I understand. I just felt the guy didn't want to sell to me. He should have told me from the onset. I wanted stabilizer, refrigerator, microwave and window blind then. Oya lemme have the recipe for the fish. I used to really like shawa fish back then till people started saying it is too bony and said Titus is better. This Ur pishure suddenly make me crave it

I used full shawa fish. Allow to defrost, wash and gut out those nyama nyama.
.Make some cuts (not too deep so it'd not break).
Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel or paper towel.
Squeeze some lemon juice on the fish (not too much make e no affect the taste)
Rub in salt
Sprinkle and rub in your suya spice. Cover and allow to marinate (I didn't do this though, no time)
Place in a foil or March paper and bake till it is looking like barbequed fish

Hope you have suya spice? If no, I'll search for the recipe I used and share....I forgot to write it down

Pocohantas....I'm in severe pain. I almost got a fridge and microwave via the clearance sales thread..chatted the guy on WhatsApp, he said they were still available. Na so I borrow money and made arrangements on a commercial driver that will help bring it from Abuja to Jos. I told Uncle to send his account details, he didn't send. He later said he has sold it out despite been the first to ask. Abi person need connection to buy clearance sales again. E pain me no be small....I was just daydreaming about how I will make celery juice, tigernuts drink, freshly squeezed orange juice and keep in my fridge. I must report that guy to God. I give up on clearance sales abeg....I'm still in severe pain

Citric acid from lemon/lime juice helps break down the meat protein, thereby allowing the spices enter into.the meat easily..... I'm not very sure

To the bone of contention, Either u added too much water to the beans when grinding or The oil didn't get to a certain temperature before u started frying.

Thanks. I think it is the water ratio. It couldn't stick together during frying. The ones in the pics were the only ones that came out whole
