Supreme Court can't grant you what you didn't ask for. Another litigation has to take care of this one. If president can't stop INEC from holding gubernatorial elections, why should governors stop state INEC from conducting local elections?If my memory serves me right, Tinubu and Peter Obi started interfering with LG elections in Naija

You can never win with idiocy. The senate has confirmed Sanusi's allegation that NNPC keeps and spends Naija without authorisation of the Senate and House of reps.
1: How could NNPC spend N800bn without appropriation in 2012?
2: Where did NNPC get N800bn to spend if it had paid in ALL funds into federation accounts as required by law?
3: How did NNPC pay N800bn subsidy without the money going through CBN?
The only conclusion that can deduced from this is that NNPC is Naija's bankers' Bank not CBN.NNPC has accounts with JP Morgan Chase in NYC, which CBN and Min of finance are not signatories to.
