Overriding public interest is different from the Governor’s discretion, you must prove & Show overriding public interest, let him revoke your land & go & give it to one of his girlfriends, & see what happens.

Lol. But overriding public interest is actually at the discretion of the governor. He can re-allocate it to the state IRS or a hospital or even for public use as a park or public toilet .

And by the time you are able to prove (after how many years) that the revocation was illegal, bulldozer don level your property. Of course he won’t give the land to his babe just like that. It will be the property of the government for the time being.

And yes that Land Use Act actually says the title on your RIGHTFULLY ACQUIRED land can be revoked in the overriding interest of the state and you will receive prompt compensation. Can you not read?

She decides to be “woke” and dismissive when your mum offers advice but suddenly wants to conform to tradition when her priest is involved. She’s taking a hard line in two different directions but on similar concepts.
