I know the feeling but in my case, my long throat is for boiled/fried protein (fish, chicken, meat) in the freezer. I will eat frozen turkey just out of boredom but not inside stew.

So I store raw protein instead. Cos there is no garanty when they are boiled

It is all good.

Oatmeal raisins and peanut cookies.

Cookies are one of my favourite snacks. Unfortunately, the price of quality/premium cookies are pocket wretching . Fortunately, I'm a pastry chef and I can whip myself the premium of premium cookies whenever I like.

Will you like to explore your culinary skills? If yes, here are the ingredients used in making this.

1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 cup egg (about half egg)
1/4 & 1/8 cup flour
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup oat (i used quick oat)
1/4 cup raisins
1/8 cup peanuts.

The above will make about 8 cookies. You can double the recipe if you want more.

Some of the sauces I use in my noodles/pasta dish. Since the inception of this year, I've been experimenting with different sauces; they include dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce and sweet chilli sauce.

Sometimes, these sauces are confusing. I think they should be branded as seasoning sha. My favourites are dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. I'm yet to try fish sauce.

Do you make your noodles/pasta with any of these sauces? Which is your most preferred?

My present landlord is a big scum!

He doesn't stay in the compound but he visits almost everyday looking for cheap talks and familairity especially with the girls.

...so many things have happened in the 2 years I have stayed in his house. The one that got on my nerve was him coming to assault a student (girl) cos her rent expired that week. He broke her wrist and tried throwing her stuffs out but myself and other tenants confronted him. Since then till now, he hated us especially me .

My rent expired first of this month. Oga landlord have been serving me court notice upadan. Once i get cash, I'm moving out of his frustrating house.
