I have been in the OP shoe. Mine started when i was working in the bank as a cash officer. you can imagine those god forsaken cash with dust given to you to count everyday. i started developing the issue which was very serious and chronic that attimes i find it difficult to breath and will feel like ripping the goddam nose of my face to have peace. Its been 8 years have been having the same issue and have not resolve. Have taken all the drugs anyone can mention and will just relieve me and return back. Have learnt to live with it and try and manage the situation by avoiding triggers that aggravate the symptoms. Avoid cold environment, dont take cold drinks, dont sleep under the fan and ensure you are covered with cloth at all times. I was advice the active remedy was surgery but also dangerous cos it might get worst and your nose will be running like tap water. Just be safe my brother cos i know one day, this thing will be past. Its called a chronic sinusitis and not catarh again as sinusitis its a more severe case. Attimes it will look like there is load on your head and feeling severe tightness in your forehead . just be safe
