As for the man you're talking about, it's very complicated. A man or woman can be someone who doesn't sleep around anyhow but still lack self respect. Why was he with those women in the first place if he knew that they sleep around anyhow? He needs to build himself up to a level where he has enough respect for himself to only tolerate women who have respect for themselves and their bodies.
