I thought his father was Yoruba?

He should speedily change his surname from Adetokunbo to whatever is mother's maiden name was... abi what sort of tomfoolery is this ke? You dey bear Yoruba surname come dey propagate only Igbo language? Why do women like confusing their children like this? You can't even allow the children to do something in the memory of their late father despite all he suffered to bring up these kids with you?

The man don die since and now you are the only one enjoying the wealth of your children yet you are angry when they tried to learn their father's language and preferred them learning yours instead? The man is no longer alive yet you are still competing with him, no be juju be that?

The least you could have done is support them in learning both languages...abi no be one Nigeria again?

What exactly will a revolution solve?
Do you think it is easy to start, sustain or experience a revolution?
Has revolution solved the major problems of any nation?
Is a revolution going to immediately increase food production?

Seems you have hurriedly forgotten about the Egyptian revolution and how it had advanced Egypt economically as we speak.

Obviously he is saying those things to create enmity between you and your team so that you too can snitch back to him. That being said I absolutely HATE office politics, that`s the reason I resigned from a multinational company, furthered my education and now work as a consultant while I use my free time to set up my own company. I took the resignation route because I was still a junior in the company but you being a manager might want to consider other less extreme options having already put in a good number of years (I assume) into your profession

Yes, but it has limits.

If she continues, she would likely work with Total or Chevron which isn't bad in itself.

However, her talents might be better suited to research in areas the country does not engage in.

Note:

Nigeria's problem is caused by the collective of the entire population.

Chai! That would be a totally myopic view/use of her talent!

SultanOfAbia:
It is very easy to make money in Nigeria

In Abroad, you need TALENT to blow.
U need good looks, muscle, skill, charm, good agency, PR,

To blow for Nigeria
Just remove SHAME... That's all

It's only in Nigeria that people doing shameful things get more accolades than people doing good deeds

You can feed a whole community and the news will not see front page.
But let portable wear boxers and enter that same community. It will enter frontpage

If you don't have any single atom of Shame
U will make bastard money in Nigeria

Women won't even acknowledge your good achiements
But they will spend 3 hours gossiping about your shameful actions
Giving you more traffic and publicity.

So Dr. Portable understand it very well
Nigerians love stupid irrelevant news

If you can remove shame and act a fool everyday,

Trust me Nigerians will talk about you more and make you rich

If you can remove SHAME and DIGNITY and just supply the majority of Nigeria with useless contents. U don blow💥💥

No be same ‘removal of shame and dignity’ Kim Kardarshian take blow for US? Abi which talent that one too get before she blow with her sex tape which is even worse than what some Nigerian celebrities did to get famous. Abeg comot make I hear word! angry

Ol’boy you better continue to enjoy your life without apology! Were you the one that made them poor or are you Tinubucally connected to the sorry state of the economy? See, even if you divide all your wealth to the poor na those same poor people go still come betray you tomorrow so abeg just do the little charity you can do, thank God for his blessings and continue to pray for more of that while you enjoy your life. Reminds me of that song…

Romance / Re: Why Do Women Call Men Big Head? by africandollar: 9:58pm On Jan 02
mrrandomguy:
A married female boss of mine who likes to make body contact with me once told me my head has grown bigger. She made sure that the deeper life girl who was crushing on me was fired, after making life unbearable for her in the office. This girl herself was also using me.

What I will tell you is this:
1. Never get carried away by compliments and insults from women. This is because women are highly manipulative and are mentally unstable due to hormonal issues caused by their menstral cycle.

2. Many Delilah, Jezebel and Athaliah have been unleashed to destroy men and turn them into mumu. You must never lose guard.

3. Fortify yourself spiritually by abiding in Christ Jesus, and Him abiding in you.

Romance / Re: Romance, finance Or Purpose Which Is More Important In A Relationship by africandollar: 6:05pm On Dec 28, 2023
Purpose it is for me...why?

Romance most times is reserved for only the initial part of the marriage, after a while the flaws in the other partner which hitherto had been 'covered by the glory' of 'love nwantintin' becomes obvious and something stronger needs to be present to make you fall in love anew with your partner

Finance is okay but finance without purpose is like a scalar quantity, moves all over the place without direction. Once purpose is in place finance can be used as a booster to aid achieving it faster.

Purpose...wherever there's a will there's a way not to mention that two are better than one because they have a better reward for their labour. Even without the finance initially in place when a couple works together to achieve the same objective there is almost no force in this world that can stop them...In the words of Agent Smith of the Matrix 'There's no escaping reason, no denying purpose, for as we both know, without purpose we would not exist. It is purpose that created us, purpose that connects us, purpose that pulls us, that guides us, that drives us; it is purpose that defines, purpose that binds us'

RIP baba white beard ..your death is a great parable to us all about the fact that no one will be in power forever

Edit: in fact no one will be in this life forever.. a reminder to us all that we should strive to leave positive imprints in the sands of time ..and of course know Jesus

Na only that one, the surname sef which means 'the world has become ours' too speaks volumes.
