i think our engineers are lazy....they all want to seat back and wait for juicy offers from companies.........an engineer is an innovator, he solves challenges and that's what we should be doing....think of guys like Einstein, da vinci, these guys were all innovators....the good thing about all this is that nigerian and africa as a whole is a little bit technological backward , its just like a signed blank cheque, we can do what ever we want and make a name and fortune with it......this is where we should be heading, taking up challenges and solving them just like we did with calculus and and engine maths, presenting a practical and innovative approach to our crawling technological advancement and not waiting for manner from above. |

never ever follow a woman by the way she talks...they usually say one thing and do the opposite......i learnt the hard way, brah. if she says "i love even when you are broke"....my guy look for money cos love without funds =frustration.......i keep saying it and ll continue to preach it @ DYT.....i wont argue with you anymore cos anyone who watched that movie knows that the major reason that guy stood a chance and was even able to cause a separation btw the wife and hubby was that HE WAS RICH and could offer a million dolls to spend a weekend or so with her....if she really loved her man why did she take up the offer or is she an inanimate object that doesn't have a mind of its own...even if the husband wanted her to do it....the fact remains that SHE DID IT...not withstanding what so ever circumstances that made her do it......if it was in a court of law...she will be charged guilty....if the judge asks Did you or did you not date him....the response will be I DID my lord..... |

i would advise a fire brigade approach...........if i was the lady i would look for an investment and direct the bank to collect all my monthly salaries directly for one year and put in that investment.........then keep very little for the families upkeep......i would only tell the hubby when its a done deal and irrevocable then when the very little runs out i would just sit down and look at his face.....i bet he will remember his primary role as a provider when he comes back home and discovers that there is no food.....it will be hard , and he will be pissed but it will push him to do something plus you get to invest your funds in something worthwhile. 1 Like |
