imag5: hello sir,forgive me for not responding to ur query earlier, what i will like say is when it comes to oil and gas in nigeria in the next 20years i will still give it to oil,oil in the sense that wells that have been drilled since 1956 as not been fully tapped out ie the depth of hydrocarbon has not been being fully drilled thats the reason more Reservoir characterisation studies is being carried out on all these well except where u have marginal field,Gas for now is very hard for nigeria to embark on because the High amount of technology to map it out except USa and canada that is working on their Shale gas, my conclusion Drilling is still the future my bro,go for drilling engineering or get a Drilling fluids ceritficate so that you can get into the system on time in nigeria or you study your Gas and practise oversea,,in 3years time Dangote refinery will be on live,what do you think they will Refine there?oil of course and people like you guys will be employ and earn big cash...so get ur self prepared for it.....ok.........umf

DEGREE2466: Please nairalanders i need your urgent suggestion on what to do about this issue.

My wife accused me of snoring in the night but i denied it knowing so well that i dont snore.

Then she ask me what she should do to let me know i snore. I told her to give me a heavy knock whenever i snore though jokingly but seriously because i know i dont snore.

Since that time my head has never remain the same. Anything i do something that displeases her she will give me a heavy knock in the night and when i ask her what the problem is, she will tell me that i was snoring.

I even went to the extent of staying awake all night to catch her and unfortunately for her she came and gave me one of her usual heavy knock thinking i was sleeping!

I would have given her the beat of her life that night if not that i promised myself not to lay my hand on my wife.

Please what do i do to stop this nefarious and relatiative attitude of my dear loving wife?

fluid26: In my opinion, it is actually very difficult rejecting love...even if it comes from a total stranger. In this part of the world (Naija) ladies don't usually make such moves, so the targeted male may feel somewhat overwhelmed. Perhaps even embarrassed. Some may feel honoured and others may develop a (false) sense of pride or importance.

The acceptance or rejection depends on his level of understanding or naivety. It may also depend on his current relationship status or religious/ethnic preference, level of education, job role, complexion, distance...the variables here seem too numerous to mention.

Know that it is very possible to woo a man and make him love you, irrespective of what you look like. I feel it is easier for a woman to successfully woo a man than vice versa.
