Jer29v11:The 6.5 in writing cut down your marks by about 60points. Having a 7 in writing could boost your score by 60pts or thereabout. So my advice is... if you feel you did way better than the 6.5 then ask for a re-mark.That's if its still less than 6weeks you took the exam. If not, rewrite ielts. |

Hmmm to each his own .Anyways this new regime has made my 2007 camry eligible for uber.So while some are pissed, some of us are happy and grinning ear to ear. Kept wondering why the Naija car requirements was so high when cars as old as 2003 are allowed on uber in most states in the US. uber here we come! 11 Likes |

cynthiaezebaby:1. Yes you can 2.Check cypha8's post its on this same page, gives a breakdown of what to be done. 3. In my opinion express entry entails almost the same process for all professions(excluding med and pharm wt a minor difference in the ECA process) 4. Google ielts it'll take you to their site. ielts buddy is a good practice website, once you've registered ielts provides a 30hr free practice package called road to ielts. Hope this helps. 1 Like |

Most federal institutions in Nigeria now have an online transcript system, whereby you just make your transcript order online and its sent via courier within a week of request. @ least am sure of OAU's. It costs 19k dhl service charge inclusive. So simply find out online if your school too has gone digital. All i did was google oau nigeria transcript. Hope this helps |

Hi house, pls what did you choose as 1st language on the ielts form?I see English as my 1st language but then all Nigerian languages (Yoruba, efik etc)were in the option. Now thinking if more wld be expected if one puts English as 1st language.Hope I'm making sense. Lol my Naija sense is telling me the marking might be more lenient for those with English as 2nd language. What do u think? |

dupyshoo:Thanks so much!God bless u.Yes all my documents are still in my maiden name. Ok..so its ok to send them info on just my MSc,and to leave the space for credential 2 blank, right? Also would assessing the 2 attract same charges as just 1?Thinking I might still need to evaluate Bsc to get my practice license later on. |

Hi Gurus in the house,I'm a newbie here wt a couple of questions. 1. Just got a date in June for ielts..thinking of going ahead with WES,is there any part in the WES that would require IELTS results? 2. I have a BSc and MSc,and I have the transcripts of both.Does WES accept transcripts sent from individuals?or must it be directly from an academic institution? 3.Asides,the afore mentioned certs/transcripts,would others like WAEC/NECO still be required? 4.I am married, done change of name already but yet to change my name on my Int'l passport...can I go ahead and use my maiden name for all the application process?Or would it be an issue if me and my spouse have different surnames? Thanks in advance |

ucystan:Flew Maroc London-lag in 2014..they were doing bonanza of 1 extra 23kg bag for free..hmm my dear you get what you pay for o,it's a 2* airline, small plane but leg room was ok,crappy food,no in flight entertainment @ all,air hostesses were a bit cold, bordering on rude and "wowo"...all that was still manageable..but then dy dropped some passengers off in Benin republic and that was not on our intinery.Seems they combined 2 half filled flights from the cassablanca leg of the journey without informing us the passengers .... Anyways that was 2years ago and they might have gotten better. Can I fly wt them again?..hmmm yes,if its way cheaper than others..shows how much i like awuf..You'll be fine dear,ur LO sef will keep u busy on your return leg so you won't miss the inflight entertainment..Go wt a tab/novel to keep u occupied when going. Someone else asked abt quatar..now that's a 5* airline, everything on point, cld even say services better than emirates..But them no like our green pali o..they usually have long ganster stop-overs,they allow ppl wt blue/red pali to enter their country andbook them into a hotel but not us.We just have to stay in the airport throughout (even if its a 9hr stopover like mine was). |
