Kingbuhari:For every 1 failed marriage for paper you know, they're 10 other successful ones of it type. I think I know quite a few guys and a girl recently that found love where benefit is, and trust me, they're still with their spouses and doing well. Some people do it genuinely. If a 48 year old white woman can look like this, I might find myself marrying her for real at the expense of some of our ladies. These people beats time with the way they take care of themselves. |
daddytime:Azzin, I had to go back and zoom in on her face very well. 48 and she's looking so young and clean. These white folks know how to care for themselves. |
The only man I don't wish to be in his shoe right now is Idris' father. That man must be shivering whenever he's about to sleep for the fear of meeting God like this while leaving behind a transgender/transdresser son. What a waste of sperm. A product of Durex faulty product. |
paulolee:If Messi heads to court, I see him losing the case bcuz the contract expiration was set to June and not "end of season." Had it been the later, he would have walked away gloriously without any dust raised but just bcuz the contract clause said he's free to walk away in June (and remember he is still under contract for another one year afterwards). So it wasn't like the club reached any extra agreement with him or his representatives. His legal team are only playing him into a battle he won't win. Similar thing happened in the case of that football player that died in a plane crash while heading to England to sign his contract. He's already passed his medical and agreed to terms and both clubs have agreed to the transfer only for the player to die on his way. Court ruled that the player is already the new club's property and they owe the parent club the transfer fee. This is bcuz the terms of transfer didn't say the player must have been unvailed before the transfer fee gets paid. Here too, Messi's contract didn't unequivocally state that "he can walk away at end of the season" it said he can walk away in June |
OkikiOluwa1:You know am weeeeeell. I sense he was your childhood friend growing up. Like how he used to steal money from his mom's ike owo and silently point at you whenever he's caught. The memory is still fresh in your head abi... opo yeye! |
paulolee:E shock you? ![]() |
bolaayenimo:I don't know why am seeing the face of a keyboard warrior on his face.... It might just one of his string of incomes. |
@OP do you sleep directly under the ceiling fan? If yes, do you usually leave the fan on on high speed? If you answer yes to the 2 questions above, I will suggest you start sleeping without your fan on for 1 to 2 months and observe if you still have the same sleep paralysis |
The iron throne in Game of Thrones comes to mind... Pure talent |
I fell for some keyboard warriors who are into online investment scam on FX trade. Menh... It's as if I was under a spell bcuz I knew I was falling into a pit yet, I went ahead and throw my hard-earned money into the Lion's den. |
Thanks for sharing... Quite interesting and educative |
When you finish vexing, come back and let's reason it together. You have said your mind. It's on record |
The guy looks like someone in his late 20s than anything near 40... RIP |
It's their life and we can only wish the a happy married life |
eagleonearth:Simple... Go back and watch the video over and over again. Like 50 times |
Dear fellow Nairalanders, For some months now, I've been fine-tuning this wonderful business idea of mine and I have spoken with a few relatives who have superior wholistic understanding about life and business. Quite interesting some of them have offered to help in different capacity because everything about the business looks dope on paper and hopefully if we cross all our T(s) and dot all our I(s), we're sure to be the next big thing to happen in a time of global economic distress. However, we're currently at the post-ideation stage but faced with the realities every start-up or entrepreneuer faces - i.e accessibility to funds/investors. From our estimate, we're looking at pulling funds in the region of 6 million Naira with an expectation to break even within the 3rd quarter after going live. The said capital will cover for the major assets of the company. A good user friendly website and a cross platform mobile App that will function on both iOS and Android. A medium sized office space (at least, a 3 Bedroom size apartment around Yaba), internet subscription for 1 year, workstations and source of steady electricity. Not to forget, there's also some legal requirements to be met and we hope to kickstart with a minimum of 5 back-end staffs and 10 marketing executives. In addition, we're looking at newspaper publication and radio adverts as a means of creating good brand awareness. We also plan to take our awareness campaign to some major markets and public places across the country. Our growth projection for the next 3 years stretches beyond the borders of this country to 5 major emerging markets in Africa with the sole aim of changing the narratives for transborder trade on the continent. Now the major purpose of this thread: Have you ever had issues with raising capital or startup funds for business? If Yes, how did you went about it? I've thought of discussing this wonderful opportunity with some of my wealthy friends but then again, there's this fear of one's idea being stolen. More reason why I didn't mention what the business is all about in this write-up. Let's discuss business at its very preeminence stage down to it full maturity. I look forward to reading from you guys. @Seun and Lala, plz help push this to the promise land. |
Nigerian lawyers! I beg forget them |
emmanuelpopson:Amen. Thanks bro |
emmanuelpopson:I'm actually working on something that will spell an end to all this heartaches with online deals. I pray am able to pull through. Most if not all the bottlenecks and loopholes in the present day e-commerce business will be perfectly taken care of. |
iLUCID:Seriously I wish I know some of the things I know now when I was at that age. Buh most of them are busy learning how to Yahoo or become the next benefit boy |
kaluxy008:Ronaldo left after winning a champions league trophy.... Left as a champion and your man is leaving on the back a humiliating scoreline. 8-2. Losing is part of the game but chicken out when his troops needs him most makes for all the thrills around his desire to leave. We're talking about the most acclaimed GOAT of the game. In contrast, the other goat you're thinking of comparing Messi with has all the trappings of a true sportsman. Amidst failures, he's known for charging his army to live to fight another day. The news is actually interesting to read sha. Hope to see how he will lift the champions league in Man City |
IkwerrePikin:Stop this thing plz... Aren't you tired of recycling the same faces that have failed you? |
Richdad50:Read through the shit you wrote about someone else's religion and ask yourself if you really wrote that with clear head... Was tolerance taught to you as a mere dictionary word or a virtue to uphold? See God's PA that already knows the end from the beginning... Smh See God's right hand man that knows that the world's fastest growing religion is being depopulated.... Smh Brother, why not just wish her well in her newfound faith and leave the rest to God? I know you'll still reply me. There's always a reason behind a madman's sudden laughter |
gambia:It's not a coincidence that our military turned out this way. The decadence in the military started from OBJ era when he voluntarily retired the top warlords in the army just to save his head from any planned coup. Then subsequent leaders borrowed the script and that automatically became the norm. Today we have a military that has been infiltrated by politicians and the corrupt practices have become a trademark of our polity. The army is supposed to be the last hope of resort when things go south in any country but that same army has been relegated to its lowest ebb here. Naija case no be here ooo...na only God fit redeem this country |
Even under travel restrictions? I hope you're not one of them |
AFvckingAlpha:Hey! Wtf did you just penned down! I pray you grow old to have a second chance at reviewing how stupid your past was. The day you look round and sense everyone you've worked hard to liberate from poverty are looking at you as the next old man to pass on in the family, that's when you'll realize that you have lead a terrible past for the wrong course. See one of them ooo |
ALEX182:Telling him will not be enough bro... I feel being a Nigerian puts you ahead of the said scammer bcuz you know the trails already that's why you were able to decode the whole thing from the whole love story. I think helping the dude to ensure the fraudster is nabbed will be the real deal. Tell your patient to ask the lady if she could meet with someone (probably a brother of his that was recently transferred to work at the consulate in Nigeria) at the American embassy in Abuja. Tell him to use that as a bait... That the said brother will facilitate her treatment under his own HMO in one of the top hospitals in Abuja then he will also arrange some cash for her upon her discharge. If the said scammer is bold enough to walk into the embassy, then that should spell the end of the road for her. You guys can take it up from there |
Book space keep... I'm coming back |
Window44:Scam alert!!! |
This won't stop the northern folks from queuing up in their numbers to vote in another dumb ass come next national election in 2023. To them, they would rather remain underdeveloped and maimed by bandits than be well cared for and properly governed by other tribes. So pathetic they decide who wins with their number. Democracy of numbers is Nigeria's number 1 problem followed by corruption |
Wolgrace:@Rasheedatt Take this advise very close to your heart and take it with you for the rest of your life. Having an affair with your boss isn't a guaranty that your job is secured. The fact that you're employed to fill that role should arose suspicion in you. Definitely someone was relieved of that role before you're asked to fill the void. By the time he's done and tired of your Hot pot, he'll look for someone else and fire you. It's that simple. He did the same to the lady holding the post you occupy before you're employed and he will do the same to you too. So at the end, which job is it that you're claiming to love and trying to protect? If you wanna have a fling with your boss, do so with the clear conscience of being promiscuous yourself and not hide it under the guise of being lured to promiscuity by your boss bcuz it sure takes 2 to tangle and we all know it. Either way my dear, you'll still get sacked whether you allowed yourself to be laid or not, you'll be laid off or retired one day. It's not your father's company. |
fabuloz1:That won't stop the rest of them from using the same hospital. They have zero trust for our public health facilities |
