Well it depends on reason why she is calling her and the kind of person her mom really is. If her mom has a good personality then is no reason to be worried. My own mother inlaw influenced my wife negatively to the level that any issues that i have with my wife, she would relate all to her mom. Even when my wife was cheating on me, her mom was aware and also accepting stuff from the man she was cheating on me with. Incase i had been proactive,i would have dealt with it from the beginning before it got worst. A responsible mother should know that when her daughter marries, there should be little interference but not all mothers know this and wheather you like it or not, mother inlaws have influence in your marriage either positively or negatively

Good day naira landers and happy holiday. I am writing this base on the challenge am having in my marriage. Some of you might have known little about the issue i had previously cos i brought it to the forum.

It happened that my wife was having emotional affairs with another man which i knew through her chat.

Though family and pastor were involved and have tried everything to resolve the issue between us. I have decided to forgive and forget and also give her a second chance even though it was a difficult situation for me, I decided to let go cos of my two daughters and don't want them to share from a broken home.

Now the issue am still having is that my wife has promise to change and be a better person and also promise to cut any emotional tile with the man. But I wasn't confident with that, so i told her to block this guy on all social media and also delete his number so there wont be any communication between them cos i sense if they both keep in touch, they might go back to what they were doing before. She got angry when i told her this and she said she can't block the guy cos they have been friends for many years even before she got married to me.

She started dating the guy last year under my roof and her reason was that i pushed her to do such act cos i wasn't giving her enough attention and love which is totally a lie.

So house, pls just let me know if i did wrong by telling her to block the guy or i over did it. I just felt blocking him will be best for us cos i noticed my wife is not fully detached from this guy emotionally.

Op i can swear with my balls that ur wife is cheating on you. If not sexually yet, she is cheating emotionally and we all know that every emotional cheating will lead to sexual. This was how my wife started until i caught her chat when professing love to another man under my roof. It really caused alot of issues then that i almost sent her packing but later gave her a second chance cos we both have 2kids and dont want them to suffer. Despite all this, my wife is not still remorse and anytime i told her to block the guy she is cheating with, she will resort to fighting and tell me blocking him is not necessary that she will do it at the right time. I just want any married man here to know that anytime your wife start passwording her phone or hiding her phone, she is 98% cheating on you either sexually or emotionally and always know that most emotional affairs always end up sexually. OP exactly the same way my wife started passwording her phone until i read her chat unknowing to her and what i saw, have not recovered from it. she is already inlove with another man and exchanging romance gesture . This is purely true. If you are a man and your partner or wife hides her phone or carry her phone up and down even if she want to go to piss, know that she is cheating. I can beat my chest to that. This is how my wife started and i snooped through her phone, what i discovered almost gave me heart attack. This is someone i never believe she can do such and when she confessed, she has been cheating under my nose for a year and i didn't notice. So men wake up and stop trusting any woman that locks phone or not comfortable whenever you are close to their phone.They are cheating and have something hidden.

Before this, my wife is fond of accusing me wrongly that am cheating and sleeping arround and this has also been happening. I have gone to the extent of using bible to prove my faithfulness that have not slept with any other woman other than her. She has tarnished my reputation to her family members by saying all sort of derogatory words to them about me and this was the reason i sent those chat to them so they will know who is the evil between the both of us. To be honest i never felt regret doing that cos i want her to know how it felt for your reputation to be tarnished. Thats why i did what i did.

Wait until you have calmly processed the situation, the pros and cons before you make a move. You don't need to rush these things so calm down and think things through before you take your next leap abeg!

Am sure if you are married, you will also be tempted to do worst. This is the wife you have loved and cared for and knowing she has been unfaithful and cheating should be enough to shattered your world

It happened when i noticed that my wife started using password on her phone and she react negatively whenever i want to access her phone. Though she doesn't pick up my phone cos its also has password but i can never deny my wife access to my phone whenever she wants to make use of it. Anytime i want to access her phone, she says she cant allow me cos i dont allow her aswell which is not true. I only password my phone cos of security purpose. The last time i used her phone, i noticed she deleted a particular chat with a guy. It was the guy replying chat that made me knew she deleted the conversation and the way the guy was addressing her made me so uncomfortable. He was using my love and all sort of romantic words to my wife, i saw it and confronted her about it that i dont like it but she said he is just a friend that she knew way back before she got married. I noticed the guy just left the country to an arab country and my wife told me that its strictly business of exporting food stuff to him thats between then.
Fortunately, i picked up her phone last night and what i saw was so devastating, i noticed she was still chatting with the guy and also exchanging love words together. My wife told the guy that she loves him and also miss him so much. This was just a little out of their conversation. I was so mad and screenshot those chat and send to my self for evidence cos she can deny anything deniable. I sent those shots to out church pastor, her dad, her mom and also all her siblings to know what their daughter was doing under my roof. Her dad has been apologizing that i should forgive her but seriously am so hurt emotionally right now and just felt like leaving the marriage cos to trust her henceforth will be difficult.
Pls what advice can you give i do and also did i over reacted by sending those screenshot out to her family and pastor. I need to know cos am confused. Pls pardon my english and typo errors.

This will be well appreciated. To update you guys, she has been begging me since yesterday and i just find it difficult to forgive and if i forgive her i find it difficult to still trust her. Anytime i remember what i read in those screenshot. It kills me emotionally cos i trusted this woman so much that i can vouch for her fidelity not knowing she is not who i thought she was. Op just the same way i think like you. Well some women are capable to doing such cos no woman can be trusted. Attimes i think same way too cos for almost 5yrs have been married, I have never had sex with any other woman apart from my wife and for me, the only reason while am not doing adultery is because of the fear of God and nothing else. Attimes if such temptation comes or i see one fine babe, i go just overlook cos its the fear of God that controls my action. Another new format they use which i experienced yesterday was that one idiot chat me on whatsapp telling me he is from a group forum called vawulence HQ on Facebook, that my girlfriend is on the hot sit and she stand a chance to win if only i provide him the name of my girlfriend and send her photo. Immediately i knew na them and the guy even get mind video call me to show his face that am not a scammer. Thats why i dont get moved or carried away by couple posting together pictures on social media. Most of those women posting pictures are going through hell in their marriage but trying to disguise to the public.
