Aflix:Wait for election to come, you'll know the reason why almajiri started and why it will continue. While the average Nigerians down south and east struggle to get voters card, almajiris in their numbers are freely given voters card irrespective of their age. |
Roon9:Take some pics of them together and bid them farewell. Shikena |
Jesss:Thanks for the quick response. I'll give you a call to get more clarifications. |
Jesss:Do you allow for inspection or verification of your farm site for potential ambassadors/investors? |
slyfox35:If you can afford it, pay for his hotel accommodation at a place not too far from your house. At least for a week. Don't tell him anything yet. Allow him to come around then take him straight to the hotel room. You can host him in your house as a guest but do not cohabit with him and don't be too forward to reveal your source of wealth or what you do to him. That guy will blow you up at the slightest chance he smells anything shady. Watch your back. He's not a friend, but a foe. |
Osidazz19:Let's look at it from another angle Sir. What does it benefit a Bill Gate to fund all these intervention programmes in Africa? Are we the highest consumer of Microsoft? Is he giving back to the society that made him like he's doing in Africa? When the colonial masters were invading Africa, they brought religion along to curb the mindset of Africans and that's why I will give you a doll made of wood and you'll call it an idol while a white man gives you same made of plastic, you call it son/mother of God. If there's a black man anywhere that thinks a white man's intentions toward the black race is clean, that fellow needs to think deep. Unfortunately, we don't learn from history. This same people came to meet Nigeria and persuaded us to devalue our Naira when the local currency was slightly above USD and almost at par with Pounds.... See where that have led us. Do you have the statistics of death caused by cancer in the US within the first quarter of 2020 alone? Have you gone on to research the underlying health concerns that consumption of GMOs like Monsanto and co causes to the body? Do you know that malaria is no longer a health concern in the western world, yet it is killing thousands in Africa and all you're told is that someone is donating billions to eradicate it whereas, all we need is the intelligence or expertise they used in eradicating it over there.... Or why reinventing the wheel in Africa? Do you also know that while Africans were dying of Ebola virus, all the white men that contracted the virus were flown out of Africa and were all treated without any casualties? The list is endless Sir. I don't want to make this an epistle but the real deal is that even if there's no evidence against BG on the said allegation, which I don't expect them to come out and say they actually did gave the money, I still stand firm to say that his complete shift from Microsoft into a field he knows nothing about will always remain suspicious. And his business in African food and drugs is equally questionable. Mike Zuckerberg was in Nigeria for IT related business but when Oga Gate comes around, he's always talking medicine and food shortage. |
Exc2000:the Drugs giving to help Nigerians would still be heavily taxed by Nigerian custom, with serious custom duty You got it wrong there bro... Nobody taxes humanitarian aid consignments and diplomatic shipments. Make your research well. I'm opportune to have worked with a Swiss based NGO and most of our laptops come from the HQ into the country. We don't pay Kobo for duties unless the rule have change now bcuz I left there at the tail end of 2018. Any goods tagged as Diplomatic are exempted from custom search. Go and make your findings well Sir. |
Prettybhoy:By the virtue of losing the sense of taste, ogbeni you don carry COVID-19 be that. Just thank your star it's mild and you attacked it on time with vitamin C. Most doctors in US said many people would have contracted the virus and heal without being tested or administered drugs, and you're one of those cases. See it this way, if you were to be in US or Italy when you lost your sense of taste, would you not have dialed 911 for help? We're lucky our immune system in Africa is standing up to the virus. So many people have had one form of mild symptoms or the other while on lockdown but it's all been shaken off. |
OceanEye:Lockdown might not have flatten the curve enough in Nigeria due to our stubbornness but it doesn't mean it's a completely bad approach. If it had not been for lockdown, the 9 years old son would have infected his classmates in school. The wife would have infected her colleagues at work and his other family members would have transmitted the virus to people in their respective mosques. Bro, you need to think again. Lockdown isn't completely trash as you think. It's our ungovernable nature that makes it seems like it's a waste of time. |
emerged01:Don't mind @Juanmike and co that are saying it's a fake story. It's just a sign that they're many people out there who haven't tasted the real Nigerian hardship. Lemme paint a picture in your mind. At the tail end of last year until early January, many of my former colleagues lost their jobs in a particular bank and some people's means of livelihood were taken away from them due to government policy (Opay and the like). Fast forward to March this same year, COVID-19 set in and we were asked to stay indoor for 6 weeks astretch in Lagos. Has anyone imagined how family breadwinners who had lost their jobs were able to provide for their families? Matured men turned beger when situation became unbearable. Being an ordinary Nigerian or a common man under the current economic realities of this country is close being a course. |
freemanq:Acute tribalism and nepotism couple with unpatrotism brought us here. There's hardly a Nigerian that is a true patriot again. Those that wept yesterday when they lost an election are now at the helm of power with 98% of their cabinet from their region. What then happens to people from other part of the country? This same people will cry foul if their region should be this marginalized. Well, despite all the flaws of their imposed leaders staring right into their eyes bcuz they've actually been the worst hit by their leader's ineptness, they'll still come back every 4 years to impose and chant the names of their own to the faces of those who can stir the country to a greater height. Modified: I nor mention names ooo |
One thing I cherish mostly about you is that you came out clean to your husband. Most ladies will lie their way into marriage hoping nature will cover their tracks. A big congratulations to you and your family. I'm happy you met your true husband. Congratulations once again |
Most of the men that helped in carrying the suspected COVID-19 patient are not health practitioners and they have little or knowledge of how to handle the type of case they're handling. If you notice, the driver is the only one wearing hand gloves while the remaining people have probably been living with the sick patient. Sensitization needs to continue to empower power with the right procedure in providing first aid to infected or suspected CoronaVirus patient to avoid contracting the virus. |
Miracle1991:This one touch me .... you're a Badt guy. They're blessed with hardworking men and women no doubt but not much of philanthropists. |
tetula123:I thought I was the only one on noticing it. They've even said they're already trying the Remdesivir drug too. Or maybe they're just trying to make it official with WHO. I won't blame them if they're just bringing it to their consciousness bcuz nobody trust WHO again. Wait for them and watch your people die. |
JubrinElSudan:You don contract CoronaVirus? If Yes, press 1 if No, press 5 and 0 to exit. ![]() |
BeLookingIDIOT:But they say figures speaks for themselves. What Madagascar has shown the world with their handling of the virus is extraordinary. Trust me if it were US or Japan that managed COVID-19 that way with Nil mortality, we won't be here emphasizing on its importance or efficacy. So unfortunate that as Africans, we place little or no importance on our locally made stuffs bcuz we're aren't good at branding and publicizing ourselves. We've been made to think nothing good can ever come from a black man's land. |
Reffoneee:Badagry far nau... |
joelbooks:No mind them. From stroll now, you'll hear they absconded from the quarantine center. They know the terms before accepting to jump ship and return to Nigeria. It is a compulsory quarantine for crying out loud and they shouldn't expect it to be smooth sailing although the quality of their food shouldn't be compromised. Lagos State govt. should look into that ASAP. |
darlenese:Smiles... Now I Know... Thanks |
iLegendd:Nice one. I did same thing but my timing for the experimental project was wrong. I raised 51 boilers and 25 layers from day old and they all did well until I started battling with coccidiosis but after winning over it, the marketing was nothing to write home about bcuz I raised them until butcher size and the target was to sell the boilers off at Easter. The sales was poor. I advise you target Christmas if you're raising meat chicken. Regards |
You can get a native hen around that is laying or about to brood so you add your princess egg to that of the native hen. I've tried it once although the chick didn't survive. She got picked/stolen by an eagle. |
That's a good move... But I thought that's what they've been using to treat the patients before now... #NigeriaWillPrevail |
Millenniumlady:Fast forward to some years from now, na women like you go turn witch of a mother-in-law to their daughter-in-law. We sabi una type. You're one of those type of ladies that won't make peace with mother-in-laws or bother to create a peaceful atmosphere between mother and son. Remember karma ooo... The amount of harm some women do to their son's life in the name of protecting or guiding him is incomprehensible. It won't appear to you that you're being wicked the day you start tormenting your son's wife bcuz to most women, they're just protecting their son. |
Umuazala:Maybe that's why Buhari once said Abacha is not a thief... Maybe in another 10 to 30 years, they'll keep on recovering more looted funds. It's now I understand why Abacha's wife said no matter how the FG confiscate her husband's assets, they can't be poor as Dangote. |
Loot meant for reloot.... |
Diiet:Bad thing about WHO directives is that the body is led by an African. Someone from the continent that is working against her survival and growth. It's no coincidence that he's got history of corruption from his country of origin yet mr. Billy sponsored his rise to the summit of the WHO |
Ajibel:And you'll read that they absconded from the quarantine centers they're taking to if eventually they test positive. |
babadee80:Really...! Tell us more! You need to Google 'South Korean patient 31' and watch the video from start to finish. CoronaVirus will leave the world a better place when all this is over... |
Golan007:What you're supporting will make so allot of sense in a working system but where we all agree that a chunk of those funds will be embezzled, then one begins to wonder. Imagine America returning Abacha loot to us with conditions! What could be more insulting than that. In a sane world, they should be fined for aiding crime but for the sake of our bogus reputation as a country of thieves, we got terms and conditions over our own money instead. In place of borrowing, why not scrap bicameral legislative system and have just one legislative arm? By so doing, we would have cut the cost of governance significantly. Alternatively, why not cut short all the duplicated offices we have and slash the renumerations of public office holders to commensurate with the current economic realities? They can't be earning that much in an economy that's on lockdown. Don't you think borrowing is just a way of shifting the borden of today to a later date? What if situations didn't change for good as projected? Why create a new problem to solve another problem? |
Golan007:And you don't see anything bad about incurring liabilities for your unborn generations? |

......Ladies never you marry a guy that's so close to his mum if you want a successful marriage.
