educated mind is at work here!

Come to my business without cash and see if the transaction is going to be accepted. This is the mindset almost every biz in Naija. So Sanusi must be out of his mind. Most businesses dont even accept cheques  and we are talking about cashless system. This  is another dead on arrival policy
PoliticsRe: Picture Update: Urban Roads In Enugu by adconline(m): 5:01am On Apr 28, 2011
when last did you visit enugu anambra might have the best road network but enugu is getting there at a fast pace and judging by how slow peter obi is enugu will soon over take anambra in terms of good quality road network.

remember anambra got there cause most roads in anambra towns were built by individual

I visited  a couple of months ago. Enugu city has a superb road network going by Naija standard, but  going out of enugu to other town is wahala. Yes, Peter Obi's pace of development might slow things down, but Enugu has always had the problem of over-concentration of all their developmental resources on Enugu metropolis alone. Unlike in Anambra where their cities and towns are spread out; causing construction of roads to spread across their towns and cities. No, individuals do not build state roads in Anambra
PoliticsRe: Picture Update: Urban Roads In Enugu by adconline(m): 3:30am On Apr 28, 2011

Enugu seems beautiful.
But is it the whole state that has good roads?

Good question. The rest of the state does not have good road network like Enugu city. Unlike in Anambra where Awka road network pales in comparison with Enugu Metropolis road network, but Anambra road network connecting towns and cities is superior to Enugu's. I would hope that Sullivan should focus more attention to urban and rural road networks connecting towns and cities in Enugu in his 2nd term.

It seems that jihad apologists are changing their story. The killing was /is because of PDP misrule for the last 12 years , yet they still voted for PDP. How do you reconcile these irreconcilables? It was about rigging, yet in some places PDP lost by a close margin, who inserted fraudulent microchips into INEC computers this time around?
PoliticsRe: Southeast Sucks! by adconline(m): 2:22am On Apr 28, 2011
It seems you are waking up from slumber. Anambra state fired PDP since 2003. It was in the SE that Gov Peter Obi fought for his stolen mandate for the first time in Nigeria and won in an election tribunal. It was the same Peter Obi who went to Supreme court to declare that that his mandate started the date he was sworn in not when he was declared the actual winner by the election tribunal.

Go and do some research before your open your mouth and use your lazy brain.

PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by adconline(m): 6:16pm On Apr 26, 2011
My friend stop beating around in circles, I explicitly said about the advantage of producing finished goods not raw materials. Every nation has advantage to the other when it comes to raw materials, however the ability to transform that raw materials into finished goods is where the "comparative advantage" comes into play. The ability for a nation to specialize in a given area of production for export and its production cost effectiveness Crude oil isn't a finished product but a raw material  Though Saudi Arabia has a higher advantage of crude oil, United States still beats them to refinery of crude products hands down, let's not even go there. Besides, all you have just mentioned are nothing but literally finished farm "Produce". Nigeria doesn't export fresh farm produce like finished fresh veggies, ripened yellow bananas, nor mangoes either. Countries who export these products either export them in their raw state (perhaps seeds , etc) or in a finished and/or processed state. That brings me to my point, if Nigeria isn't producing finished products to export, how will they compare themselves to other nations who produce relatively same products they should be producing.

But  fresh tomato is not a finished  product or are you implying that Nigeria cannot import fresh tomatoes? Mind you we already import apples, grapes and some fresh farm produce from some other countries.
PoliticsRe: North-south Dialogue. What Southerners Misunderstand by adconline(m): 5:59pm On Apr 26, 2011
@ Desola
You have submitted compelling arguments indeed, though, I must admit that I was begining to give in to sentiments due to the reported killings of some Corps members. However, after analysing your arguments, I couldn't agree more that a good number of us have fallen for the genocide propaganda from some "southerners", whom we know have always cried foul in the face of everything. They see this as a ruse to accomplish their previous failed attempt at secession. Everywhere you look, it is always the mention of an Igbo name. Are they the only ones being killed? If indeed there is an ongoing genocide, how come they have only been able to produce just a handful of names? It is always them against the world. Yes, there has been reports of some Yorubas been killed but we don't hear the noise about that.

It is just not plausible to think that these Northeners haven't suffered casualties themselves! And this nonsense about southerners being more educated is just balderdash! And even if that were so, education does not equate common sense, intelligence or wisdom! With all the southerners claim of better education, 'gadogado' has floored you all when it comes to articulating his views and been coherent. You all just need to get off your high horses! Northerners are ill educated yet we have Sanusi Lamido gracing TIMES. How many of your well learned sout

You always come off as a deranged bigot? The OP is talking about southerners and you took it  to the next next of having beef with those that died. Maybe you have never really been caught up in a deadly crisis situation . Since you are mad because nobody from your family died, next  time it's going to be their turn.
PoliticsRe: North-south Dialogue. What Southerners Misunderstand by adconline(m): 10:34am On Apr 26, 2011
Southerners, xtians were an uber minority in the total casualty that accrued! If you look at it, how many igbos in sabon gari kano or kaduna south were killed. Corpers were maimed because it was believed they were PDP agents and had a hand in rigging rightly or wrongly!! Now the brunt of the damage went to northern pdp agents, see how their homes were totally destroyed! PDP rigged, burn and kill them, that was the mantra. How many southerners were actually killed, sorry to break it to you, NOT THAT MANY, VERY LITTLE. But propaganda machines are fanning your all too naive emotions

Are u saying that Buhari could have won in the south?  The election was not perfect, but it could not have changed the outcome. Buhari and co thought that they were going to win without southern and middle belt votes. He was wrong. Yes, 2011 election was much better than 2007 election that ushered in Yar'dua- a northerner and there was no riot. PDP openly rigged for Yar'dua and he contested against the same Buhari -  the only "honest" politician ever created by God and northerners didn't feel short changed. This year, northerners feel that southerners voted for a wrong candidate -JEG, while southerners feel that northerners voted for a wrong candidate. This is a  democracy, sometimes, 12 fools outnumber 9 wise men!

The only thing that southerners dont understand is the thirst for southerners' blood when northerners dont like what has been served on their plate by fellow northerners! What do churches and PDP have in common?
PoliticsRe: Almajiris - Nigeria's Ticking Time Bomb by adconline(m): 6:43am On Apr 26, 2011
They should be upgraded not abolished. Islamic education is compulsory for Muslims and Western Education is very strongly encouraged by Islam.

Really people used to stay away from western education, but now almost everybody understands that the two must be combined.

Cheers.

You can only upgrade something that meets the needs of the people. Almajiris are not meeting those needs. These kids are not being educated and we are talking about an upgrade. Why do we have Imams running these orphanages and destitute homes? It's like having your pastors, priests and prophets running your kid's education. Why do northern politicians and elites send their kids to western education and " fund" Almajiri camps for these children. If these camps are necessary; as we have been made to believe by some proponents, why is it that most northern states produce abysmal JAMB results every year?
PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by adconline(m): 6:14am On Apr 26, 2011
This is where importation is really bad there is no comparative advantage from the way I see it; Nigeria is isn't exporting "Finished Goods" but raw materials because we are not producin

Doesn't Saudi Arabia have a comparative advantage over US when it comes to crude oil? If so, is crude oil a finished product? How about countries that export things like banana, mango and veggies?

You just saved my friends and relatives who are nurses; because if these illusory salaries were true, I would have charged them like they owe me for all the times that I helped when they were in school. @ Nadanbata

If you see North as the problem you are facing in your own village. Why aint your leaders fighting for your position and secession from Nigeriahuh Or is it another Northener running things in your domain?

Why arent your governors preforming well for your people? Or is it Dan Fodio who proclaim Jihad if you provide jobs/security ect etc for your people?

The point is that you have not cleared the air on why would northerners kill southerners enmass without targeting Northern politicians and leaders who have inflicted so much hardship on them. Why are southerners always their target? In almost every society, killing is abhored, yet these folks take glory in wasting human lives. BTW, who told you that CPC would have made things better for these blood suckers? They are killing people because a southerner won, not because of PDP ; Yar'dua was in PDP and there was no riot when he won even though there was rigging. What a double standard!

Have I not condemed the actions commited against Christians? If there was a functioning state with security, the small number of people that have actually caried out killings of innocents would be found and tried. Unless of course you think its the whole Nothern popolus ?

Our common enemies reside In most positions of power. I dont support PDP no matter who the candidate is 12 years of no development is more than enough bros. If you aint tired of PDP keep voting them in.

One thing however that I will not accept is the fact that some people think that Southern leaders havent conspired with Northern Leaders to keep Naija backwards. If you cant get over this hurdle theres no point having a discussion.

The issue is that southern masses have not taken up arms  to kill northerners when events in Nigeria that didnt favor their position occured. It seems that you are sounding apologetic for  folks who are killing because PDP won. I'm not a fan of PDP, but u cannot wake up  this year blame all the problems we have today on PDP while  northerners had been in power for about 38 years. It was Abdul Salam with IBB who imposed PDP on us, so the north is not in anyway exonerated from PDP's bad governance nay Nigeria's bad leadership in which the north held sway for 38years.
PoliticsRe: The Hausas (an Alternate Pespective) by adconline(m): 4:44am On Apr 21, 2011
I dey try bros. I agree 100% the sooner people realise we have a common enemy the better

Going by the above statement, are corp members enemies or members of PDP? Do  your so called common enemies reside in churches and shops owned by southerners?
How about the fact that Northerners controlled power in Nigerian for about 38 years and these rioters never considered those in power their common enemy? What do you have to say  about the same PDP that rigged Yar'dua into office by manipulating election results in 2007? What do you have to say  about  some northern governors who are ANPP members , yet they are as corrupt as PDP governors and we dont see these rioters demonstrating against them? What do you have to say about   IBB, a northerner who cancelled  1993 elections in which a southerner -MKO won? What do you have to say about   MKO who  died  while in custody when a northerner- Abacha was the head of state?

Where was northern outrage when these events occured in Nigeria?
