In no place did the post and picture indicate that an offer was made to the woman, this means there are possibilities that she made the offer which leaves the man in the "Accepting" position. I hope you get my point now and understand the need to keep sentiment aside when it comes to infidelity and betrayal.

In Nigeria, the VP being osibanjo is not the Senate leader or president but in the USA the vice president is always the Senate president and even if trump is impeach, the Secretary of states takes over as the new president instead of the vice. so both pence and osibanjo are far far different but i will prefer my vice president here in Nigeria!

This is wrong. The Secretary of State is the number 4 in the Line of Succession to the US President.

The Vice President takes over from President, in the event of his/her resignation, death, incapacitation or removal.

The next in line is the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

After that, President pro tempore of the Senate.

It is only after the above 3 people that the Secretary of State comes up. That is, the Secretary of State can only become president if one way or the other all these other Successors are also unavailable to take up the saddle.

Yes, it is the court.

The court has the final say.

On election matters no matter what INEC has done, the court has the final say.

On Land matters, no matter what Lands Bureau/Governor issued or has in its archives, the courts has the final say.

Even for CAC and its myriads of documents, when there is a case, the court has the final say.

So it is for many other so called Authorities or Principals in a case, the court has the final say.

The court by its pronouncement can render a UI issued certificate null and void, and can even order UI to issue a certificate it refused to issue.

The courts can even render a particular law inoperable. That is how powerful court pronouncements are.

It is the courts that has the final say, not the issuing body.
The evidence of an issuing body is not cast in gold. It can be cross examined and a Judge will make ruling based on arguments.

A smart lawyer can discredit the issuing body if the certificate issued to others of same set are different from his.

An issuing body can be compromised. This can be proved by any good lawyer and the court can render the evidence of the issuing body defective.

They are the only major parties in the US.

However, we even have more plethora of smaller parties in Nigeria than the US. So people can go for the smaller parties if they so desire. That is the beauty of democracy.
